Crick stopped scrying on her creation. Eon had called her to a meeting from one of John's creations. It wasn’t much of a problem for any of the gods, including crick, so they had all accepted. Unfortunately for Crick, she couldn’t really multitask (split their mind to manage more things) as well as the rest of the gods. That was why she had only created Voraci for this world.
Without even a puff of smoke or flash of light, Crick appeared on a grand, and cushioned, pedestal on the far side of a semicircle. Of course, since John was the creator of the contacting peoples, John sat in the center of the room upon a chair. Eon was on the same side as Crick, with Pale-flesh opposite to them. Oltan took up the final seat.
The usual appearance John went for was alongside something he called clouds, and subtly glowing gold. He was the exact same shape as his creations, showing his lazy nature.
Eon was made of a glowing blue gas along with some pale blue orbs in what someone might say was centaur shaped. His creations were also similar, but only because he only had very few materials and said he would never add any more. for his main
Pale flesh was… grotesque. Ribs, bones, and cancerous growths shot out his sides, his arms and legs had flaps under them as well. He had four legs, directly under his body. Crick had seen his world, it was very, unnecessarily complex. He sat inside a pit, showing only his head.
Oltan was covered in a sleek, white, paint, with a few lines of red paint. He also was made entirely of metal. He was a large floating cube with three drones circling it, which acted as his hands.
John summoned the gods to the humans. Crick looked around and saw a very nice room, it appeared that the humans were able to rebuild their civilization fairly quickly, the animals which produced concrete and steel were no doubt helpful.
Crick settled down into her cushions again, artificially inflating her size to conform to the size of John and his creations. Suddenly, out of all of the humans in the room, a human in the center of the room spoke up.
“Hello, creators of this universe,” the human breathed in, ”we are here to request a few key insights into what is happening,” the human looked back down at a sheet of notes they were asking from, “we would first like to ask why we have been brought here and what we are supposed to do here, after that, we wish to know the roles of the gods and what they do,”

“BIG FIGHT FOR USss TO HAVE FUN FOR US!” Crick replied
“Yeah,” John affirmed, “If my creations end up as the last creations standing and we win!” John continued, pointing at the human nonchalantly, “that’s why I gave human the construction animals, cured their ailments, let humans control living things that aren’t human, increased all of your and your animals’ base strengths, added the ‘system’ as you guys are calling it, removed useless evolutionary bugs like hiccups, I mean, you guys are my smartest creations and thus best at tactics, making you guys good commanders,”
Eon started talking as soon as john finished, “as for all of the gods individual roles, we don’t quite have roles, we have our own universes, but we can provide information onto our universes,” Eon paused for a second to show emphasis, “I am eon, my world is filled with a gaseous substance known as ulkaotornacincasnasnoir, you may call it mana if you prefer, you will likely figure out how to use it soon,” Eon said, looking to pale flesh.
Pale flesh took the signal and stood up and out of their hole. After a few gurgles they finally spoke, “I am Pale flesh, I create machines of flesh which thr-'' Pale flesh made a few more gurgles and coughs involuntarily (despite the full ability to change his form), ”which thrive from vibrations, that is all,” pale flesh sat back down
Crick got up without prompting, “I CRICK!! I MAKE VORACI IN THISss UnIVERSE, MY UNIVERSE…” Crick paused, “MY UNIVERSE FILL WITH BUGS, I DONE”
One of the humans spoke quietly, “who’s Voraci?” Everyone could hear the question but Oltan got up after Crick finished, distracting from the question.
“My name is Oltan, and my universe is a large one. It is similar to yours in many ways, laws and physics and all, but I will not go into detail about it nor the universe I made for this,”
John finished it off, “and my name is john, I created your universe. do you have any other questions for the other gods? You’ll be fighting their creations soon.”
The human’s face was plastered with a frown, “yes we have a few more questions” the human said, “Just let me go and talk to some of the other people here in private,” the human clapped twice and left the room, other humans followed.
“You didn’t tell them, john? When you just copied their minds over?” Oltan asked, “You didn’t tell them what they would be doing here, what we were like? Not a single one? Very inefficient.”
“I don’t need to,” John replied, “I’d say we’re all equally matched here, other than Crick, so they only have a one in four chance of winning anyways, too much work to tell enough for them to believe it, or whatever,” John leaned forwards, “I mean, they are my creations, to do as I please with, plus, they are barely even alive compared to us!”
Crick muttered very, very quietly under their breath, thinking about Voraci, “but creations ssstill alive,”
Noone heard crick, and the negotiations continued
