Granius stood before the sorceress who had the job of keeping Irene’s invisibility barrier up. The woman gave the spell to him and it required more than one magic user due to her overwhelming power. They carefully watched their step. Moving about the trees to not rustle them so much in order to stay wary of any archers from above.
Team B
Irene uses the same spell, Her magic users, and Ezra, were able to stand back and move behind her slowly. Not a single nervous face on any of the fighters or mages. They each had their weapons already drawn in case of an ambush. The tall woman led confidently with her weapon also in hand, yet those behind saw no defensive action taken by the woman.
Team A
Grimm let the last few moments of silence be filled with him think about the aftermath of this all. Would it be right for him to stay. Should he go home, and find out more about his missing son, or maybe find his wife's killer. The boys were all grown to maturity, they were past punishments that children would receive. His mark on the Freelands for the last 2 decades may just be removed here today. For he was the only one not using a barrier.
Grimm stepped out into the large field before Cloudwick. Already standing before him were a legion of knights, all in shining orange armor. Infantry, mages, horsemen, and a few larger than life fighters. Grimm looked to the sun. Until a lone fighter blocked it’s view. He was riding a silver haired pegasus. He dashed down to the ground in front of the other men. He was sporting full sliver armor. His helmet was lined with sharp teeth, and no eyes holes. While carrying an impressive large trident.
“The first blood. I’ll have at it.” The knight started to charge at Grimm. His trident swinging, then ready for a thrust attack.
Grimm grabbed his scythe from his back, both of his hands were placed on the large weapon. He prepared it for a large swing. A cold mist started to surround the air, it was intense, so much had formed the knights behind and even the villagers could feel it. Some started to shiver while in it. As the knight grew closer, Grimm set his eyes on the rider. They became pitch black for just a moment, before he finally swung the massive weapon at his opponent.
“Passing Blizzard!” Grimm swung the scythe. An enormous mountain of Ice swarmed over the knight. Encasing him and his horse entirely. The other knights immediately grew fearful. This wasn't the end of it.
The knights saw the ice before them, and their superior frozen before them. However the ice started to crack. A large thudding sound was heard from beyond the wall. Another came, and then another, which each thud the crack grew larger. Until it finally snapped, and the ice fell down like rain.
Behind it all was the combined forces. Having dropped their barriers and revealed themselves. The knights repositioned themselves to fighting stance.
The two sides roared at each other, before sprinting forward ready to fight. The three teams quickly broke off. Swords were clashing, drowning out everything else. The mages from behind started to cast spells, knocking enemies off guard and blasting them away.
Grimm ran towards his opponents. His scythe still in hand. The tall man weaved through his enemies, slashing each with his large blade, leaving trails of ice, and freezing men in place. Mages came together for a large fireball. They summoned the sizable attack, and launched it at Grimm. He stuck out his hand right in front of the fireball, then once his hand connected, the entire thing had frozen into a ball of ice. The mages flinched. Grimm then raised his scythe like a bat and swung, knocking the ice ball back at the mages, hitting them and making them all scatter like bowling pins.

He stood over the first wave of his enemies. And still saw tons more coming. Not fretting in the slightest to fight him.
Teresa watched the battle from above. Before returning back to Benneb’s home. Nicholai sat where he still was. However the home was now in more pieces as she continued to search for the Genesis blueprints.
“Are they winning?” Nicholai let out.
“SILENCE!” Teresa immediately yelled. The girl’s hands were deeply grained on her head. “Damn. Grimm. I should have known he’d bring back reinforcements. He already beat Ezrio in a single attack. I have to find them. So I can get out of here.”
Ezra was cutting his way through the knight, while riding Anabelle. Trying to carve his own path a well as he could. He was getting closer and closer to the village. He looked up. Just to gauge how far away he was from Nicholai.
“You intend to carry me up that shaft.” Anabelle jokes.
“No, you idiot. We’ll take the elevator but be careful.” Ezra continued fighting to get closer. Until he finally reached past their forces and near the village entrance. Until someone's leg dashed towards him. He quickly blocked with his sword, yet was still knocked off Anabelle. He lands on his feet, and quickly looked to see Nimul standing before him with one of her legs raised. Sera appeared next. Holding a large sword over his shoulder. “Okay. Don’t really need to deal with you two.”
Nimul smiled before leaping towards Ezra. Her legs collided with his large blade, he pushed her off and immediately came back with a swing. The nimble woman jumped into the air and came down with an kick to the head. He blocked again. However Sera was coming in his opposite direction. His sword now engulfed with flames went for Ezra’s head as well. However the draconian was more resilient than Sera could have imagined. Ezra grabbed the blade with his bare hand, and fended off both of them at once.
“Nothing personal kid. Just doing work.” Sera said.
“Yeah. If you were doing work that cloudbike wouldn’t have broken on me.” Ezra replied. He knocked them both back. Then tended to his hand, which was suffering burns. Nimul and Sera didn’t let up. Nimul now focused on sweeping him off his feet, Sera was taking him by storm with more heavy fire slashes to his upper body. Ezra was finding it harder to keep up with the two. Just how he felt against the 3rd Captain for the Serx Empire. He wouldn’t let himself fall so quickly like then.
“You’re pretty tough, kid. But you’re nothing compared to me. I'm the 3rd captain of the Hulion Empire.” Sera said. The revelation shook Ezra. He now had a carnal desire to defeat this man, but with this woman here. That wouldn’t be very possible. “Nimul, let’s go for the Burning Sky!”
The woman agreed. Sky leapt into the air. Ezra felt a strong amount of mana being pumped through her, as he did for Sera. He took his defense. A special stance taught in his dracion school. The Two wings defense. Where when faced against two enemies in any direction, he could attack both in quick succession right as they were ready to attack.
Nimul dropped from the sky bringing her leg down to break the swordsman skull, and Sera charged then jumped with his flaming blade to attack his backside.
Ezra was prepared. He flipped himself. His lower leg knocked Nimul out of her attack, then his sword came and reached her side. He was going to make the blade attack her then slide off into hitting Sera, whose sword was lodged into the ground at this point. Sera instead used his size to his advantage. He took his other hand and grabbed Nimul and tossed her out of the way, then rose his sword out of the ground towards Ezra’s blade. The draconian knew they would collide. So he channeled lightning into the blade quickly. Then the blades met. They cause a small wave of the two elements.
Ezra couldn’t hold on forever, as Sera managed to quickly overpower him and flung him back, knocking his sword out of his hand.
‘Damn, you are good. Guess it’s time I stepped up my game. Nimul, you good?” Sera asked. Nimul stood cleanly back up, ready to fight. There was no sign of injury from her, especially after getting hit with Ezra’s sword. To which, he saw disappear. The sword was no longer on the ground.
“I’m good. Gonna have to get back at you for almost breaking my side with that sword of your kid.” Nimul threatened.
“If he couldn’t do it, then i’ll finish the job.” A voice said behind Nimul.
“What-” Nimul tried to say before she was pressed to the ground underneath Ezra’s blade. Being held by Irene. The downward attack nearly killed the woman, yet she protected herself with her Force. “Huh?”
Irene stood over her menacingly, she held the blade as if it were a short sword to her. But found no need for it, so she tossed it back over to Ezra.
“Did you lose this?” She said, now here to help him.
