For those who have been wondering why the story itself hasn't been updated in almost two months now. I have decided to rewrite the whole story. I’ve reread most of what I have made and have noticed that I am not the most happy with the state that the story is in, and that I should have planned things out a bit more.

Now that I am aware of these problems I will begin a rewrite that I hope to have out soon. The first 5 chapters of the rewrite will cover the same story arc as the first 5 chapters of the rewrite. I hope to have it out sometime in June.

Most of what I plan to focus on is fleshing out the characters and world a bit more. Some of the sequence of events will be redone as I believe I’ve found much more interesting ways for things to play out.

I’m apologize to both those who were eagerly awaiting the next chapter as well as those who may be put off by this rewrite and was enjoying the base story, but I feel this is best for the story. So I hope you can enjoy what I have in store.
