Chapter 3: Reasons / Shock

“Annnd, that’s enough of that. Indeed the two Harutos are like night and day. I apologize for that, but I needed to show you the suffocating pressure Haruto can easily emit. I need you to be aware of this other Haruto. It seems some of you were at least partially aware of it already. I didn’t realize that. Apologies. And as for why Haruto, of all people, is the hero? This is his journey, and the road that he should walk to heal the madness in his soul. If you haven’t realized, I’ve brought you guys here so that Haruto has help and support by his side when he needs it. As his friends and family, I trust you guys will help him with his quest. As to my reasons for doing so, I’ll say that family should help each other, and letting that madness exist will only bring danger. Yui, I’ll let you know, since you probably have recognized me at least a little, that I want Haruto to get rid of the corrupted part of him, whether he understands what the madness is or not...” Said the god after knocking Haruto out cold. “Wait. Are you possibly.... You can’t be, right? But...if so....“ started Yui, the hatred for the god evaporating almost instantly. She understood a little bit of why they had been brought there now.

“Yui. You know already, now, right? Keep it quiet for me, will you? I’m going to guess it’s not long until they find out, but still. For now it’s important. Especially in Harutos' case.” Said the god, cutting off Yuis question.

“You guys will be leaving in the morning tomorrow. Sora, can you bring Haruto to his room for me?” Asked the god

Sora was still sitting on the floor, shocked and having trouble processing what he had just experienced.

”Sora!” Snapped the god, waking both Sora and Akari out of their stupors.

“Oh. Um, yes. Yes, I’ll do that.” Sora mumbled, picking , now unconscious Haruto up and carrying him to their room.
