When Sam woke up he found himself in a room. He was sleeping in a small bed and the ceiling was made of bamboo. His wound had already healed and he was puzzled at how he came here.

Sam thought, “Did Kira save me?”

Sam got out of the bed and walked outside, he saw some fruits on the table and since he was hungry he ate it without hesitation. When he was outside he looked at the surrounding and was surprised to find that he was at some sort of jungle, he looked back and found that he was staying at a hut.

“Who saved me? If it was Kira he would have taken me to my house but this place is at the middle of a jungle.” Sam pondered.

A man with a hood arrived from behind the trees carrying a deer. He slowly walked towards the hut and indicated Sam to go inside the hut with his hand. Sam also went inside the hut, he wasn’t afraid because he thought that the man had saved him. The man put the deer down and indicated Sam to sit down.

Sam looked at the man but he couldn’t see his face as it was covered but still Sam said, “Thank you for saving me Sir.”

The man didn’t look at him and neither did he reply. He was skinning the deer; after he finished skinning he cut the meat and started cooking it over fire. Sam was worried for his mother so he decided to leave.

“I have to go; I will repay you for saving me in the future.” Sam was about to leave when the man spoke.

“You can’t go. It is dangerous out there; those people are searching for you.” The man calmly said.

When Sam heard that, he was worried, “Why will they be searching for me?”

The man said, “They know that you are an ability user. So to avoid problems in the future they want to make sure that you are dead. If you go back even your family will be in danger so stay here and train with me.”

After hearing that Sam was worried, he began walking around the room. He was very distressed; he was worried that his mother will be in danger. As he was walking he felt something in his pocket vibrate, when he took it out he was happy to find it was his phone and Kira had called but the battery was about to finish so he hurriedly picked it up.

Kira had a very worried voice, “Sam is that you?”

“Yes, it is.” Sam also quickly replied.

 “Looks like you are in a hell of a trouble. The organizations members are searching for you so stay hidden for a while. If you can, leave the town and don’t go to your house. I am trying my best to cover for you and don’t worry about your mother I’ll protect her.” Kira spoke.

Sam was happy that Kira is still protecting him. So he also said, “Take care of my mother and convince her that I am on a business trip and will be back after few months. Also tell Veronica to protect my mother properly. Thank you Kira for everything.”

“It’s alright just take…….” The phone switched off as Kira was talking.

Sam sighed and broke the phone to prevent tracking. He looked to the man and sat down beside him.

“Why do you want to train me?” Sam was curious so he asked.

The man spoke calmly, “I see potential in you. You also have a unique body so I guess that made me interested.”

“What unique body? I don’t understand” Sam was puzzled

Sam thought that Lilly had helped him so he tried calling her but he didn’t get any response. He began to worry about her. His face had worried expression; the man thought that his wound still hurt so he told Sam.

The man spoke, “Call me teacher Xu from now on, and we will start your training after you fully recover.”

Sam was still worried about Lilly and he tried calling her many time but there was no response. He thought that her energy had depleted and was sleeping so he decided to wait.

“Yes teacher Xu.” Sam stood and bowed.

“Do you know about the world and the power that controls it?” Xu asked Sam.

Sam replied frankly. “No I don’t.”

“Well it’s expected. Let me tell you about it. This country is small and there aren’t many people that have awoken the ability. Each country recruits the ability user and makes them their main force. China has the group Dragon as their main force whereas the country India has Shiva as their main force. The groups contain ability user as well as martial arts expert, and they are the best of the best. The country Nepal doesn’t have any group as it is weak. Many other countries also have their respective group. Besides the group created by the country there are also many people who form mercenary groups and work for money. The European countries are controlled by Vampires and Werewolves, to combat against them there is presence of Catholic churches that train paladins. There is also presence of many isolated mysterious groups that use magic, control animals and have many amazing powers.” Xu slowly described the powers to Sam.

Sam smiled and said, “Looks like I am at the bottom.”

Xu said seriously, “Yes, you are. Even the one that stabbed you is at the bottom among non-humans so you have to train very hard.”

“Yes, I will teacher.” Sam also replied seriously.

“Now go and sleep and recover your wounds.” Xu went out of the hut.

As Sam was about to lie down he heard a voice calling him.

Master you are alright. Thank god.

“Lilly, I was worried about you.” Sam also cheerfully replied.

Master your wound was serious so to save your life the system had to give some of its energy to you.

Sam worriedly asked, “It won’t affect you in anyway right.”

Master I am fine but the system will have some permanent changes. It gave its energy to you and it can’t be recovered.

Was able to get some time to post this chapter. Sam will now begin training and become the most powerful.
