We went back up to my room and Charlie stood there, absorbing all of the information that I had just told Leah and what Nova had told me. I told him about me being the body for Nova and how Nova’s will is to protect Leah at all costs. I told him about that darkness powers guy who attacked us yesterday and that group in general. I also explained that Leah was a descendant of an EIT member named Lucien. After we told him this valuable information, he began to speak.

“That group that attacked you.” says Charlie. “They are a terrorist organisation known as Phantom. We don’t know their ideals yet, but after you and your friends killed Aldair Storm, they broke into the building and managed to get the locations of all of the EIT descendants. When we got to the computer, those locations were taken off via USB.”

“Will Phantom be back?” I ask.

“I am not sure,” says Charlie. “But after we figured out the data was taken by Phantom, we quickly sent an AGENT member to guard each one in their respective towns. Some don’t know their parents and some don’t even know if they have powers.”

We stayed silent. Leah and I sat on my bed and Charlie stood on the floor of my dorm.

“Martin,” says Charlie. “If Nova’s request was to protect her, then maybe you two should learn how to fight?”

“Fight?” asks Leah. “Oh no. I am NOT a fighter.”
