Being bored and waiting for night to arrive, I had decided to open my profile:

I could bother myself with bestiary far later, but checking my stats would be a good idea, especially considering I had not checked them at all before:
Level: 2
EXP: 1045/1500
Available points: 3
Strength: 1+0 | -1
Agility: 1+0 | -1
Intelligence: 1+0 | -1
Vitality: 1+0 | -1

Advanced Stats [ ! ]
Now that was quite interesting. I decided to go for balanced build and invest 1 point in Agility, Vitality and Intelligence. Hopefully the latter would help me comprehend people better. But advanced stats tab was quite intriguing for me as well, so I clicked it as well:
HP: 110/110
HP Regen: 1.1 HP/h
MP: 57/57
MP Regen: 2.1 MP/s
SP: 26/26
SP Regen: 2.1 SP/s
Armor: 1
Magic Affinities: Water
Base Damage: 3
Movement speed: 100%
Weapon Resistance: 0%
Magic Resistances:
Water: 25%
Fire: 0%
Earth: 0%
Wind: 0%
Light: 0%
Dark: 0%
Holy, that's a lot of info. I really would need to invest in intelligence to comprehend all of this. But I had also realized that it was probably a good idea to check what kind of stuff I could craft:
Tools

Artifacts (Available at Level 15)
Potions (Available at Level 5)

Buildings
I could sure care less about tools I could make, but the ability to make weapons was quite intriguing. The only thing I was met with was just a stone dagger. I really need to invest in my intelligence. But to be crafted I needed 1 stick, 1 web and a working blade. Ironically I crafted 2 working blades at that sturdy stone and had remaining resources left. I quickly crafted a stone dagger and hid it in my inventory as Luntra was minding her own business. Some time later though, Luntra was clearly bored and decided to talk to me:
"Kuronto, you got some time to kill?"
"Of course I do."
"I want you to answer some questions about this entire world, since it's my first time ever experiencing something like this."
"Don't expect me to answer everything though."
"Even assumptions will do just fine. I want to learn more right now."
"Oh, so you're going solo to become some super strong edgy main character?"
"Drop that shit and get to explaining."
"Now that's more like you. But honestly there's a lot to talk about so uh..."
"Ask exact questions, all right. First things first, how fast do you think the progression will take in this world?"
"Nice and steady I guess. It becomes slower the higher our levels become."
"Got it. Next, how good and complex can magic get?"
"No limits to both honestly. But the more effective, easier to cast and less mana-consuming the spell is the better."
"Now that's interesting. No questions for now," Luntra decided to do some stretches as she stood up.
"And where are you going?"
"To get some berries obviously. They'll be our source of water for a while."
"I might join you to kill some time as well. If possible, I'll get Meqro to join us."
This book's true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.
"I don't think getting him..."
"The more the merrier."
"You do you," shrugged Luntra.
My initial goal of getting Meqro to collect berries was to make sure he was on our side. As we were walking out, I saw Meqro just looking at raw meat waiting to get cooked. He noticed us walking out and decided to ask us something without even looking at us:
"Where are you guys going?"
"To collect some berries. Mind joining?"
"If we all are to collect berries then there should be someone protecting this little shelter or we shouldn't go too far from it."
As suspicious as that sounded, he was right. We could not yet afford to go too far from the shelter and it was pretty late too. After some short discussions, we had agreed to stick together and collect berries while having shelter in sight. Luckily for us, there were some berry bushes not too far from our shelter. It took us a few minutes to get to that place and from there the shelter was still seen clearly. We had been collecting berries for some time at which point I then suggested going back.
"What about checking how many we have?" wondered Luntra.
"It doesn't really matter to me though," I said as I was shrugging.
"I'm with Kuronto on this one," Meqro also shrugged, "we can check how many berries we have at any time, but I'd rather do it in a shelter."
The more Meqro talks or even acts the more I regret having been suspicious about him initially. But it is natural to be suspicious about someone you had just met. The entire situation made me remember the saying "they meet you by your clothes, see you off by your mind". But as of now it was far better for us to return to our base. As we were walking peacefully, Luntra noticed something:
"I saw 2 people run into our shelter."
"I hope you trust me enough to cover your back, Kuronto."
"Bold of you to assume it'll go that far," I said as I pulled out my dagger.
Nobody noticed my dagger because I started running the last. But as usually, our sprint was pretty short and were all just walking towards our shelter. When we got close enough, Luntra screamed:
"Get the hell out of our shelter!"
"Fuck off, stupid bitch!" a man shouted within our shelter.
"I hope we won't have to destroy the shelter though," sighed Meqro.
That seemed like a familiar situation. The two looked at me as I did not plan to attack them and was just there standing and thinking with a dagger in my hands. Luntra really felt as if I had a plan and wondered what my thinking is. It peaked Meqro's curiosity as well.
"From what I know we have 2 scenarios," I responded, "they're either really scared or they're the baddies. For this situation I can expect the first scenario."
"I hope you're not being retarded on this one," exclaimed Meqro as he tapped me on my shoulder.
"Ah, that makes things easier," smiled Luntra, "I've been in those situations earlier, so let me handle it."
I was still a bit nervous so I decided to use water bolt in both hands while holding a dagger. All of a sudden, a message was shown:
New Hidden Magic Discovered: Water Infusion!
That message brought me back to my senses and made me stop using mana as of whole but I did not let go of dagger nor put it in inventory as I was prepared for the worst outcome in which my accidentally discovered magic would come in handy.
