Strangely, even though it was night, I did not feel the least sleepy. So I deducted that onipillars were nocturnal. Not long after those observations, a group of figures entered the room. They were slander, yet tall, with dark, long hair and pale skin. Each seemed to try to hide their ears with their hair, and it was very effective. Their eye colours seemed to be all over the colour spectrum, while ours seemed to be exclusively a soft shade pink. They started picking us up without any particular order, and then dropped us in another cage. When I landed, the first thing to get in my sight was a huge spider, looking at us with apparent hunger in its glare. While most of us didn’t react, a few (me included) rushed at it, fangs out (I didn’t even know we had those). The spider was most likely weakened, since it went down in a couple of minutes with only the inactive onipillars as casualties. All the attackers were then picked up and placed in different cages. When I was deposited in one, a familiar voice echoed in my head:
NOTICE, THE INDIVIDUAL KNOWN AS VANIA HAS GAINED THE TITLE
NOTICE, THE DEFEAT OF A SILK SPIDER GRANTED THE TITLE OF
Oh hey look, new skills. Anyway, I’ll try using [Local knowledge] on myself in an attempt to see my stats.

All I could see was my name, my species’s general classification and my health bar. I guess at level 1 it’s just that useless.
At least, I could identify what plant was edible and what plant wasn’t, so credits are due where credits are deserved. At least I think that’s how the saying goes… YOU GET MY POINT!
After analyzing everything in my cage, my [Local knowledge] went up a level, and the only change is that now I can somewhat differentiate objects. Not useful. When day arrived, I slept, and when night was back, the moonlight was once again shining on me, even though I wasn’t at the same spot as before. Surely enough, something was happening, and I didn’t have to wait long before having an idea of what:
NOTICE, THE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN MET, THEREFORE, THE PROPHETIC TITLE {CHILDREN OF THE MOON} HAS BEEN GRANTED. UNDER ITS EFFECT, THE SKILL [PHOTOSYNTHESIS] AND THE UNIQUE SKILL {GLARE OF THE MOON} HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED.
Did the system just said I got a plant ability?!? Also, I don’t like the "prophetic" implications from "Prophetic title". Oh well, I’ll think about that later. At the moment that thought appeared in my mind, I got picked up by those humanoid figures (as my skill describes them). I got put with a bunch of onipillars in a cage full of spiders this time. While one or two got stunned by the odds, most of us charged without thinking in an attempt at survival. While all the spiders seemed injured, the sheer amount of them made it a hard fought battle, with many of us dying by the fangs of the silk spiders. I obviously managed to survive, with what I’ve been through in my previous life, I had more than enough willpower to overcome any obstacles. This time, I didn’t get a title, but my [Bite], [Intimidation] and [Local knowledge] all went up a level.
