A thud. I opened my already wet eyes.

The man holding my legs, the man standing right behind me, and two other men were thrown back. They hit against the wall and fell on the floor.

"Tch. How bothersome."

Another voice.

I looked up. I saw a dark figure standing over the four men.

I shrieked. I saw the figure lift its left hand...

The figure exhaled and whispered in an inaudible voice.

I asked stupidly. My voice stuttered. I didn't know what to say or what to think.

Yuu: (Why? Why was Shun here?)

Yuu: Why...?

Shun ignored my questions and walked towards me, while hiding his handkerchief into a pocket.

Shun: I have no idea what you are doing this late at night outside. You are lucky, I was returning home and heard you nearby.

Did he just save my me? Even though he is a vampire? Or is he trying to drink my blood now?

Shun put his hands out, waiting for me to grab it. I stared at his hand dumbfounded.

Yuu: I... I...

Then I slowly reached my hand towards his. He grabbed my hand and pulled up.

Yuu: T...thank you...

I stuttered my thanks to him.

Shun: Huh? What are you thanking me for?

He frowned.

Yuu: For saving me from those men.

I said. I looked at the men. They were all unconscious.

Shun: Idiot. Rather than thanking me, you should think about your own actions more. If I had not saved you, you would have been violated by those men. If you keep going around town at night and flashing your panties around, you will be in trouble again.

Shun scolded me.

Yuu: I... I wasn't...!

I tried to deny his accusations, but realised that I in fact went out at night even though Kakeru warned me not to and tried to catch Shun red handed in his nightly, blood-sucking activities.

I lowered my head and apologised.

Shun: Eeh? I-it's fine. Just d-don't do it again.

Shun said and patted my head. I trembled slightly under his touch. Then as if realising what he was doing he took away his hand.

Shun: Cough... Tch. Anyway. Let's just get out of here.

Yuu: Y... yes.

I nodded in a daze.

Shun: Your skirt.

Yuu: Eh?

I turned my head up.

Shun: Wear your skirt dammit!

Yuu: Wha? Oh right...

I run towards the place my skirt was lying and crouched down to take it.

Shun: W-wait... Ugh.

I heard a weak groan from behind me. I grabbed my skirt and quickly stood up, then turned around. I saw Shun's back. It seems he turned around when I was grabbing my skirt from the ground.

Yuu: Are you alright?

I asked concerned.

Shun: It's nothing. Just get dressed and let's get out of here.

Yuu: R... right.

I said and started to wear my skirt. For some reason, compared to those men, I didn't feel all that scared being with Shun. Even though he was a bloody vampire.

Yuu: Okay, I'm good. We can go.

Shun: Good.

He said and started walking. I followed after him.

After we left the place, Shun called the police and reported the four men anonymously.

Hmm. Shouldn't we stay until the police arrive? But, then again I did stun that guy at the park first so maybe we should live as quickly as possible here. Yep.
