Chapter 105 Defying Logic

Ekorn: “And then his fist started to glow, and he threw a punch so strong, it shook the ground beneath and blinded everyone in the stadium.”

Viviana: “And then, and then?”

Ekorn: “Of course Lord Gryphon stood victorious, letting out a mighty roar daring anyone to face him, but nobody dared.”

Viviana: “I’m glad, with this, maybe the call for a new king will stop.”

Ekorn: “Now that that’s done could you let me go?”

Viviana: “Hmm, why?”

Ekorn: “You said that you were scared your father might lose and that you wanted me to console you while I told you what happened.”

Viviana: “………………. Oh yeah, I did say that didn’t I?”

Ekorn: “Don’t forget your reasons, let me go.”

Viviana: “You can’t, Kyaaa I’m so scared.”

Ekorn: “Liar.”

Ekorn tried to pull away, but Viviana held him tight to her bosom.

Viviana: “Sorry, sorry I just wanted you to realize it, but it looks like you haven’t noticed.”

Ekorn: “What?”

Viviana smiled a seductive smile leaning close to Ekorn’s ear to whisper.

Viviana: “As of late, ‘they’ have gotten bigger.”

Ekorn: “They!?”

Ekorn’s body began to focus on the soft mounds poking at his back. He increasingly flustered, as Viviana pushed ‘them’ harder into him, trying to get him acknowledged what she was speaking of.

Ekorn: “Wha-wha exactly a-are you t-talking about?”

Viviana: “Honestly Ekorn, are you really gonna make a girl say it out loud?”

She smiled a devious smile, she was messing with him, she wanted him to slip up so she could tease him. As soon as he said something perverted, she would correct him about it being something else in the room. It’s a good thing he’s been with her so long and knew of the game she was playing; a quick observation of the room and he was easily able to deduce what she was talking about.

Ekorn: “Yes, the plants I gave you have gotten much bigger, you’re doing such a good job taking care of them.”

Viviana looked at him dumbfounded, Ekorn smiled victoriously. She thought he didn’t notice and wanted him to say something perverted, but he was too smart. The old bait and switch routine, Ekorn was much too smart to fall for that.

Viviana: “No silly, I was talking about my chest.”

Ekorn: “I know, it was obvious you were talking about your……CHEST!?”

Viviana: “Yes, didn’t you feel me pushing them into your back? I thought I was making it blatantly obvious.”

And then all his thoughts shattered in an instance. He forgot, when it came to him, she was more than happy to shove every bit of her body in his face, with reckless abandonment. Viviana puffed out her cheeks in a huff, pouting from him not understanding when she was making it so blatantly obvious even an idiot would understand.

Viviana: “I can’t believe you really didn’t notice; this call for drastic measures.”

*Cloth drop*

Ekorn: “Drastic measures, what you sayiMMPPPHHH!?”

Vivana quickly turned Ekorn around and hugged him even tighter.

Viviana: “Obviously, I just have to try harder.”

Viviana grabbed Ekorn and snuggled him into her bosom.

Ekorn: “Hmph, mmmmph!?”

*squish*

Viviana: “See, see, see how they can almost encompass your entire head?”

Ekorn tried to pry himself away from her chest, but she only allowed enough leeway for him to breathe before hugging him tight once again.

Viviana: “Ah, speaking of which, this is perfect, while you’re here you can take some measurements. I gonna to make my bra a size bigger than before, the ones I have now are a bit restraining.”

Ekorn: “I CAN’T DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU LET ME GO, MORE OVER CAN’T DO THAT YOURSELF!?”

Viviana: “But, I want you to do it, it will be more fu- it will be much more accurate measurement if.”

Ekorn: “YOU WERE ABOUT TO SAY FUN, JUST THEN, WEREN’T YOU!?”

Ekorn and Vivana, wrestled across the bed, Ekorn desperately trying to escape and Viviana playfully preventing him. Wrapping her legs around him, she pinned them together in a tight embrace.

Viviana: “Now you will get those measurements.”

Ekorn: “MmmmmPh!?”

Viviana: “Ah Ekorn, your breath is warm on my chest.”

Ekorn: “*gasp*Th-This is inappropriate, what is someone sees?”

Viviana: “Then I guess you better get those measurements done.♡”

Ekorn: “Milady mmmph please, hmmmph.”

Viviana: “Kya, Ekorn don’t nibble the tip. ♡

Ekorn: “THEN STOP THROWING THEM IN MY MOUTH, MMMMMMMMPPHHH!”

Ekorn tried to catch his breath, finally able to escape Viviana’s grasp. He turned to see the Tigress, smiling impishly at him, utterly satisfied with today’s brand of teasing the Therian boy.

Viviana: “OH well, I guess we’ll just have to try again some other time.”

Ekorn: “They’re will be no next time.”

Viviana: “Sure there want be~”

He found it utterly humiliating to be toyed with by someone younger them him, even if he was vertically challenged. However, it was his job to put up with Viviana’s whimsical nature. Though the constant skin-ship was slowly driving him to madness. The male mind could only take so much, before it loses all rationality and start acting on instinct alone.

Viviana rolled on to her back, wearing with nothing but her undergarments, Ekorn was finding it hard to keep his eyes from wondering. He began packing away the plates and cups from the meal they had right before, as Viviana rolled around trying to get him to look. Realizing he would no longer budge, she gave up and simply rested.

Ekorn: “Viviana, can I ask you something?”

Viviana: “Hmm~”

Ekorn: “The wielder of ‘Origin’?”

Viviana: “What about him?”

Ekorn: “Are you sure he was a dark-skinned Lycanian?”

Viviana was taking aback by the question; it was a strange question to say the least.

Viviana: “You doubt me?”

Ekorn: “It’s not doubt, I just want to be sure.”

Ekorn went back to his duties afterward, Viviana staring him down as he did. Before he knew it, he was being hugged from behind, this time though it wasn’t the playful teasing from before.

Viviana: “Making sure is second only to doubt. Ekorn what’s wrong, you never needed to make sure before?”

Ekorn: “N-Nothing I just wanted to-”

Viviana: “Ekorn?”

Ekorn: “I have something to show you.”

Ekorn went over to his bag and returned to Viviana, now sitting up on the bed.

Viviana: “This is?”

Ekorn: “It’s a record of sorts, detailing the events of the war against the Demon Lord and events subsequent to said war.”

Viviana: “Oh, so everything is written in this book?”

Ekorn: “Not everything just the most important moments……….like the extinction of the Lycanian race.”

Viviana: “Huh?”

Ekorn: “The Lycanian’s, for various reasons, were wiped out. There aren’t any left.”

Viviana: “…………. There must be some mistake.”

Ekorn flipped to the page for Viviana, who began reading. As she then flipped the pages, her expression would change ever so slightly. When she was done, she sat the book to the side and stared into space for a moment, desperately trying to recall her prophetic dream.

Viviana: “I……….was wrong?”

Ekorn: “No that’s not it. I believe that the wielder of ‘Origin’ will come, it’s just, maybe instead of a Lycanian, maybe a race of Therian with similar traits.”

Ekorn thought he had made a mistake; Viviana didn’t respond to his words at all. However, Viviana wasn’t entirely upset by the news, in fact she was happy.

Viviana: “*mumbling* If I truly was wrong, then maybe father will-”

Ekorn: “What?”

Viviana: “Ah, nothing.”

Ekorn couldn’t hear what she said, but she dismissed it as mumbles.

Ekorn: “Viviana, I believe in you more than anything, if you say we will escape then, we will.”

Ekorn had been thinking a lot and this is the conclusion he came to. Not every one of her dreams were precognitive, there was always the chance of her mixing her dreams together in her unconscious state of mind.

Viviana: “Do you believe so?”

Ekorn: “Without a doubt, we can be certain Origin’s wielder will show, just not as a Lycanian.”

Viviana: “Thank you Ekorn, for trying to cheer me up.”

Ekorn: “Not at all, I’m always here for you.”

Viviana: “Really, then about those measurements, I-”

Ekorn: “O-Oh darn, look at the time, I promised to meet with your father.”

Ekorn quickly ran towards the door, while Viviana just snickered at the scene. Ekorn gave Viviana one last look before leaving and latching the door behind him. Viviana, listened to his footsteps as they bounded down the steps, before heading to the balcony and watching Ekorn disappear into a corridor.

She stood there thinking about her dream and turned solemn. It’s not that she didn’t believe what Ekorn showed her, but her dreams were always right, no matter how she felt about them. There was a clear and precise difference between her dreams, a difference she alone knew. However, for the first time ever, there was an honest opposition, an irrefutable fact of the world in the form of extinction. Maybe this time she thought, it will be different. She was inwardly thrilled to hear Ekorn’s truth on the matter, for they were another part to her dream, that she hoped would not come to be.

Viviana: “No……it will not deviate, regardless of fact, my dream will come to pass.”

. But the feeling quickly went away as realization came into play, her dreams are never wrong. She placed her hands to her chest, trying to suppress the feeling of dread rising from deep within her heart. Her dream would soon come to pass and there was nothing anyone or anything could do to change the outcome.
