Shun ignored me the whole day.

He didn't even talk to me once.

I could hear the girls in my class talking about how handsome he was. Well, when I thought about it, maybe he was. But, that's not what's interesting about him. Or rather, aren't those girls just too easy? They fall for him so easily. Are they dumb?

Even though I was also a girl now, I couldn’t really understand them.

When I looked at Shun, he seemed to have no interest in any girl. After first wave of questions from the classmates, which he completely ignored, he was alone in class.

But, why did he act like that? Was he shy, like Luna said? Or is it because he is a vampire, and feels different from others? Does he feel lonely? But, doesn't he have a sister, Mika was it?

Yuu: Hmm. I wonder what kind of people Shun and Mika are.

Luna: Yeah, I want to know too.

We were waiting at the school entrance for Shun to come out.

After a while, Shun finally came out. He walked towards the exit.

The three of us hid behind a pillar and watched him.

Shun stopped at a vending machine near the entrance.

He bought his drink. A tomato juice.

Yuu: I knew it! It's such a staple. He drinks tomato juice to quench his thirst for blood when he is at school.

As he was drinking, someone tapped on his shoulder.

Yuu: Hmm?

Shun turned around.

It was his sister Mika. They started to talk about something.

I looked at Mika.

She had a silver hair, same as Shun. Just like Kakeru said.

I couldn't see clearly, but I felt that her eyes were red too. She was clearly not human.

Before long, they argued and Mika stormed out of the school leaving Shun behind.

Yuu: Is their relationship not that good?

Kakeru: I don't know, but when she introduced herself at class, it didn't feel like that. More like, she seemed to like him. No, she might have been even proud of him? I'm not sure,

Luna: Hmm, so she was Miss Mika, huh?

Yuu: ...Well, it's obvious that Shun and Mika are siblings. But, I wonder what kind of relationship they have. Anyway, let's follow Shun for now. It seems he is leaving school.

Kakeru: ... Okay, sis.

Luna: Okay.

We followed Shun outside the school.

After walking for a while, Shun suddenly stopped.

Yuu: What's wrong with him? Did he realise he is being followed? As expected of a vampire.

Shun stared at something.

He then walked between two buildings into the small alleyway.

We quickly followed after him. But, after walking into the alleyway, we didn't find him. He completely disappeared.

Yuu: ...What's going on?

Kakeru: Maybe he is hiding somewhere.

Luna: ...Lets search the place.

Yuu: ...Okay.

We searched the area, but we couldn't find him. It was a dead end.

Yuu: ...Where did he go?

Kakeru: I don't know.

Yuu: Well, there is nothing else we can do here. Let's go back. It's a failure today.

We left the place.

After the three of them left the place, from behind the corner a shadow of a person could be seen. Then a voice whispered.

Shun: What's with them. Seriously. How annoying.

Shun: Especially that girl. She was called Yuu, right? Yuu, Yuu, Yuu...

He dazed out as if remembering something.

Shun: Ugh!

He covered his face with his hand. Droplets of red liquid were dripping down from it.

Then he remembered his little sister's words.

'Mika: You can't continue to live like that, Shun!'

'Shun: Tch, mind your own business.'

'Mika: But, I'm worried about you. What if, what if... Sniff'

Her back felt so distant today. Even though they were so close as kids, her words annoyed him now.

Shun: Ahh, damn it. I'm tired. I've got to sleep. I'm going home.

After those words he left.
