I became confused and my mind was hazy, my vision was blurry, and my body felt numb.

As I blinked I faintly saw the three figures of my friends, I can hear their cheerful laughter and subconsciously reached out my hand towards them.

Darkness engulfed me.

Then, I woke up.

Feeling the coldness all over my body I shivered and opened my eyes abruptly.

I panted heavily and clutched my chest, as if woken up by a nightmare.

I was then greeted by a dark sky filled with starlight.

'Stars...?'

After the sky turned crimson blood red, night never came anymore and so are the stars.

I stood up staggeringly and reached forward my hand towards the sky.

Three stars that are together shone down brightly upon me.

"Sung Il-yeong, Ahn Shin, Park Jum...is that you guys?"

'Swoosh'

The sound of winds whispered in my ears and my clothes fluttered.

Suddenly I sensed something wrong that made me unconsciously frown.

I looked at my body and found that I was wearing a normal white t-shirt and black pants. I then looked at my hand and found that there was no colossus, it was pure and clean as if it had never held a weapon before.

I looked at the surroundings and found broken trees everywhere without any form of life.

I saw a puddle of water and hesitantly walked over.

Then as I peeked at my reflection I froze. What was reflected on the water was not my familiar face with black hair and eyes, instead the youth in the mirror had fluffy white hair with contrasting coloured eyes, on the right was blue while on the left was green.

'Who, is this?'

Slowly I raised my hand and touched my face which the youth on the reflection did so. I pinched myself and felt a stinging pain which proved that it is not a dream.

'Shouldn't I have died?'

Countless of questions flooded in my head in an instant.

'Did my appearance changed or, did I possessed this body?'

It felt surreal but after experiencing countless of unbelievable situation such as having the world destroyed and encountering another entity, it felt like anything is possible.

Just as I was pondering I felt a tug in my heart which made me groan in pain.

I turned around and found that there was a familiar book lying on the ground.

I frowned as I walked over towards it.

Picking it up with a solemn face I held it tightly.

This is the book those 「Walkers」want. If they are so desperate for it, that means this is much more precious than one might think of.

What's more, the 「Walkers」said that they are 'Looking' for it which meant that it is not there's to begin with.

That means there are also other entities that are searching for it.

With that thought my mood became more solemn.

I looked at my hand before clenching it.

'I'm still too weak. Without a doubt, they could easily take this away from me, and if that happens then-'

Just as I felt devastated, a sudden burst of pain came from my head and I dropped the book as I clutched my head with both hands, falling to my knees and screaming.

The pain was so much that it made my senses numb.

Later on, after what felt like eternity passed, the pain finally subsided.

Breathing heavily, sweat dripped down my forehead.

The original name of this body was 'Light Keiran'. He is from this world called 「Nishat」, a forsaken world.
