This announcement picked up my interest. Hearing that a senior from my department is gonna battle made me excited. Most of the seniors I knew were 3rd year like Emma. So, I didn't know that many students from the 2nd year. But, when the student from the healing department stood in the arena, she reminded me of a certain someone.

Just after the countdown finished, Oliver became blurry and was already in front of Alicia. This made every new student flabbergasted.

Alicia also couldn't evade his charge. But, she had enough time to block Oliver's gauntlet with her stick.

As Alicia blocked the punch full of kinetic force, she was sent several steps backward. She stabilized her position and hurriedly got in a battle stance only to receive another Kinetic punch from Oliver.

"Ting. Tong. Tong. Tong."

Sounds of metal clashing echoed after every punch. This continued for a moment before Oliver gave up on pushing her and started circling around. His blurry figure headed toward Alicia. Alicia also picked her to stick vertically as if she was ready to block Oliver. But, everyone thought Alicia was naive as she had a hard time receiving Oliver's previous punches with little kinetic force. This one was on whole another level.

Just when I thought Alicia would be sent flying if the punch landed, she stabbed her stick on the ground and the water instantly flowed out of the stick and mixed with the previous ones. And the very next moment, a 6-meter radius of thin ice surface was created around her out of nowhere.

Oliver, who was charging with great speed lost his balance and slipped on the ice, and was sent flying toward Alicia. What happened next made everyone tremble.

After the analysis, I changed my mind again. She was really the Sun Wukong, a mythical creature instead of some mere baseball player.
