Chapter 13: A big hassle

When Aki’s class periods ended, he went back to his dorm room where someone was waiting for him.

“You got Mary expelled.” The person said.

This person was Lily, a member of the student council. She was also the one to ask Aki to expel Damien.

“You told me to expel Damien, and that’s what I’m going to do. If you have complaints then blame yourself.” Aki responds

“But-”

“If you say another word I’ll expel you too”

Lily gasped and lowered her head. Then she decided to walk away.

Aki sighed and unlocked is dorm room door.

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

The next day, Aki had to attend a student council meeting since he was the new vice president.

Damien sits at his desk as the other council members arrive. When it was time to start the meeting, Damien introduced Aki as the new vice president.

“Everyone, this is Aki, the new vice president of the student council. His class will go against mine in the upcoming exam” Damien said.

Aki chuckled nervously and pretended to be embarrassed.

“Sorry, I tried to get them to pick another class but they didn’t listen.” Aki said.

“It’s fine, that’s just the nature of the school.” Damien said nonchalantly, seeming to be completely confident he’d win regardless.

The rest of the student council seemed to be quite pleased with Aki being the vice president, excluding Lily of course.

Naturally, the student council members were surprised because this was the first time a first year student was selected to be student council president. Although, Aki was only selected to be vice president so that Damien could keep an eye on him.

Unfortunately for Damien, Aki has taken all these factors into account when facing him.

After the meeting, Aki decided to relax in his dorm until his next period.

‘Excluding today, I have three days to prepare for the exam.’ Aki thought.

Aki sighs and his face changes to a serious one.

‘It seems I’ll have to commit my last evil deed to free the school… and myself.’

This thought was a sign of regret for him ending his father’s life all those years ago.

It may have been the reason he had to go through all this hassle.

After all, he had to go to a mental institution that he escaped, leading him to this school that he could hide in.

Even after all that, he still has to become the student council president so he could make this school comfortable for himself, and to avoid his other side coming out.

But there is one thing he is sure of, he will do anything to keep what happened hidden. No matter what.
