More weeks passed since then and with the help of everyone we were able to rebuild the entire village.

This day is when we rebuilt the church and made Asher a saint.

This is also the day when we will leave.

At the back of the church Asher looked at me and Choi Kwan and started fidgeting his fingers. I smiled and said "Don't be nervous, you can do this"

"You deserve it aswell" Choi Kwan said with a smile.

Asher also smiled before he remembered something and became sad. "Do you guys really have to go?"

I droop my eyes a little and said sadly, "Yes"

"...I see" Asher nodded slowly before we turned to look at the door. Then taking a deep breath he pushed open the door before we entered the church. That's when Asher widened his eyes in surprise.

"The Saint is here!"

At every corner of the church were all the villagers and they all cheered for Asher with bright smile. While Asher was stunned I couldn't help curling up my lips before I placed my hand on his shoulder which startled him a little.

"Go on" I said before lightly pushing him forward.

Asher was pushed and looked back at us. In the end as he saw us gesture to go, he finally took a deep breath before he walked through the church.

Then he saw the children who were once afraid and avoided him, was now looking at him with amazement and worship.

'What is this-...feeling?' He clutched his chest and somehow felt, warm. Then he recalled what I said about not easily being swayed by emotions and so kept a straight face which made me chuckle.

After Asher finally arrived at the altar, the village chief finally said his speech. "I want to thank you everyone, for coming here at this special ceremony!"

"I would also like to say sorry to our newly saint for the past years that we've hurt and loathed him."

"Even still, he never forsaken us and came back to save us, this just proved how wrong we are. Maybe even, the destruction of the church was not a sign of bad omen, but a sign of a birth of a hero. I cannot look at our goddess anymore after what we've done."

"That's why I pray that she takes away all our sins and that our saint will have a much more brighter future that he deserves!"

""Woooh!"" The crowd cheered.

The village chief then cleared his throat and spoke, "Now, let's welcome and thank our new saint, Asher!"

"Thank you!"

"Thank you dear saint!"

The people one by one expressed their gratitude and sorrow for what they've done to him in the past.

Just as everyone was celebrating, Asher suddenly walked towards the village chief and whispered something in his ears. The village chief nodded and stepped back making way for Asher.

Everyone held their breaths as their heard this, fearing that Asher would say something about their unforgivable sins they've committed.

Everyone fell silent and felt ashamed but still accepted it. Still some felt doubt and did not believed his words which Asher just turned a blind eye to.

"That's all" Asher said before bowing.

There was a moment of silence before everyone started giving applause.

The village chief gave a cough before saying, "Now! Let's welcome, saint Asher!"

While I was sitting on the roof of the church I heard the sound of footsteps and immediately guessed who it is.

"What's the matter?"

Choi Kwan was silent before he asked "Don't you wanna watch Asher?"

"Hmm, forgive me but just as I told you my story, I'm a loner type of person and doesn't feel comfortable with many people" I said honestly.

Choi Kwan wanted to say something but in the end could only fall silent. He then sat down beside me which confused me. "What are you doing?"

Choi Kwan smirked and said "Can't you see? I'm accompanying you"

I couldn't help but laugh a little. He then became serious and said, "You did give light to this lightless village, so I think that you also deserve one"

Then, a blue transparent creature appeared that has the appearance of a whale and dolphin at the same time with the addition of eight fins. Then, as it opened it's mouth I saw something that made my eyes shook in horror.

The inside of it's mouth is nothing but a black hole that would engulf anything.

And this, is an 「Outer Being」, a being that came from another dimension and universe.

The 「Outer Being」floated towards the church as it opened it's gigantic mouth and the trees that were near it was immediately swallowed into the black hole.

It was a terrifying scene knowing that it would lead us into an unknown place.

"Kwan!"

"Got it!"

Choi Kwan immediately dashed and stood at the entrance of the church. Unsheathing his sword he used his skill 「Starlight」and swung his sword towards the 「Outer Being」which the latter groaned before it shook it's head and roared!

This made Choi Kwan widened his eyes, there's no way that his skill did not even wounded the enemy!

I frowned and cursed myself for forgetting that Choi Kwan has not yet fought an 「Outer Being」. I then saw Asher also rushed to Choi Kwan's side which made me more anxious.

'What do I do?'

My heart pounded violently and I pondered greatly. 'Think, think!'

But just at that critical juncture, something came out from the crack and flew upward!

It was wearing a robotic armor with four insect wings on it's back and soon it landed straight towards the back of the 「Outer Being」and dashed towards it's head.

As it dashed forward it's two blades had already been cutting it's back at a fast speed before it reached the head!

Then as it made it's final move, it landed a sharp swing of both swords on the head before it landed on the ground and without looking back, sheathed it's sword in it's scabbard.

The 「Outer Being」was frozen on the spot before bright lights suddenly appeared on the lines that appeared all over it's body before exploding into thin lights.

Everyone was stunned.

Then the being that came out of the crack after the 「Outer Being」looked towards Choi Kwan and Asher. Then, it looked towards me before it raised it's hand to it's chest and spoke in a mechanical voice.

"We shall meet again"

Then, the being was suddenly sucked back into the crack before they both disappeared, as if it was never there to begin with.

"What-...was that just now?" Asher couldn't help asking.

Choi Kwan was silent, he looked over to my direction which I was just staring at the crack that was gone with wide eyes. He parted his lips slightly before saying, "I...don't know either"

Unbeknownst to us, this single accident, had already caused us great catastrophe.

She was silent for a long time before speaking, and her words made everyone widened their eyes in horror.
