“What is this place?” Nick murmured to himself.

He was in fact in the void in his own mind. It was a black space with nothing around, only darkness. Nick looked around, and it was so dark as if he had closed his eyes. Suddenly, Adam and Ryan appeared in front of him. They looked as if they didn’t have a soul or any emotions.

“Guys, what is this place?” asked Nick in fear.

Nick's voice was trembling. There were soft echoes going back and forth.

“This is the place Adam and I will live in forever!” yelled Ryan in a deep strange voice.

“You are the one who caused our deaths!”

“You could’ve stopped us!” shouted Adam in an even deeper voice

“You were just standing there and watching us die!”

“Please don’t say that guys”, said Nick sadly.

“You are as useless as a glass hammer!” Adam screamed.

As Adam and Ryan(Nick’s imagination) continued to scold and shame Nick, he started tearing up. Nick was extremely sorry and ashamed. This continued for hours, until his tears almost formed a river. The accumulation of the sounds became a loud mess. It was almost impossible to hear what they were saying. Slowly, a purple coloured demon spirit entered the scene through a black portal sort of thing and it started to consume Nick’s soul. It was because Nick was too ashamed and the demon was devouring his soul bit by bit. But suddenly, someone else came in. It was his dead father. Despite there being a flood made from tears, he didn’t seem to even realize it.

“Nick, are you ok?” his father asked.

“Nick, you need to get up”

“You are carrying the responsibility to find a new home for the people on Earth!”

Adam and Ryan were still in the background shaming him. They were just staring at Nick as if they were human puppets and didn’t have a soul at all.

“This is not the time to weep”

“Maybe you can do something about this”

“Perhaps prevent this madness in some way …”

Just as his father said that, he suddenly stopped sobbing and seemed to discover something. He remembered that he could time warp and possibly stop all of this.

“I could time warp back to the moment before they take off their helmets!” Nick muttered to himself.

“Take me to the time before they take off their helmets!” Nick requested.
