When the system appeared, Alex never anticipated becoming one of the transmigrators with a system. Nevertheless, he didn't care much about having the system or not.
"Okay, you can go," said the guide, expressing pity. Alex exited the room .The person outside the room shouted, "Awakened - S level Cursed Sword: Sandai Kitetsu, Sealed Swords: Wado Ichimonji and Enma"
Hearing this, the principal initially felt a sense of happiness, but soon showed pity, wishing it had been an S-level Divine weapon, which would have been a significant achievement in his life. Nonetheless, the principal went up to the stage to cheer up Alex, fully aware of the adverse effects of the cursed weapon. As for the sealed weapon, its type and the timing of its unsealing remained unknown to everyone.
"Alex, you don't need to worry. Even if you awakened a cursed sword, you can work harder to maintain control and harness the full potential of the S-level sword," the principal reassured him. Alex simply responded with a noncommittal "Umm" . Watching Alex walk away, the principal let out a sigh.
As Alex descended from the stage, a range of emotions could be seen among the students. Some displayed pity towards him, recognizing the challenges of awakening a cursed weapon, while others couldn't hide their envy, considering it better than not awakening at all. Mr. Mags, too, shook his head in pity, understanding the difficulties Alex might face.
Returning to his position, Alex contemplated his next steps when he overheard a student sneering, "I knew this would happen since he always hangs around the cursed boy". Hearing this ,James felt a sudden wave of panic and guilt and said , "Alex,I am sorry because of me ..." , but before he could say more, Alex interrupted, saying, "I'm okay."
The process of calling out student names continued throughout the evening until the last student had their turn on the stage. It was a long and exhaustive process, but finally, every student had the opportunity to awaken their natal weapon.
Out of 270 students , 123 students successfully awakened . Out of which 1 S-level Cursed Weapon , 1 F-level Divine Weapon , 2 D-level Soul Weapon , 5 E-level Soul Weapon , 3 F-level Soul Weapon , 23 D-level Normal Weapon , 38 E-level Normal Weapon , 50 F-level Normal Weapon awakened.
The principal was very happy and anticipated recognition and rewards from the Education Authority and the city magistrate for this exceptional outcome.
After the announcement by the principal, the students who successfully awakened their natal weapons felt a mix of excitement and relief. They were granted a one-month holiday to acquaint themselves with their weapons before returning to school. Non-awakened students were to resume regular classes from the next day. As the crowd dispersed, parents waiting anxiously at the school gate welcomed their children, displaying a range of emotions from smiles to consoling gestures. Among them, Alex could be seen walking alone on the road, heading towards his home.
