A Stay in a Village 5

A Stay in a Village 5

As we were making our way back to the house, Sun is oddly fidgety.

As usual, she's holding on to my hand but for some reason, her hand is slightly wet. This isn't normal.

Of course, the reason might be that she just touched something that's wet but her hand wasn't this wet when we started holding hands.

No other cases were like this in the past as well.

The other reason might be that she's sweating. It's something that a human does after all.

Sun and Night are awfully sweaty when they're sleeping, or when it's more hot than usual. Sweating is normal for humans, is what I concluded.

And sweating might be the reason.

Except that it doesn't make sense.

The clouds are covering the sun right now so it isn't as hot. My body temperature is cold so my body heat can't be the case for Sun's hand to be sweating.

Her hand never sweats when we hold hands before, mind you.

And it had been only about a minute and a half when Sun's hand became all wet.

And even if her hand just begun to sweat for no apparent reason, there's also the fact that Sun's eyes are moving around about too much than usual.

Clearly, she's wary, or nervous about something.

I don't see or smell anything in particular that could be a cause for that.

Thinking about this further wouldn't really result into anything.

So I just decided to ask her.

"What's wrong."

Upon asking her that, her back straightened up in shock.

"D-don't worry about me. I'm fine."

Then why are you blushing?

Ugh... I'm not even drinking blood right now. What's her reason for blushing?

The sweet scent of her blood seems to tickle my nose as it entices me to come and have a taste.

I reflexively looked at Sun's nape and it's oddly inviting.

This isn't good. I want to get away from her as soon as possible.

But I can't really let go of her hand without reason.

So what kind of reason should I make up for her to leave me be for a bit?

A few short seconds later, an idea popped up in my mind.

"I have to pee."

Pee. Human activity to relieve themselves of liquid bodily waste. I, for some reason, despite drinking that much blood as I had, don't need to do this activity, even though I have the organs to do it.

And yes, I looked into Sun's and Night's as well to be sure that our female vagina is the same.

They were pretty embarrassed in the end.

But anyway, I saw that Sun and Night don't like me staring at them whenever they're peeing.

She should assume the same for me, right?

Sun would give me some alone time to do my peeing and then when Sun and I had finally calmed down, we'll continue our way back.

I'd say this plan, it's pretty perfect.

Sun thought about it for a bit and then replied;

"But Snow, you don't seem to need to pee. At least I never saw you do it before."

Of course, I thought that she would be asking something like that.

"I pee in the forest when looking for rabbits."

With this, she can't possibly tell if I'm lying or not.

With no visual confirmation, all you can do is mere speculation on what exactly has happened. She has no choice but to accept it as being true.

But when I said that, she didn't react as I was expecting. Rather, her face became redder.

"When you were hunting rabbits, huh? Mm... Just to get their blood, you hunted rabbits... Ha..."

She muttered softly so I couldn't quite hear it clearly, but I could make out some words here and there.

It's not good.

What's this about me hunting rabbits? They never said it was strange so I'm sure that the act isn't a problem here.

"Rabbits... Blood..."

Right. It's definitely the part about blood.

I think I said something I shouldn't have. This just made it worse.

Argh...! Her scent is getting stronger! I have to get away from her or I'll lose control of myself!

"L-Lilia... Pee?"

Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.

"Oh, that's right! I'm sure there's someplace you can pee in."

Thankfully, she got a grip on herself.

But I think I won't be able to soon.

After a little bit of searching, I'm reaching my limit.

Why is she still blushing? There's no reason to!

We're just walking aimlessly around the village. I can't even spare a thought on appreciating the culture of how humans work because of what I'm feeling right now.

"Lilia... I need to pee..."

I requested once again with a more pitiful cry. I even squeezed the area between my thighs to make it more convincing.

"Don't worry, we'll find one soon~!"

Why is she happy about that?

In the end, we settled in between two houses in a place where there doesn't seem to be many humans around.

What's bad about this is the fact that there's no cover, no place to run to, and no privacy what so ever.

It's simply a narrow space with two wooden walls at the side to cover us.

If I'm going to pee here, aren't I basically in full view? Isn't there supposed to be privacy, as what Night had said when peeing?

And thus I looked at Sun with a questioning look.

"Don't worry about me. Go ahead and pee."

"Privacy..."

"Sorry Snow. This is the only place we can find at the moment. Usually, there's a public toilet in villages but this one doesn't have any."

I'd like to ask how many villages are out there but it isn't the time to ask that.

More importantly, I'm in quite a bind.

I can't really pee. Either it is physically, because I'm a vampire, or I don't have anything that I would need to get rid off, thus no yellow liquid.

But I can't really tell her that I don't need to pee after all. She'll most likely ask why I lied in the first place and I can't think up of a good made up reason to answer that. It'll also probably lead to something I didn't want to lead towards.

What should I do...?

"What's wrong Snow? Don't you have to pee?"

"... You're looking."

"Oh, I'm sorry. Then I'll look away."

As she said, she turned around and looked in the opposite direction.

I guess this is better but how do I make pee sounds?

I don't have any yellow water and all I have is blood.

I don't want to waste blood and even if I used that, the smell and color will give it away. It'll still be pointless and I won't have any more blood.

In the end, I'm still in a dire situation.

And yes, Sun is still giving off that alluring scent. We're a bit more far apart but that doesn't help at all. I need to get a lot farther than this.

Should I just run away?

I can just explain myself later on. I'll tell her that I found something nearby or something.

But as I was about to leave, Sun suddenly said;

"You're lying, aren't you, Snow?"

Her words weren't something I'm happy to hear but her voice is oddly happy. No, it's more like she's excited.

She then turned around and slowly approached me.

"But it's okay. I'll forgive you."

Her face is practically red now and as she approached, I couldn't move at all. It's not because she did something but it's because of something I'm feeling.

She's inviting me. Something inside me is saying that if I bite on to her neck, she wouldn't mind. She'll be glad I did it even.

But I can't do it. I at least have to resist.

As I was standing there, unable to move, she's finally right in front of me. Her rosy red cheeks smell so good that I could feel my mouth water in anticipation. My fangs throbbed in pain as I desire more and more to suck her blood.

Dangerous thoughts like wanting to suck her dry appeared but I immediately tossed it away.

That's the last thing I want to do in a place like this.

But even when I think that I don't genuinely think it's a bad idea.

She then lowered herself to my eye level and looked into my eyes intensively.

"Hey Snow…"

Every letter she spoke felt like something is caressing the insides of my ear.

This is really dangerous. I'm seriously nearing my limit.

"... Can I ask you a favor?"

"What is it?" Is what I'd like to reply but the words seemed to have been stuck.

I'd like to run away as far as possible from here but my body refuses to.

This is a really big defect. I'll have to tell Lacorte about this.

Seeing my unresponsiveness as an answer, she continued.

"… can you drink my blood?"

"…!"

She said it! She really said it!

That's it, I'm at my limit! I can't resist anymore!

That's right! What's the point of resisting!? Now that I think about it, there's just absolutely no reason in the first place.

The instant she finishes her sentence, I immediately pounced on her, throwing her on the ground.

"Drink as much as you like…"

I think she said something but I didn't pay attention to it.

My full attention is directed at Sun's neck, just at the curve at the top of her collarbone.

I touched it as if confirming if it's actually real or not.

Shortly after, I plunged my fangs into her neck.

Blood rushed immediately through my fangs and it felt amazingly good.

For a soul with only its thoughts for a companion, I didn't think I would ever feel something this amazing.

This feels even more amazing than when the time I accidentally drank Night's blood.

It's a whole other experience.

And I don't think it's because it's Sun that I'm sucking blood from. I feel that I would feel something like this with Night as well.

It's just that, this time, there's something different about it. Maybe it's due Sun's alluring smell of blood that I kept smelling throughout the day or the fact that she's the one that invited me in the first place.

Whatever it may be, I don't know and I don't want to care about it for the moment. I simply wish to savor this experience and embed it deep into my memory.

Not even 5 seconds have passed and I could hear Sun panting.

Her rough breaths seem to tell me to keep going.

She then pulled me closer, as if asking for more.

After a while, I was finally satisfied.

I removed my fangs of her neck and let her lie on my thighs for the moment.

"Hey Snow, you bit me before, right? Please don't heal it. I'd like to keep it."

"…"

My fangs were covered in my saliva which has healing properties so the moment that I removed my fangs from her neck, it immediately closed, leaving Sun's neck flawless as before.

Should I just say that it had already healed?

But looking at Sun's expression right now, I feel like it's something that will make her very happy.

I guess I have to improvise.

In order to leave a wound that wouldn't heal, I simply wiped the saliva off of my fangs and bit her once again.

Sun seemed to be confused as to why I did that but decided not to ask.

"Eek!"

As I bit her again, she yelped in pain.

The bite mark this time didn't heal immediately but the bleeding did stop.

It must be the work of the leftover saliva that I didn't manage to wipe off.

Sun used her fingers to examine it, to which he nodded in satisfaction after.

"Thank you, Snow."

"Un."

After that, we continued our way back to the house.

This time, no annoying desire to drink Sun's blood.

I feel completely calm.

During the way, we didn't talk to each other but I felt that it was just fine.

Sun and I held our hands together and she didn't blush a single time. And even if she did, I don't think I'll get enticed that easily.

Although Sun kept rubbing the bite mark I just made.

Does it hurt after all?

I asked about it but she didn't say that it was.

Instead;

"I'm just happy."

I guess that's fine. If she's happy then I'll just leave it at that.

And I'm glad I didn't suck that much blood from her as well.

I felt that if I tried to drink her blood, I wouldn't be able to stop myself but that wasn't the case at all.

This time, I'm more in control. It must be because I'm not that hungry anyway.

After a few minutes of walking, we finally arrived at the house.

Now that we're here, I could smell Night's distinct smell of blood, strangely strong.

After just recently feasting on Sun, I don't have much urge to drink any more blood for now but it does smell rather delicious.

When we entered, we saw an unusually sweaty Night coming out of the room with the bed.

Rather than her more comfortable clothes, she's wearing the maid clothes that she showed me before.

Her face is quite flushed as well.

"W-welcome back!"

She greeted with rough breaths. She wiped away the sweat of her forehead as she put out a stiff smile.

"We're back~."

Sun seemed to have an idea as to why Night is like that, judging from her mischievous grin.

Then Sun approached her and whispered something in her ear, making her face redder even more.

With that, the whole room is filled with the delicious aroma of Night's blood.

These two had been unusually blushy today.
