‘It seems the category is celebrities, however that seems that’s the only information I’ll be getting.’ The alternate Aki thought as he glanced over the slip of paper in his hands.
‘At least it’s unlikely he’ll call on me first so I have at minimum one detail to deduce who the celebrity is.’
Mr Wells then began to speak “The exam will now begin. Rango you will start”
The blue haired boy who was addressed as Rango, stood up and started with the first description.
“The person is a singer.” He said as he sat back down.
After hearing what Rango said Aki began to think.
‘Since the person is a singer, it’s likely that they are a man because the majority of the music industry is male dominated. Plus, it’s almost certain that they used a popular artist, the average person is familiar with so that the students can list details about the person. Judging by how the music industry is right now, it’s quite likely this person has faced criticism or even cancellation in some point in time’
After Aki deduced this, Mr Wells spoke.
“Aki you are next.” Mr Wells then placed his right leg over his left one, and leaned back in his chair.
“This person is controversial”
Aki’s statement was a gamble but this one of the safest options. Since things like controversy are subjective, you can argue anyone is controversial especially the more popular they are.

Additionally, judging from the fact the other students didn’t show any confusion or surprise at his statement. Aki could assume the others agreed.
Either way, Aki was going to pass this exam.
“Mumen, you’re turn” Mr Wells said.
The last student, known as Mumen thought for a bit and then started to speak.
“This person is a man.”
A bead of sweat dropped down the girls face.
Mumen tried her best to seem confident but it seemed she was nervous about being accused of being the imposter. Despite the fact she wasn’t even the traitor.
Unfortunately for her, this is was a weakness that will be exploited.
“The first discussion will now begin, you are allowed to converse with each other for 3 minutes to deduce who the traitor is.”
As Mr Wells said this he pulled out his phone and set a timer.
The room went silent with only the sound of timer slowly ticking each second.
Tick, Tick, Tick
“Alright, so if being honest it’s I’m not sure who the traitor is” Aki says as he attempts to break the silence.
“Well, I know who I think it his” Rango speaks up.
Aki turns is attention towards Rango and raised his eyebrow.
He tried to hide his excitement for what’s to come, but he let out a little smirk.
“Its mostly likely you” Rango says as he points is finger at Mumen’s direction.
“What?! Why me? What did I do?”
Mumen having a negative reaction to this is understandable. After all, she was under the threat of expulsion for something she didn’t even do.
“You were acting really suspicious, you were shaking and I even saw some sweat come down your face.” Rango explains.
“Wha..no you got it wrong” Mumen responds.
“I just get really nervous! It’s not because I’m the traitor!”
“Why would we believe that? After all, this test, this school, revolves around lying.” Rango counters in a cold tone.
“Uh…um…that’s because..” Mumen searched for the proper words.
“Because…you should suspecting him!” As she pointed her finger at Aki.
“May I ask why you suspect me?” Aki questions innocently.
“Well you have such an ambiguous answer. This person is controversial? Really? You obviously said that because someone controversial is subjective.”
Mumen had saw through Aki’s strategy and was throwing accusations against him.
Unfortunately, Aki was one step ahead.
“What you’re saying is true, however that isn’t sufficient reasoning for accusing me. After all, you said yourself that someone being controversial is subjective so how do you know I don’t find them controversial?” Aki rebuttals.
“That’s complete bullshi-“
“BEEP BEEP BEEP”
The sound of the alarm filled the air.
Meaning that the students first discussion has ended.
