~Amorelli~
Serge had left Zinniah with me and Mordikai so he could go hunt. Currently, we were sitting down watching television. Mordikai and I had found out that our children were kicking. We both had our hands on my stomach and felt them kicking. I smiled every time they moved and I could tell that Comrade and Alistair were excited as well. I could feel their excitement through the bond and I couldn't have been happier.
Mordikai and I have been continuously contacting the other rulers to see how much progress they have made, as we have been growing nearer and nearer to the battle date. It's not an exact date, but we have a certain point in time when we would like to attack. When all of us feel like we're ready, we let everyone else know and we will make our way to the battlefield. We have decided that we should surround the base and some of us enter the way we escaped, other's the front gate, and other areas we are able to breach.
My brothers and father have also started training with our troops. Even though my father and I aren't on good terms, we still need him to fight this battle. Especially since once I fill the field with water around my family's troops, they can turn into the merpeople and become more agile in the water. This has also given me the opportunity to show my siblings and my father how far I've come with my powers. My brothers probably do not want me in this war at all, especially because I'm pregnant, but I want to prove them wrong. I want to prove that just because I'm pregnant I'm not useless. I sighed happily and heard the door open. I turned around and saw that it was Serge and my mother. My mother came over to me and put her hand on my stomach. I giggled as she smiled widely.
"You didn't tell me they were kicking!" I gave her a sheepish smile.
"I forgot to?" She gave me a playful scowl and we laughed. My brothers then walked in and they smiled at me.
"Hey, Amorelli, how are the children coming along?" My brothers had soon accepted the fact that I was pregnant and that wasn't going to change.
"Pretty good. They're kicking every now and then. Would you all like to try and feel?" Sebastian ran over and I laughed. He put his hand on my stomach and I felt one of the children kick right on his hand. Lyle and Marcus came over as well and when they put their hands on my stomach, my babies didn't kick.

"What the hell? They kicked for everyone else but us?" Lyle seemed honestly irritated. I laughed and leaned back more into the couch.
"I don't know, maybe they're tired of kicking. They've been doing it non-stop for the past hour." Lyle and Marcus groaned and sat down on one of the other couches. Sebastian ended up joining them not too long after that. After another few moments, my father surrounded by guards had also walked into the room. I felt Mordikai become on edge and I scoffed slightly. I heard my father sigh as he approached us. He stopped when he was ten feet away from me and cleared his throat.
"I know I don't deserve to ask, and I understand if you say no, but I just have one request if you'll allow me to continue speaking," My father paused and looked at hesitantly and I could see the torment running through him. I can essentially feel his guilt. Weird, but I sighed and nodded. I sat up and bit and waited for him to continue.
"May you shine the light so I can see my grandchildren?" My eyes went a little wide. I thought about it for a moment and realized I've forgotten about that light that I can produce to see my babies.
"Just this once, but you need to lose the guilt. I can feel it rolling off you in a constant wave." Mother looked at me with shocked eyes.
"What?"
"You can feel his guilt?" I nodded and when I looked back at my father, he was on the verge of tears. I felt a small pang in my heart, but he deserved to feel guilty.
"Am I not supposed to feel his guilt?" My mother thought for a moment before she spoke.
"Technically, no. However, I don't know why you're able to." I nodded and sighed. I tapped Mordikai and he groaned as he sat up. I laid down on the couch and focused on the light. Zinniah came over and was staring intently, probably so she could show me later, as I can't really see them from this angle. I heard my father start to sob as I showed him my children. I grew concerned a bit, but Mordikai had the biggest smile on his face.
"Amorelli, we're having two boys and a girl. Just like you thought." Mordikai kissed my forehead and I smiled widely.
"Then we can keep the names I chose. We can come up with middle names together." I smiled as I stopped concentrating on the light. I looked over to my father and he looked broken in a certain way.
"Well, I hope that was enough time to see them because now I'm tired and want to sleep." My father nodded and got to his feet.
"Do you mind if I ask what you were planning on naming the children?" I thought for a moment before I spoke.
"Onyx, Maddox, and Knox." He smiled sadly and then left the room. I yawned and laid my head on Mordikai's leg and had passed out as soon as I shut my eye.
