"Constellation?" Choi Kwan raised an eyebrow seeming to be confused but I just smiled and walked passed him.
"Shall we enter then?"
Choi Kwan looked at me before sighing and said "Yes. Let's enter"
Afterwards, we finally entered as the door behind us closed. The next thing I knew I was in an endless darkness without any sense of light that I could hardly see myself.
I was silent and confused before I heard Choi Kwan speak. "We're here"
'Here?' I became lost in thought before suddenly figuring it out. The world that was named 「Abyss」probably had it's reason for being named such. 'Abyss, it means endless darkness'
'Is this the reason why they named it like that?'
Just as I was pondering, Choi Kwan unsheathed his sword before swinging it in the air.
'Swoosh'
Suddenly, a speckle layer of stars that shone more brighter than the moon appeared.
I widened my eyes slightly, astonished.
'So this is his ability huh?'
'It's beautiful'
But just as I thought of that word, I lowered my head only to see something horrifying.
At the lower part was a black spider body while the upper had a human form, contrast to the color of it's lower part, it's skin is pale white and it's hands are sharp spikes. It has no eyes or nose, only a sinister mouth that always smiles with long tongue and sharp teeth that could easily pierce through flesh.
It was something horrifying, not to mention that I never encountered such a terrifying looking monster before.
'What is that?!'
As if being able to read my thoughts Choi Kwan spoke nonchalantly, "It's called Killian which means blind"
'What a befitting name' I thought and looked at the Killian monster. I then narrowed my eyes and thought, 'Although it may be blind, it is still a monster that can harm and kill'
Hearing Choi Kwan speak the Killian turned to look at our direction before it's shriek loudly and hissed at us.
I pondered on what to do as it charged towards us but unexpectedly or not, Choi Kwan nonchalantly unsheathed his sword and with a dash he swung his sword.
'Shing!'
In a blink of an eye, Choi Kwan passed through the Killian as it's body was split in half. Green ooze splattered everywhere from it's internal organ.
I was stunned, so this is the power of one of the protagonists, no wonder they are called one as such.
I then recalled the life of Choi Kwan from the 「Kismet」. He was also an orphan just like me but grew up in a church and was a believer of the goddess of light.
His village was brutally massacred by the monsters that appeared and was abandoned by the capital. He seeks justice and also bore hatred towards the capital and everyday trained in the wilderness, hunting for food, training to get stronger, and eventually, became a swordsman that could surpass others.
He truly lived a life of a protagonist, having such determination and success. I envy him...
Unlike me, who is powerless and physically weak, he can surpass his own limits.

Hearing his voice made me come back to my senses as we started walking forward. Apparently we were teleported to a forest known as the Dark Forest where high level dangerous monsters lived and roamed.
This is also the place where Choi Kwan had trained and lived for years.
Because he had lived here for years, Choi Kwan was able to lead me to the outside of the Dark Forest without any problems. I even think that without the light of the stars he could easily find his way out.
Getting out after some more walking we arrived at a small abandoned village. And from the description of the 「Kismet」, I could tell that it is the village Choi Kwan lived before.
Broken houses that are cut in half, cold and dried blood that turned black, and finally, at the back of the village were the tombs where Choi Kwan had buried the villagers.
Choi Kwan silently walked forward and kneeled as he prayed. I expressed my condolence by doing the same thing.
"Then..." Choi Kwan finally got straight to the point and I nodded my head. "Yeah, I'll be leaving now"
"Where will you be going?" He asked.
I was hesitant to speak but still spoke honestly. "I'll probably go look for a capital"
Hearing this the atmosphere around Choi Kwan lowered and became gloomy. And in his eyes, were filled with contempt and deep hatred.
I pretended to be oblivious and turned around as I held my hang bag. "Then, I'm off" as I said that I started walking away without looking back.
Cold wind blew past Choi Kwan and he lowered his head as his bangs covered his eyes, making it difficult to read his expression, but his tightly clenched fist gave it all away.
....
Using my memories I tried to recall the way towards the capital and found that it would atleast take my three days to get there.
I'm afraid that this time I would starve and would need food.
I stopped and found a place to rest as I sat down on a giant rock and started checking my things.
What I found was the 「Kismet」that turned into a brush, my diary, a pen, and a small dagger.
I took the dagger in my hand and stared at it. Heaving a deep sigh I mumbled to myself. "How troublesome"
....
Going to another forest which this time was not filled with just very dangerous monsters, I started the hunt.
I climbed a tree and waited patiently as I set up a trap using vines as a rope and net. I knew nothing would easily walk in the trap as I do not have food as a bait and so I can't do anything except to wait as if I made myself as a bait, I'd probably wounded which would cause for blood to appear and monsters to smell it. What I need is just a simple wild animal as a food and not a monster.
I've waited and wait and just as I was about to fall asleep, surprisingly a giant wild boar started running towards the trap at a fast speed, as if it was fleeing from something.
As soon as the boar got into the trap I pulled the vine causing for the net to trap the boar and lift it up in the air.
But I did not move anymore further after so.
Why?
Because it would not run so rashly like that out of nowhere without a reason, if it was being chased by something much more dangerous then I would be also inflicted if it notices me.
I waited and silent looked around, raising my vigilance and senses but couldn't see, hear, or sense anything at all.
'Was it all just a fluke?' I wondered.
I narrowed my eyes with doubt and confusion and decided to wait a little longer.
After some more time the only thing I could hear was the boar's squeal and struggle.
After some hesitation, I finally decided and climb down the tree as I looked around vigilantly before looking at the boar.
Then with a deep breath I raised my dagger and skillfully cut the boar. It squealed loudly several times until it finally couldn’t make a sound anymore.
Seeing that it's dead I finally sighed with relief and cut down the vine.
'Thud'
The boar in the net fell down on the ground and with great difficulty I tried to pull it away but to no bail, failed miserably.
I cursed silently in my heart, 'Damn weak body'
Just as I was contemplating on what to do, I heard a light sound of rustle and immediately became alert as I held the dagger with both hands.
The surroundings were silent and I couldn't help sweating a little.
What people fear the most are not dangerous animals, monsters, humans themselves, but the fear of the unknown.
And this was the same case for me.
My heart thumped wildly and after some time passed, I suddenly recalled a description from the 「Kismet」.
【Choi Kwan, is a vengeful person who will make the lives of those who betray him and cast him out miserably, but when it comes to his curiosity and a kind person, he will also be kind and had a gentle heart similar to the one's he loved in the village.】
Thinking of this I suddenly fell silent and couldn't help but laugh angrily a little.
With a deep sigh I closed my eyes before speaking. "You can come out now, Kwan"
There was no sound which made me more angry, "If you won't show yourself then have fun eating this bore that you brought for me, I won't be eating it"
Finally after the 'threat' was released form my mouth, Choi Kwan got out of the bushes and revealed himself. He had a stoic and staright face which made me know that he is right now, embarrassed.
I turned and said "Can you please help me with the food? As you can see, I am very weak" I was not exaggerating when I said I was very weak, because compared to this monster bastard I am on a whole different level of being weak.
"...I see" Choi Kwan nodded blankly, probably not expecting me to say such a thing.
I did not bother explaining to him and just started pulling the net but Choi Kwan stopped me and said "I'll do it, I ca do it by myself" with that I backed away without hesitation and he grapped the net with one hand before being able to easily put the entire bore on his shoulder.
"..." Damn I'm jealous.
With that we found a spot to start a camp fire before roasting the boar.
As I started roasting it, Choi Kwan sat opposite to me with an uncomfortable look as he kept fidgeting.
Of course I understand the reason why he is like this. He had always been alone ever since his home was massacred.
He was just like me, well, a little bit.
I thought I could ignore him but to my dismay, I couldn't. In the end I couldn’t help but speak. "So, what's your story?"
"Huh?" Choi Kwan flinched not expecting me to talk to him.
This brat, can't you hide your obviousness?
My lips twitched and I remained my eyes on the boar as I said "What's your story? I can see that you're very strong, so I want to know..." I picked up the two sticks with a piece of boar on it and gave one to him. "...How did you became like this?"
Choi Kwan fell silent and the atmosphere turned gloomy once again. I already knew the answer but it would be nice if he told me himself. That way, I can't see him as just a mere character from the 「Kismet」.
Still I did not force him and said, "It's fine if you don't want to tell me, just eat"
Choi Kwan took the roasted boar before chewing on it and slowly, his eyes widened into amazement.
"Jis ish delishis! (This is delicious!)" He spoke in muffled voice as his mouth was full.
I smirked and said "Anything can be delicious if you cook it in a right amount of heat"
In just seconds he already ate up all the roasted boar and after a while he looked away as his eyes dodged and asked, "Can I have some more...?"
I couldn't help laughing slightly and gave him another one.
Choi Kwan ate it with passion and after finishing it, his head dropped and I noticed the strangeness.
Then, he spoke in a solemn voice.
"I-"
My eyes, which was lazy, widened slowly.
"-killed my own parents"
