Shun were talking to his sister Mika. They were walking side by side down towards the school.
"Hey, Shun. I have a question for you. What was that matter with Kakeru? Why were you picking a fight with him?" Mika asked.
"Hmm. If I really tried to pick a fight with him he would be dead already. I was just curious about some things," Shun said.
"Curious? What do you mean? You're being weird again." Mika complained.
"Well, just don't get too close to him, he gives me a bad feeling about him. He seems very cold. Like a stone statue." Shun explained.
"Hmmm. Is that so? He didn't really give me that feeling. He seemed kind of nice even, when I talked to him. I felt like he wanted to listen to what I had to say. I wonder why you don't like him." She pondered. " Rather, compared to his sister, he was rather polite and amicable. I wouldn't call him a gentleman, but I think he's more like a normal person."
"Yeah, well, I'm still not convinced. I feel like there is something off about him." Shun muttered and put a hand in pocket. "But anyway, let's get to our classroom. “Just Keep some distance from him."
"Hmmmmm." Mika started at him with a dubious look. "Even though Shun is getting so close with that woman shun, you are telling me to keep some distance with Kakeru? You make no sense. Besides, if I want to get closer to anyone, Shun has nothing to do with it." She pouted. “as if you even care about me. You can just go and play around with that dumb-looking woman. I don't care at all. Hum." She looked away with a frown.
"Ugh. You're such a child sometimes, Mika. Don't act so spoiled," Shun scolded her.
"What did you say?" Mika glared back at him. "I'll tell you this now, Shun. You are the one who acts childish. You're always ignoring me and acting like you don't care about me. I won't stand for it anymore. You've been treating me like a little kid since forever. It's time for you to grow up."

"Whatever you say, brat." Shun snorted.
"Why did you even agree to join that stupid-sounding club of hers, anyway? You are not acting like yourself Shun. You are abstaining from 'that' anyway, so you have no reason to get close to her. I bet you got tricked into joining that stupid club." She sneered. “Don’t tell me you actually fell for that woman."
"Hmm. Weren't you the one who said that I should date someone? Well, I'm not dating that girl. I'm only taking part in the club because I felt like it." Shun retorted.
"You're lying! I know you better than anyone else. You never take any action unless you really want to do it." She pointed at him with accusation. "Y-You have a crush on her. That's why you agreed to join that club."
"That's ridiculous. I don't have a crush on that woman. I told you, I'm just doing it because I felt like it. There's nothing more to it." Shun shrugged.
"If you say so..." Mika sulked.
"Hey, stop making fun of me! I don't have a crush on that woman, okay? I swear." Shun insisted.
"Then what is with you?" She said. Then She looked at him with a serious expression. “Or is it because of that? That thing you mentioned yesterday? Are you feeling sorry for her? Do you want to help her?"
"N-no way!" Shun blushed bright red.
"It's true, isn't it?" Mika pressed. "You do feel sorry for her, don't you? I don't really know the whole story, but it seems she experienced something really traumatic recently, right? But, if you are doing it just because of some strange sense of obligation, then you should stop Shun. Doing something like this, it somehow feels wrong. Even though she looks like a dumb monkey, she doesn't deserve to be treated like that."
"Ugh...it's none of your business." Shun groaned.
"It is my business, you are my family! " She looked down at him with teary eyes. "If... If you really want to help her or f-fancy her, t-then do it properly. D-don't do anything half backed or I will really hate you!" After saying all this, she ran away all flustered.
Shun was left standing alone in the hallway.
"Seriously what's with that brat. What did she even wanted to say I don't get it at all. Sigh." He sighed.
He didn't think that much about it, but he knew that she had a point. Shun himself wasn't fully aware of his own feelings. In fact, he had been avoiding thinking about it ever since that day.
"You are such a brat Mika. It's not because of what happened to her." He muttered.
He remembered that day again. The day they met for the first time.
"Ugh..." Shun's face heated up, his cheeks became the shade of red and from his nose fresh blood started to flow out.
"Stupid girl, made me think of something useless. Tch." Shun took out a clean handkerchief from his pocket and cleaned his nose then put it away.
