Chapter XXXIII Spear against snake

Chapter XXXIII Spear against snake

Two hours was all that stood before the demon and his goal. Two hours before he will finally be able to have a proper fight against someone he could call his rival. Two hours before someone will finally be able to stand against him, not counting the kings.

Phantom's tail kept on wagging as if he was a dog who had just seen his master after being away from him for a week straight. His grin never left his face and even when he spoke it was there. At this point Samukai was sure that it was an obsession.

- Can't you calm yourself a little? There is still some time before we get there

- I wonder if you could stay calm if you also had a rival you haven't seen in a long time- samurai wanted to say something, but decided against it. Demon probably wouldn't care either way so he wasn't going to waste his strength on him. There was now a bigger problem at hand. If that Iscariot was as strong as Phantom, they could be in trouble. Perhaps staying in the shadows would be a good idea, but seeing how fixated the demon was on the angel there was no way to avoid the conflict. Seriously, was he so eager to die? Has the previous encounter with the Alcadeias taught him nothing? He really needed to talk with him about that. Maybe even now.

Oh my, oh my I can't help but await the pure amount of energy you will generate a familiar voice echoed in the demon's mind. So Pharaoh finally decided to speak with him. If Phantom was being honest, he preferred when he was silent. But maybe he had something new for him?

Whatever you want, make it quick. I don't want you to spoil my fun

You are hurting me now, have I ever done this to you? I just wanted to tell you your fortune

That's it? No new spell, no advice, nothing?

I promise you, it will be worth it

Fine, but really, make it quick

Demon then saw a row of blank, paper cards. Just what were these?

Have you ever heard about Tarot? No, of course not. Forget that I even asked

The confusion that demon had only grew bigger. Seriously, what were these cards?

Now, pick one

Fine, the middle one

The card then stood up and turned itself to face the demon. It seemed to be worn off but the image on it was still pretty clear. It showed some building, probably a tower which was struck down by lighting and was now catching on fire. Underneath it was written "The Tower" and over was a roman sixteen.

Oh? It looks like whatever you will do will end badly for you

And you know that because?

Because of the tower

Right, stupid card told you that. Can you piss off for now? I'm kinda busy if you haven't noticed

If that's what you want, but remember what I told you

Pharaoh's voice then vanished. Of course it was something meaningless. Why did he even expect for the Pharaoh to give him something useful? And now he was using cards to tell the future. Did he have nothing better to do? If Pharaoh really carved chaos so much then he was going to give it to him. But this time, he better give him something much better than some cards.

Demon then looked at the horizon. A gray silhouette was proudly standing, maybe even taunting him to get there already. Well then, just in a matter of minutes he will be the happiest demon on earth.

- Wait a moment- warrior took a map and studied it carefully- This isn't Cerkiev. Look- he then showed the map to Phantom. He was right. Cerkiev was much further from the town they were closing in. It was like two more hours of walking from it.

- Does it matter? A town is a town

- At this moment not really, but I thought that it might be something worth mentioning. And please don't burn it down

- Can't promise that

As they were closing it, Potok was nearly prepared for the upcoming battle. The silver plates were now in place, covered by sand making them impossible to spot until it was too late. The only thing left was making sure that no one was wandering in the area in which Iscariot was supposed to challenge the demon. Champions split this self made arena into four parts and each of them was supposed to guard one. Due to the lack of barricades of any sort it wasn't the easiest task, but they had harder.

Natalie was now stationed on the southern part and for the time being it was rather peaceful. In fact today no one had many problems on their side. The absolute worst was the first day of their plan. But now she could relax until the inevitable would come. Or so that's what she wanted to think, but when she saw a little girl in white dress running around she knew that it surely won't be an easy task.

- Why hello there sweetie- she tried to speak with the nicest tone she could muster. It seemed to work as the teary, blue eyes of the little girl were now focused on her- You know, it's dangerous out there and you shouldn't be here. Say where is your mommy? She's probably worried about you- the little girl did not speak but just clung to her leg.

- Wait, don't tell you don't know where your mommy is?- little girl nodded- Well you can't stay here, so how about we go search for her? How does that sound?- she nodded once again.

Now she led the girl to the place where Igor was. He was the closest to where she was and took pretty much the busiest part of the town, thus there was a chance he saw that girl's mom. Of course there was no saying, but then again she had nothing to lose.

As for Igor, he was stationed close to a church. Its wooden cross was occupied by Iscariot who sat on it like some sort of a vulture waiting for its prey. He tried to pay little to no mind to him and that seemed to also be a plan for the angel who just glanced at the horizon. He noticed that Natalie was coming his way. She was rather calm, so probably nothing bad had happened. So why was she coming? Then he noticed a black hair and a little head that was peeking out just from behind her. Just what could she want and who was that child?

- Igor, there seems to be a problem

- I can see- he responded, glancing at the little kid.

- It seems she got lost from her mother. I thought that maybe you saw someone with her and could tell us where she went?

- Maybe if you could tell what her mom looks like? Quite a lot of people walk there

- So sweetie, what does your mama look like?

- W..Well, mama is tall an..and pretty and wears a black dress- while Igor said nothing, the look on his face made it clear that no one like that passed here recently.

- Then maybe her name? And yours too. I'm sure that someone probably is searching for you, and we need to know if they are looking for you- Natalie smiled at the little girl.

- I'm Lilim. My mama's Lilith- Iscariot who up to this point paid little no mind to the conversation, he now looked down with an interest. He heard the second name, but where?

Igor only scratched his head. He hasn't heard any of those names in the past few days. And it's not like he would forget them, they seemed rather exotic. Before he was able to say anything to Natalie, Iscariot jumped down from the cross, startling the little girl who hid herself behind the Typhoon.

- Oi! And what do you think you are doing?

- And what do you think? I'm going to meet our "guest"- Iscariot spread out his wings.

- You can't be serious! You mean? Here? What are we going to do with her?- Natalie said, pointing at the girl.

- I don't remember her being my problem. Take her to a further part of the town if you must- then he took off to the sky.

- You know- Igor muttered- I hate this guy

- Me too- Natalie then took Lilim as far as she could from the center of the town. She only hoped that her mother was somewhere close. Otherwise, she had a really bad feeling about all of that.

As the virtue was hovering over the town ready for its prey, the demon was already at the gate which was supposed to guard it. Spreading his wings he casted blessing of the sky and before he took off, he turned one last time to Chaos.

- This is the only order I want you to follow; don't go after me until everything is over. Believe me, it will be better this way- before anyone could question him, Phantom vanished above the gray wall.

It didn't take him long to find Iscariot. His golden armor shone as bright as a sun, taunting him to go nearer. While the demon wasn't sure, he could swear that Iscariot was looking straight at him, right into his eyes. He took off the spear from his shoulder, now pointing at the demon.

Phantom stooped a good few meters before the virtue. People were screaming, shouting and just gawking in terror at his sight, but now that was not important. Angel said nothing, but stood in place awaiting for the demon to make his first move.

Demon opened up with an abbadon which virtue effortlessly dodged. He raised his spear and four copies of it made of light appeared above the angel. They all went in different directions at first but then came quickly at the fiend. Quick waves of the abyss took care of them.

- You truly haven't changed at all- Iscariot chuckled- Perfect. Now I'll finally do what I always dreamed off

- What, fuck me? Or fight me?- demon taunted. Angel vanished to only appear shortly after to pierce him with Longinus. Phantom barely dodged that, spear tearing the tissue on his left wing. Before the demon could do anything, Iscariot kicked him in the chest. It sent him a few feet away from his opponent.

- Seriously, I need to know what you want from me- Phantom said, dodging and ice beam- Fine, if you want to go seriously from the very beginning then fine- demon casted abbadon to counter four more light spears that were coming his direction. Iscariot then charged at him. Phantom once again dodged the spear but the impact from crashing with the angel once again pushed him off.

Virtue quickly folded his wings around him to protect himself from an orange sphere that was about to hit him. This was followed by triple dragon chains of flame. His wings were catching on fire, but a powerful burst of freezing air put them off and covered nearby buildings in frost. Demon wasted no time and chased Iscariot with abbadon. Luckily the angel was faster than this spell and once again found himself close to Phantom.

Longinus was covered in a furiously red aura. He grasped the spear with both hands and raised it over head only to bring it down, sending a wave of powerful energy that tore off half of the demon's left wing and caused a massive and deep crack in the street. If Samson's wrath was to hit him directly, he probably wouldn't get up.

As Phantom was recovering from the hit, virtue dug his claws deep into his right wing. It started to cover in ice. Before it could spread any further, the demon opened his mouth and spit fire on the angel. A dragon's breath, not a particularly strong spell nor any he was proud of but it was more than enough to get the angel off him. Then waves of the Abyss blew him away.

Iscariot once again tried to go for Samson's wrath, but now the demon knew what was coming and aimed abbadon at angel's hands. Virtue dodged it, but not without greatly damaging his left hand. As he brought the spear down, whatever was left of his damaged hand broke off and dropped to the ground. Phantom tried to protect himself from the spell, but it got his tail which followed after the angel's hand.

Virtue wanted to charge at the demon, but had to change his plans as fireballs were flying his way. Or perhaps calling them small comets would be more appropriate, considering that after they left the demon's hands, they went through circles that increased their size. They weren't as fast as normal ones, but their size was problematic. Each of them left a great hole in any building they hit.

As Phantom was preparing another round of them, an arrow struck him in the hand. Both of the beings looked down and saw a green archeress who was preparing another shot.

- I told you to not interfere!- Iscariot shouted, dodging dragon chains of thunder.

- And I thought that you would keep the collateral to a minimum!- Natalie shot out another arrow which the demon blasted with a fireball.

- Don't tell me that you become a lap dog to humanity- demon laughed only to be hit by Iscariot whose body was covered in blinding light. Phantom and him crashed into the roof of one of many buildings.

- Learn how to take a joke asshole- by that demon earned himself a kick from the angel. Before he could strike him again, he flew up to the sky. Iscariot only looked at him and casted his arts. Strings made of light were appearing in order to cut the demon in half. Phantom was barely dodging them, but each one he dodged made just another one appear right behind him. Spellcaster tried to hit him with a bone cracking impact, but virtue was too fast. He pretty much looked like he was teleporting all over the place.

Iscariot knew that it wasn't wise to drag on this battle for as long as he did, but it was too big pleasure for him. Besides, he can make him hit the silver plates anytime he wants to. A simple hit would be more than enough to leave him there. Especially since the demon was still unaware of the trap that waited for him. Virtue dodged another abbadon. It seemed like Phantom had not learned any new spells since the last time they met. Great.

Just then an abbadon flew through a white circle with a four star arm in it. Its size was now greater than before. Circles? That's what the demon has been learning? Too bad they won't help him. Unknown to Iscariot, Phantom had one surprise at his disposal. Two even, but the second one would be even a surprise for the demon himself.

Under the demon rose a thorn that was more than eager to wrap itself around him. He guessed to whom it might belong. So the Champions truly were hunting them. Before the thorn could hit him, he burned it down.

Iscariot grunted in annoyance. Couldn't they see that he was doing just fine? There was no need to spoil his fun. Had the town really mattered that much for them? Whatever, he had more important stuff to do right now.

- You really can't face me alone? Really Iscariot, you let me down. Maybe if you trained more instead of being down on your knees serving and sucking of everyone that praise your lord, you could have a chance with me

- Will you shut up!

- Oh right, I forgot, kids are your thing- Iscariot threw Longinus at him. It pierced him, but sadly he did not hit any vital area. Spear quickly returned to its master.

-Unless you are more into orphans, then give a while and I'll get you some - the smirk on his face was straight up driving him mad. Just who the hell he thought he was. No, he needed to keep calm. He was just trying to get him mad order for him to do stupid mistakes. And he wasn't going to fall for that.

- Seriously, do you want those orphans or not? I'm about to make some either way, but it would be a shame to let them go waste like that- he was going to kill him. He was going to kill him and enjoy every second of it. He raised his hand and strings of light once again chased down the demon.

As Phantom was having a hard time flying between the strings, Iscariot got closer to him. Longinus was pointing at the demon's head, but he managed to fold his left wing in order to stop it, albeit the tip of the spear grazed his eye, leaving a cut that spanned across the left side of his face.

Iscariot's second hand already recreated itself and now strengthened the grip on the spear. With all of his strength the virtue ripped off the wing which still hung on the weapon. As he was about to strike again, abbadon hit him directly in the head. His headless body was sent crashing down into the ground, stopping only on one of the damaged buildings.

- Seriously, can't you leave my wings alone!?- demon was flapping his right wing in order to stay mid air, but he was swaying slightly. Damned blessed weapons. It will take at least a day to heal all of this. As the Phantom was complaining, Iscariot's body got up. His head was now nothing more than myriads of stings that slowly formed his head.

- Divine arts; Light of God- the strings appeared for another time. But this time something was off. Before they were rather precise, appearing where the demon was, but now most of them were rather far off- Aspect of strings; cobweb- strings now went from being rather thick and yellow to being really thin, nearly invisible and white. Now instead of acting like powerful beams or straight waves that cut down anything were now more like a wire that wrapped itself around anything it could. To not let the demon be suspicious about that, virtue still fought him head on or pretended to do so.

After a while the stage was all set. Demon landed on a roof, thinking that he was more than safe. Iscariot gently pulled the string that was wrapped around his index finger. Then the strings quickly appeared, glowing in white light. A "cobweb" had covered the entire area they were in. No building was safe, not even air in which they hung, nor the demon or even the Champions. Natalie quickly put herself before Lilim, one of the strings making a long cut on her right arm.

As for Phantom, the strings had wrapped themselves around his neck, digging deep into it. With each second it was closer to cutting his head off. At first he put his hands around his neck, trying to rip the strings off, but it was to no use. Demon casted Waves of Abyss which destroyed any string near it, releasing the demon. He kept his hands at his neck in order to stop the bleeding. Then the last, normal string, struck him in the head. His left eye was gone. Iscariot took off to the sky and landed before the demon.

- Is that all you have got?- he asked, raising his spear over head to deal the final strike.

- I still have something big and black for you- demon smirked, barely dodging the strike from virtue. The tip of his weapon gave the demon a great wound on his chest. He answered by an abbadon right to Iscariot's chest. Iscariot staggered, but managed to stab the demon's tail.

Then came something that neither of them had expected.

A red beam had hit Iscariot in the head, taking half of it. His body had fallen to the ground. Phantom looked to the direction from which the abbadon came. If he was right, it came from where the Chaos was. Oh, no. They have probably followed him there.

Iscariot stood up, his body shaking from the anger. Who had dared to strike him now? Who was it? Had the demon made a fool of him? He wanted to fight a fair fight. But now it was time to end it.

Virtue stood still for a while. Then, a halo, which glowed with orange light appeared over his head. His wings have withered and fallen to the ground, replaced by new ones, made of the same orange energy as the halo. His body gained a few cracks, which were also filled by that energy. He slightly swung Longinus. The wave it created cut the building in half. Before it collapsed, Phantom rose up to the sky.

Demon wouldn't admit that to one, but at this moment he knew he wasn't the winning one. He knew what this art was. And it wasn't something he was looking for. Apostle meant that Iscariot was set only on killing him, more than ever before. He couldn't even think of what to do as the angel appeared before him.

One powerful kick to the chest sent the demon down. He hit the ground. Then he felt a burning sensation. He looked around him. Silver. Lots of silver. It was melting his skin. It was slowing down his regeneration. It was going to...kill him. It was going to kill him. Phantom was heavily breathing, trying to calm himself. Why was he doing that? He wasn't afraid of death, was he? No, not him. He couldn't be, could he?

Iscariot stood before him. He looked him straight in the eye. He kicked him. Then again, and again and again. Demon tried to focus purely on regeneration, but it was close to impossible. Virtue heard something crack. He hadn’t stopped. Then something cracked once again. Virtue still had not stopped. Even more bones seemed to give up under his feet. But he still wasn’t satisfied. The black blood that stained his feet and the demon’s body still longed to be spilled for what the fiend had done. Iscariot then started kicking Phantom’s body, digging him deeper into the silver plates, his skin evaporating together with the blood that stained it.

The cracks on the virtue’s body were glowing as light as ever and seemed to gain in glow with every bone that he managed to break. Iscariot noticed that the demon tried to squirm away from him, as the angel was taking in the beautiful sight that was laying right at his feet, and pierced his body with Longinus, immobilizing the purple snake. Virtue was more than pleased about the way he made the demon bleed out. Of course that wouldn’t be enough to kill him. Now the silver on the other hand was beautifully melting and pelling of his purple skin. By any means he would let the silver do all of the work and steal his oh so awaited prize from him. Iscariot pulled out Longinus and grabbed it as close to the blade as he could. Then he hit the demon in the head with the golden stuff. After a few hits, it too was stained by the sticky black blood that continued to ooze out of the demon.

Igor and Natalie have been watching that from afar. If any of them would have been asked to say which is a demon, they would have pointed at both of the beings before them. Angel kept on mutilating the demon, even after the latter was barely moving. Couldn't he finish him quickly? Was all of that needed? But who were they to question on how to kill a monster? They haven't even dared to strike the demon in order to not bring the virtue's wrath on them.

Phantom now only saw a golden boot that was too close to his face. It seemed like Iscariot stopped his assault for a while. Then he saw his blood that stained the area, some of it even red as a hot iron. That was it. He was dying. It was both horrifying and somewhat hilarious to the demon. While it wouldn't be the first time his physical form would have been completely destroyed, it probably will be the last one. But at the very least Iscariot was the one to kill him.

Iscariot grabbed the demon by the head and raised him so that his eyes met his.

- Honestly I would say that death is too kind for you- tip of Longinus was right at his right eye- But then again, so is any other fate. And honestly, it's not like anyone will miss you- even before his demise, virtue still had to add one last wound. Surprisingly, his words stung nearly as much as any other wound he had. Maybe it was because of the silver? Or the fact it was the truth.

Just as the angel was about to finish his job, a well known spell hit him in the back. He dropped the demon and turned back. At him came another abbadon, followed by a fireball. He dodged them with ease. Now he saw who dared to do that. A hellhound, samurai and a hooded figure were coming his way. What were they supposed to be? Were they suicidal? If they wanted to die, there were easier ways to do so.

- Hey you prick! Why don't you pick someone your size? I'm waiting!- damn it, he ordered them to stay back. Now they all will die. Shit, why did he care about that?

As virtue threw his weapon, the samurai vanished in the shadows. Noktum bought him some time by casting abbadon after abbadon, which the angel casually dodged. Fenfir stood before the mage, acting as a wall. The spear might have dug deep down, but so be it. He was tougher than he looked. Samukai appeared behind the Iscariot, only to take his leader into the shadows with him. Angel managed to scratch the warrior, but ultimately the demon got away.

Noktum, seeing the shadow that was quickly coming their way also was about to run away with the wolf, but his way was cut off by many tall thorns that rose from the ground. Samukai wasn't worried about that. Nothing that shadows couldn't pass through or find another way.

Samurai hadn't noticed a bright ball of light that appeared in virtue's hands. He threw it and for a while it emitted a blinding light that erased the shadows for a moment, which forced both the samurai and the demon from them. Warrior quickly grabbed Phantom and quickly got to Noktum and Fenfir. He placed the demon on the hound and drew Izanagi.

- You stupid, idiotic fools. I told you to wait for me- the demon scolded them.

- You can save that for later after we save your bloody ass!- it was the first time he saw Samukai so mad. As he was taking a battle stance, an arrow hit him in the chest. He quickly pulled it off and Noktum casted a barrier to protect them from another.

Beside the angel came three other warriors. A knight clad in an armor of the color of copper, archeress dressed in green and a behemoth clad in massive steel armor.

- I gave you orders to leave the demon to me!- Angel screamed at them. As he did so, Noktum threw a fireball at the thorns. They were set on fire, but it would take some time for them to burn completely. They just have to last a while, shouldn't be too hard, right?

The steel behemoth swung his hammer and hit the ground. As it did so, stalagmites rose from it, making a path of stone spikes, quickly getting before the barricade and destroying it.

Samurai charged at him, but was stopped by a thorn whip that wrapped itself around his legs, making him fall. Before he could cut it off, a red beam destroyed it and flew at the copper knight, who barely dodged it. This was followed by many chains of fire, but those were blown away by the powerful wind casted by the archeress.

Iscariot took the opportunity and flew at the demon. He quickly passed beside the warrior and was now right before his prey, but the hellhound lunged at him, leaving the demon on the ground. He blocked its fangs with Longinus. Wolf was stronger than he thought. Then he was hit by an abbadon. He had no time to waste. Apostle while was a powerful aspect, it also was truly damaging for the body. Angel kicked the wolf in his right leg with all of his might. Hound yelped in pain and fell over.

Virtue then quickly appeared before the shadow and elbowed him in his face. Shadow landed on the ground and saw how the angel got closer to his master. As he was about to swing the spear at the demon and finally take his life, Phantom casted flame. Weirdly red flame. What was that?

Iscariot couldn't dodge it as he was too close to the demon. The flame hit him and angel then knew it wasn't a normal one. It wasn't burning him, by God, it was melting him! Iscariot was casting an ice spell over and over in order to put himself out. After a few casts it was gone and so were a few golden parts of his body. Even in this state the demon managed to piss him off. Abbadons and fireballs were coming his way.

Samukai wanted to help his teammates, but he himself was busy as he was dodging the swings from the steel behemoth and the knight's whip. Another two arrows struck him in the back. That's why he hated fighting against archers. Especially those with wind magic. As he was about to strike the copper knight with Izanagi, a loud shriek echoed through the entire town. Then the place he stood on was covered by an enormous shadow. Everyone gathered looked up.

Over them was a great, big, black gryphon. By a mere flap of its great, raven-like wings it created a powerful gust of wind that made all of the combatants fall on the ground.

- Lilith?- Phantom whispered as Iscariot was trying to get up, cursing his luck and the new demon that dared to appear just now. From behind one of the buildings came a small girl with a smile on her face.

- Wait! It's dangerous out there!- Natalie shouted, but Lilim ignored her and ran past her, stopping where the samurai was lying.

- Mama!- Lilim happily waved at the great gryphon. Champions made sure that they heard the girl right. That monster was her mother? How could it be?

Beast's emerald eyes focused on the little girl. It dived down and released a black mist that covered the entire town, making it look like stormy clouds have descended from the sky. Samukai, using this unforeseen distraction, ran back to Chaos. On his way he hit someone and judging by the blade that grazed his helmet it probably was the angel.

When the warrior felt the fur of the hound, he grabbed the demon and the shadow who were lying nearby and hopped on the wolf. Just as he was about to order Fenfir to go, the gryphon flew over them.

- What are you waiting for, go after her-demon ordered. Samukai could only guess that by "her" he meant the gryphon. Either that or he was seeing things. But with nothing to lose, Samukai commanded the hellhound to follow this beast. Gryphon in question seemed to notice that they had followed her and even slowed slightly for them to catch. It also looked like it held something in her front claws.

- Dammit all- Iscariot kept on cursing as he followed the demons, albeit he was close a few times to falling over. He needed to use Longinus as a mere staff to help him walk. He really overdid it with the Apostle. He should've used it from the very beginning, then he would have had everything he wanted. And now? He lost it. He lost his chance to kill Phantom- Dammit! Fuck!- he shouted as he lost his footing. The halo, wings and glow finally disappeared, leaving him unable for further chase.

- It would have looked like you too have problems with him- Iscariot grabbed his spear and pointed it at his left. It was the same aura he felt before. The vanishing one.

- Who are you demon? Show yourself!

- I do believe it is not important at the moment. But I come with a proposition- Iscariot just laughed at him. He slowly got up. He was trembling but was standing and his red eyes were seemingly piercing through the mist and looked straight at the demon.

- And what is that? Me taking your head?

- Not mine. Like I said, Phantasm caused you troubles, right?- the demon had not waited for the answer and continued- You see, he too is rather, how to call it? A big inconvenience for me and my future. Thus I would like to propose a momentary truce- virtue once again laughed at that. A truce with a demon? He wasn't an idiot.

- Believe me angel, you hate him as much as I do. And I know his death would have helped both of us- angel had to agree with that. Then they both heard footsteps coming their way- When you think this through, meet me at the wall, tomorrow at midnight. This should be enough for you to recover right?- the aura vanished. Iscariot was more interested in the proposition than he should let himself be. A truce with a demon seems impossible, but then again it seemed to be someone who knows the demon as well as he does. Well, it wouldn't hurt to try, right?

Samukai followed the gryphon to the very edge of the town. As they got to the small house nearly at the outskirts, the beast got smaller and smaller, taking more humanoid form. Finally the person that landed before them was a black haired woman, holding a little girl in her arms.

Both the samurai and magician were pretty shocked by that and Phantom seemed even somewhat relieved to see her, but it was hard to tell.

- What are you gawking at? Get in, we don't have much time- her stern voice made samurai quickly cast arts of the shadow theater at the hound, grab the demon and go inside the stone house with Noktum.

- And as for you- she glanced at Phantom- We need to talk- demon didn't even argue with that. He already knew what Lilith had in mind. Maybe he will be lucky enough to pass out and miss the scolding? Who was he kidding? He was going to do so after it.
