When the blue screen popped up saying that pressurized ice has been registered to them, a shiver went down their spine like a lightning strike.
The child was left pondering what the effects of the ice being registered as a unique material within their dungeon. Finally, they reached out, grabbed a chunk of ice from the pile, and went about the same process that led them to this circumstance.
They wrapped their hands with mana and squeezed the ice. It took only half of the time to make pressurized ice than it originally did, and no ice flakes were chipped off. The child repeated the process enough times that there was a pile of pressurized ice pebbles, and the time it took to create the pressurized ice was halved with no ice loss during the process.
The child was amazed at this. And it gave them an idea of how to go about creating a room within the iceberg.
The child searched intensely for the perfect spot for the first attempt at creating a room. After looking through the entirety of the iceberg, they found the perfect spot. It was a metre into the iceberg's side and just a bit below sea level.
With the spot chosen, the child wrapped their mana strings around their hands and went to work. Unlike the process where they created the pressurized ice, they kept their hands straight, and with one hand exuding pressure, they started pushing the ice.
Like how the ice folded into itself with the pressurized ice, the child forced the ice to fold into the surrounding ice of the iceberg, but they also made it keep its shape. When they were finished putting the ice under pressure, they looked at the final outcome.
The ice that had been pushed into the rest of the iceberg had left a gap, an empty space that was once taken up by ice. The area where the ice was forced into became a much stronger area of ice.
With a smile of joyfulness, the child continued using this method in creating a room.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, the child forced the ice into the rest of the iceberg and began to create a cylinder-shaped room.
They pushed the ice to create a smooth bending wall, dug underneath the room's ice to create the circular floor, and started on the circular ceiling.

The ice that was not pushed into the rest of the iceberg but was still within the room was hanging off of the ceiling. But the child continued to chip away at it in order to create a strong ceiling. With one last push, the ceiling was finished, and the ice within the room fell with a crack and a soft bang.
The block of ice landed on the floor, with pieces and shavings of ice having been knocked off of it. The ice, which filled up most of the room, would not stay like that. The child already knew what they were going to do with it.
The child started to scoop chunks of the ice off the block and make pressurized ice pebbles. Once each of the pebbles was made, the child dropped them on the floor and took another chunk of ice. Over and over the child repeated this process repeatedly, breaking down the ice column until only pressurized ice pebbles were left.
With great satisfaction, the child looked at the room they had created. It was one metre high and two metres wide, with the pressurized ice pebbles filling up about five centimetres of the room itself.
As they stared at the room they had created, a thought hit them.
I wonder if I can add water to the room?
The room felt empty to the child, with only open space and pressurized ice pebbles, but bringing in something from the outside is just a temptation that the child could not resist.
Through the past little bit, the child had experience manipulating both the ice mana and their own mana in different forms. Still, they have never tried to move ice and then put it back in place seamlessly.
The child knew that they had to figure out the method before trying anything connected to their room.
So, they walked up to the top of the iceberg and chose a flat area. The child knew that while they might be able to scoop out and perhaps shape ice into the way that they want to, the ice mana would probably make this process a lot easier. Reaching down to where the longest of the ice mana strings, the child took their own mana, and like a knife, they cut 50 centimetres off of the five-metre-long mana string.
Once the thread was cut, the child turned to a strand of their own mana and braided the thread of ice mana around it. As the thread was braided, they tied the edges of the ice mana thread onto their own mana.
After the ice mana was threaded and knotted onto their own mana, the child let their mana thread circulate with the rest in order to test if the thread would stay attached. They watched it do a few laps through the circulation before they pulled it back towards themselves.
With their mana and the threaded ice mana in their grip, the child wrapped the mana thread around their hand and pressed down onto the ice.
As their hand moved downwards, the ice that the wrapped mana touched sank down, following the child's movement. And as they brought their hand back up, the ice followed that.
The child smiled and unwrapped the string from their hand, and let it go back into circulation. Then, as the thread floated back into circulation, they turned their attention toward the room and started walking to it.
Once they got to the room, they started mapping out the best way to fill it with water.
The placement of the room within the ice made it easy to bring in the water from the outside. So they went outside of the iceberg, wrapped their hand with their mana that is braided with the ice mana and pushed inwards on a downward slant towards their room.
As they pushed, water poured into the now-empty area. Quickly, they reached the room, and with a pop, the last of the column breached the room as water flowed in. They gently placed the ice column on the pressurized ice pebbles and watched as the room filled up with water.
The child watched as the water rushing into the room started to stop. Just as they were going to lift the ice column back into the tunnel they made, warning bells started sounding within their head as they felt something breach into their territory.
