Guys here is a new chapter. Wanted to write a new one but I got bored, I still have free time so decided to continue it. Enjoy the chapter.
Sam went to the place where he had thrown the pouch but he couldn’t find it, he searched everywhere but the pouch was nowhere to be seen. He gave up searching and went to hunt animals for dinner. Sam returned to the hut in the evening with few birds and a deer, he went inside to show the ear to Xu.
“Teacher, here is the proof of my battle.”
Xu came out and looked at the ear, “Good looks like you defeated a bear king.”
Xu kept the ear and said, “Looks like your fighting ability is good, I wanted you to develop your own fighting technique but looking at your wound in the chest I have changed my mind.”
“Sam was puzzled, “What do you mean teacher?”
Xu came closer to Sam and touched his forehead, many fighting technique were passed to him. Sam took some time to fully grasp the techniques, after viewing every technique he learned them.

Sam was amazed at the techniques he learned and admired Xu for being able to master all these techniques.
Sam opened his eyes and stood up, he looked at Xu who was sitting in a chair, “Teacher did you really master all these techniques that you taught me?”
Xu coughed when he heard Sam’s question, he didn’t answer the question. “Go prepare dinner, I am hungry.”
Since Xu didn’t say anything he also didn’t bother to ask again. He prepared dinner and ate with Xu, after the dinner they went to their own room. Sam hurriedly closed the door and took out the skill books, he used identify skill on them.
Skill book (Beast roar)
The user roars like a beast which stuns the targets for 4 seconds if succeeded. Chance of stunning the target depends on the user’s level. 100 MP is needed.
Skill book (Skill mixture).
A single use skill that mixes the user’s skill to give random skill book.
“Woah!! This skill is awesome.” Sam jumped from the bed.
Master you really got lucky by gaining this skill book. If you use it then you might get a very powerful skill book.
“Yeah, let’s use it.”
Sam thought very hard on which skill to mix, so he finally decided to mix ice manipulation and air thrust. He didn’t use the skill glide and beast roar because they were lifesaving abilities for Sam as he was very weak right now, he thought by using powerful skill he will get more powerful in return. After he used the skill mixture, ice manipulation and air thrust skill was deleted from his skill list. A new skill book gradually appeared in front of him, he used his skill identify.
Skill book (Shape shifting)
User is able to change the appearance, voice, height and weight and become any person that he has touched.
“Fuck!!! What the hell is this skill?” Sam shouted.
Sam was really sad, compared to ice manipulation this skill was shit. He regretted using this skill.
Master don’t be sad, look on the bright side. If you use this skill then you can leave this place anytime.
“Yes, you are right but I thought that I would get something awesome”
He thought that with this skill he will leave tomorrow but he again remembered that he is very weak and even if he disguises, the enemy may find him so he decided to train his best for 3 months and leave this place. He learned the skill beast roar and shape shifting. In the morning he woke up and meditated, after few hours he felt something change within him.

Sam was overjoyed with his new skill, with this skill he may easily fight with the man that had stabbed him. Lilly was also congratulating him, meditation reached intermediate and it gave him many benefits. He feels that he is able to remain calm even during battle and now he is able to sense life force around him. He went inside but couldn’t find Xu so he went inside Xu’s room to search for him, no one was inside but there was a ring in the table which he hadn’t seen so
he used the identity skill.
Teacher Xu’s ring

It is the ring worn by the leader of Xu clan. The one wearing the ring can control the clan.
Sam was shocked by the ring’s power, he had guessed that Xu was powerful but the ring showed that he has greater power. He quickly left the room and went inside his room.

The user is able to see through solid objects, the user can also use this skill with identify and view the information on the item that is blocked by walls and other objects. 20 MP is needed.
Sam shouted loudly and he even had the impulse to dance, his two skills reached intermediate and it gave him many benefits. He was growing stronger every day and now the only thing that he had to do was train his fighting skill. Xu came back after an hour and went inside, Sam could feel that Xu was getting weaker every day. When he saw Xu for the first time he could feel a dangerous aura from his body but now the aura was getting weaker every day, he tried asking Xu but he denied that he was sick so Sam didn’t ask the second time.
When Sam reached inside he saw that Xu was preparing the breakfast, he didn’t know what to say because every day he used to prepare the breakfast. Xu took some time to prepare the breakfast, after the breakfast they went out to practice.
“Listen Sam, I have something to say to you. Do you really consider me your teacher?” Xu asked seriously.
Sam also had a determined gaze. “Yes I truly consider you my teacher. You saved my life and taught me many things.”
Xu nodded and said, “Good, now listen carefully, I wanted to train you for 6 months but because of some important things I have to leave. You are still weak so train the things I taught you properly, I will try to return within a month but if I don’t then you can return home.”
“But teacher, why do you have to leave?”
“I have written the answer in this letter, open it if I don’t return after a month. Take this two books as well there are some techniques which will help you get stronger.” Xu handed Sam the letter and books.
“Thank you teacher for your kindness,” Sam said.
After giving the letters and books Xu went away, Sam also entered inside the hut.
Xu was standing in one of the branches and looking at the hut, he had a sad look. “Brock your son has grown up but it looks like he still doesn’t know about your cause of death. Sorry friend I won’t tell him about your death because if I do then he will live his life in vengeance."
