To explain: an 8 would be on the level of a god. A 1 is the level of a gun. Each level up could easily beat the last in most scenarios. So a 4 is easily beaten by a 5, and they are easily beaten by a 6.
Uffield: Three-fourths eldritch entity, one-fourth human. Her powers are simple but effective. She can steal mana from her surroundings and store it to fly at beyond mach speeds and regenerate her body. While she could unleash her mana all at once, her reserves would quickly drain away in a fully serious fight. Her greatest ability is her momentum shockwave, a limitless ability exclusive to her which can reverse the velocity of anything at all.
As most eldritch beings only become stronger as they age, and Uffield is only sixteen, her power, skill, and mental capability are very limited. As such, it's no wonder that Drade would try to keep her out of real battles despite her relatively calamitous power.
Threat level: 7
Sirla: Sirla has the ability to control electrostatic charge and to a degree electricity itself. While her ability is, in fact, very, very powerful, her need for electricity limits it greatly. This makes her ability somewhat difficult to use in practical situations, though through a variety of creative solutions, she has learned to store and ready an electric charge on herself -though mainly through storing the electricity in her body. She can also use the static to control magnetism, hence how she creates movement in her hair. Her control over electromagnetism also allows her to shut down phones and other electrical devices in a certain radius. She doubtlessly has much room to grow, if she so chooses to.
Threat level: 4
Wurn: A young man capable of decent enchantments but with little knowledge of more refined enchantments. If we're talking about his power in a fight...he has some deadly magical apparatuses, but a gun would honestly be more reliable.
Threat level: 1
The Schoolers: Although they are rather weak as a whole, Luuko, their only magic-user, can control anyone asleep within a large radius. Such a kind of possession is powerful only if her foe were asleep.
Threat level: 1
Isaphela: Although vampires are stalkers of the night, with great combat and regenerative abilities, she, at least, is far less powerful than their infamy claims. Still, given her many ways to cheat death, she could be a dangerous foe.
Threat level: 2
The enchantment SWAT team: A team comprised of six members, each trained to fight other enchanters. Although not all of them are trained fighters, if they come prepared, they have many contingencies: lightning rods, anti-magic fields, secrecy screens, alter flares, they have it all. If they are caught unprepared, however, they are easily foiled. Their anti-magic field, created by a tech-savvy prodigy in their ranks, is their most noteworthy ability but it has a number of easily exploitable weaknesses.
Threat level: 3
Random blonde girl: Each day that goes by, the consequences of her actions are erased. A figurative ghost with no impact on the world.

Threat level: 0
Nymph: Kai'Vra may not be exceptionally strong on her own, but she is undoubtedly a clever opponent capable of much with her plant magic and limitless potential for growth. Even against an enemy far above her own power, she can get a good hit in and escape death. There may be more to her than meets the eye, however.
Threat level: 4
Druid: Dou Van Arc is most experienced with the element of wind. However, as a druid, he can manipulate all elements at least a little, heal people, and view the memories of plants around him. The druids' primary goal is to fight off the hordes of evil plants from the 'plant plane', and if he needed to call for aid against a powerful threat, the many druids scattered across America would suffice as backup, even if he is the strongest of all of them. For those reasons, it would be unwise to litter in front of him, as the wrath of this environmentalist is not one to be shrugged off.
Threat level: 6
Saina: After meeting Drade, Saina learned that she had the power to control the broad concept of static -imagine static from going to the wrong television station, if you're not too 'zoomer' to do so. She can control the sound and light through this, hence the radio at her waist, but she can also jam electronic devices. Aside from that, she had once been given a wish from a mysterious entity. After wishing to be able to be with her daughter, it gifted her youth, and the promise that she wouldn't die before her daughter. In a fight, her ability could at best disorient or blind someone through sound or light, but otherwise, she can't fight worth a damn.
Threat level: 1
Saphire: Saphi, for short, was once thought to be a god-tamer, but she was a false messiah. She can control large swathes of water, but in the end, she is just a child. Her mother, Saina, is teaching her to control her power, though, and is succeeding. With a decent amount of water at her disposal, Saphi could create floods, stop bullets, cut through concrete, break through steel walls, and so on.
Threat level: 4
Ketar: Baseballs he hits explode strongly enough to topple buildings. If you want to beat him, shoot him with a gun before he swings. A rocket launcher would be more reliable, but I guess he could be dangerous if he got the jump on someone.
Threat level: 2
Xerth: He has a book that he uses to cast spells. He can shoot lightning, fire, water, teleport...he is a wizard, basically. He is levelheaded and skillful, which earns him a level up in my book.
Threat level: 3
Datai: He is the leader of The Friends, as well as a warlock of Uffield, using a ring that draws from her power to create portals that reverse the momentum of anything passing through it. If he or a person who is Eldritch walks through it, however, they will be sent to the Astral Plane. I justify his threat level through his intelligence and connections.
Threat level: 2
Lumia: She is a child wearing strange ceremonial clothes. Saina takes care of her during the day and always drops her off at her apartment before sundown. As Drade directly told her not to question it, she tries not to.
Threat level: ???
Luna: She was mentioned by Lumia. Given their names, you would assume that they were twins or at least siblings.
Threat level: ???
Drade: One-fourth eldritch entity, three-fourths human. Mentally, he has inherited the mind of an eldritch being, giving him a nihilistic attitude, manasense, and truesight, but physically he is no more than an ordinary human. His truesight, the ability to see through illusions, is absolute. No magic, no matter how strong, could bypass it except through technicality. Drade also carries a gun on him at all times and knows how to aim...which I would argue is worth more than some of the more powerful people listed here, though he would never shoot to kill because of his strict moral code. His manasense, combined with his inhuman reaction time, his immaculate battle sense, and his cautionary fighting style allows for him to predict any magical attack before it occurs, making hitting him near-impossible without simply overwhelming his human capabilities. Unfortunately, you would struggle to do so, as he 'works out', as they say. He has endured seventeen long years of bad luck that causes him to fight for his and others' lives, so his experience with fights is only unmatched by long-lived beings.
His connections, as well as an analysis of his 'luck' would make any note of his impressive survivability and skill pointless, but I'm measuring a person's personal ability, here, so I'm unfortunately not able to praise him any further.
