Chapter 5.5 Interlude

During the time Xhemile was asleep exhausted due to crying Nane, Nanu and Nour sat down on the table.

“We should make the lady stronger.”: Nane stated.

“But I like her petite statue.”: Nour intervened.

“We should still make her stronger so she can lead a nation. Future threats are increasing the more power her kingdom has.”: Nanu explained.

Nour pouted, but then nodded in agreement.

“Best case she becomes strong and independent, not that I like her how she currently is.” Nane said.

“Let's give her the best meat she ever ate!”: Nanu cheered.

“Lots of ale too!”: Nour cheered with her.

“And lots of men so she can have lots of little cute children!”: Nane cheered at the end.

Nanu and Nour looked at her like she lost her mind.

“What?”: Nane asked confused.

She only realized her error when Nour punched her full strength into the stomach.

“UGH! YOU...!”

“PSST!”

They quickly stopped as they heard movement from the stairway and sat there silently greeting Xhemile, pretending like this conversation never happened. Nour still glared from time to time at Nane of which shielded her stomach instinctively.
