Now that his lord level has been elevated to Lv. 2, a new realm of possibilities unfolds before him. Caelan can now delve into learning his own unique lord skills. A magnificent skill panel slowly materializes in front of Caelan's wide-eyed gaze.

In most cases, lords will refrain from actively choosing Unique skills in the early stage. During the early game, lords have a limited sphere of influence and control only one race. Although this skill may bring characteristic enhancements to a single race, the coalition army of multiple races has become an inevitable choice for lords in the mid to late game.

For instance, an army composed of the Naga, Siren, and Merfolk, or a coalition army made up of the Beastmen, Trolls, and Minotaurs, are all multi-race allied armies. In these cases, a single-race enhancement skill will seem inadequate. Thus, it is wiser to choose the first three basic lord skills to expedite the development of the territory.

However, Caelan is an exception. His territory has already been upgraded to Lv. 5. And for the time being, he has no plans to upgrade it further. In the Dark Abyss, there are no fixed resource-producing territories. The resource-producing territories he currently possesses were all obtained after the capture of Gluia Town, and their production is far from stable.

Caelan decided very early on not to take the route of developing operations. The basic lord skills are of little use to him, so he might as well choose the exclusive skill Abyss Insight to increase the combat effectiveness of his Demon soldiers so that they can plunder more resources!
