The 2nd Descendant of That Hell
Legacy Cultivators Club

Legacy Cultivators Club

After talking with the professor, Shivam finally came out of the office. “Let’s go, I don’t want to get late again on my first day of the club meeting,” Shivam said to Veer.

“Yeah, let’s go. I also want to see your club. And who knows, I might join with you,” Veer said with excitement.

After walking for a while, they finally reached their destination. “Legacy Cultivators” was engraved on the door of the club. Veer and Shivam entered the club, observing their surroundings. The club was not as big and crowded as other clubs, but the intensity of the room was so high it felt like an intense battle had just taken place. It was almost as big as a football stadium but still small compared to other clubs. The whole club’s lights were off, making the surroundings dark, but there was enough light for them to see up to 10 to 15 meters.

While they were exploring the club, two people from a height were looking at them very curiously. One had four arms and three eyes, and the other had a beautiful pair of wings on his back. “What do you think, Mayank? Is he suitable for our club?” the guy with four arms and three eyes said, looking in Shivam and Veer’s direction.

“Well, I can’t say without testing him myself, but I doubt that the leader would ever choose someone without testing them properly,” the guy with the wings, Mayank, said.

“Yeah, you are right. Hey, what do you think about testing him ourselves?” the guy with four arms said with a face that looked like he was plotting something very interesting.

“Don’t you dare.” While they were talking, a voice echoed behind them.

When they heard the voice, cold sweat appeared on their foreheads. “Heh, we were just talking, leader. We didn’t mean anything, for real,” the guy with four arms said with a nervous smile.

“Little Four, I hope you were joking. We cannot afford to lose him because of your personal curiosity. If he refuses to join our club now, then our club will get disbanded,” Niharika said while walking in their direction. “Come with me, we have to greet our new member properly before he joins our club. And also, you guys turn your bodies back to normal, or he will get scared just by looking at you two,” Niharika said to them while approaching Shivam and Veer.

“Hey Shivam, where are the other club members? Is the club even open today?” Veer asked Shivam, seeing nobody in the club.

“No, there are people in the club right now, and they are coming this way. Just wait, they might be doing something important, so let’s not disturb them while we are here,” Shivam said while looking in a specific direction in the darkness.

“So, you do know that we are here, huh.” All the lights in the clubroom turned on along with a sweet voice.

Veer and Shivam turned around to see where the voice was coming from. “Oh, it’s you, senior Niharika. Greetings. I just noticed you when you were coming downstairs,” Shivam said with gratitude.

“Your senses are definitely sharp to have noticed us in that darkness.” Niharika was surprised by Shivam’s senses.

“Nah, it was nothing, but thanks for inviting me today,” Shivam replied.

“Very well then. Let’s move to the main topic. You said you wanted to join my club, didn’t you?” Niharika asked Shivam.

“Yes, I do want to join your club,” Shivam said with sincerity.

“I like your sincerity. But there are some things you should know before you join this club,” Niharika said in a serious tone. “This club mainly focuses on activating a specific part of your body, which we call Manifestation. But activating your manifestation is not an easy process, and even after you manage to awaken a specific part of your body, it will not be too extraordinary because you will be in the first generation to practice this. However, the manifestation you awaken will be passed down to your next generation, and the efficiency of that part will increase exponentially. As you can see, there aren’t many members in this club because most people don’t like long processes. But I will not force you to join just because this club might get disbanded if you leave. So, it’s up to you whether you want to join or not,” she explained the current condition of the club and the club activities they practice here.

“If I can’t use that power, what’s the point of practicing it anyway?” Shivam asked her curiously.

“It’s not that you can’t use the power, but the efficiency will be too low compared to the next generations. You can use it however you want, but it will not be too extraordinary,” she explained again to Shivam.

“Oh, is that so…” Shivam said, looking like he was thinking about something very important. “By the way, what kind of power might I get if I practice this?” Shivam asked with curiosity.

Niharika glanced at Shivam with an expression of ‘you can’t be serious’. She looked in Mayank and Little Four’s direction. Without saying a word, both of them exchanged a glance before activating their manifestations. Mayank’s whole body shone in a golden light, covering him in a thick golden mist. After a few seconds, the golden mist started to fade, revealing Mayank with a pair of golden wings. Meanwhile, Little Four turned into a four-armed, three-eyed monster. Both of them looked impressive and powerful after activating their manifestations.

On the other side, Shivam and Veer almost jumped off the floor after witnessing such a scene. “So, that’s what you will get if you manage to awaken your manifestation. Although they are the first generation of this cultivation, their powers are still impressive,” Niharika said in a complimentary tone. “Now then, what do you think? Do you still want to join our club?” Niharika asked Shivam while giving Mayank and Little Four the sign to turn back to normal.

“Amazing… That was amazing.” Shivam complimented them before saying anything further. “Yeah, I want to join… but,” Shivam said, looking depressed.

“But what?” Niharika asked anxiously.

Shivam hesitated for a moment. “Don’t you want to check my PS testing result first?”

“Huh, don’t worry about that. What truly matters here is your dedication and willingness to grow. The process is more about the journey and the effort you put in, rather than your starting point,” Niharika replied immediately.

Shivam thought about it for a moment but decided not to reveal his real PS now. “If that’s the case, I would love to be a part of your club,” he replied with a smile.

Niharika and her two fellow club members exchanged glances before saying anything. “Then from now on, you are an official member of Legacy Cultivators. Welcome to our club, I hope you will enjoy your club days,” Niharika said, warmly welcoming Shivam with a smile.
