"What am I supposed to do with his class?" Ryan asks the text.
> Would you like to start the tutorial for "Class"?
"Yes," Ryan replies.
> Starting tutorial for "Class"...
>Welcome. To explore you class, first try opening the shop. Simply think 'Premium Shop' to open your class-specific shop!
'Premium Shop' Ryan thinks, and is surprised when a screen of text appears.
>Weapons
>Armor
>Skills
>Items
>Hacks
"What does all this mean?" Ryan asks.
>Congratulations! You've opened the premium shop! Now, try opening the 'Weapons' tab of the shop. Simply think 'Weapons' and the shop tab will open.
'Weapons' Ryan thinks, and the tab opens.
>Weapons
.
>Your weapon tab is currently empty. Try to imagine the image of a small dagger.

"A small dagger? Why not a sword?" Ryan asks, but receives no response. Without waiting any longer, Ryan imagines a dagger from a video game in his hand.
>Congratulations! You've successfully added an item to the shop!
.
>Weapons
>Iron Dagger, 100 ₵
.
>You can purchase an item from the shop by thinking 'Purchase [item name]'. To purchase more than one at a time, think 'Purchase [quantity] [item name]'.
"Ronald!" Ryan yells down one more time, but he gets no response. Without another course of action, Ryan thinks, 'Purchase Iron Dagger.'
In the air, an iron dagger exactly as Ryan originally imaged it materializes and falls down the manhole, making a loud clanging sound on the cement floor.
'That was loud,' Ryan thinks and begins descending to retrieve the dagger, but quickly stops. 'What if something gets me while I try to retrieve the dagger?'
A few seconds later, several zombies appear at the bottom of the ladder. They have rotten skin and are mostly naked, and walk like a very drunk person.
'Shit, that must've attracted them!' Ryan curses in his head and remains stationary.
Ryan remains on the ladder and contemplates what to do next. He could descend the ladder and attempt to deal with the gathered zombies, but the fruits from that effort would be zero to none. Even if he felled all the zombies, he'd still have to worry about whatever hid inside the sewer.
'I guess I'll go up,' Ryan thinks, and ascends. At the top of the ladder, the entire street is deserted except for more zombies. As opposed to the last time Ryan went up, a car has crashed into the side of a nearby building, causing a huge fire.
Ryan thinks about running into the driver's seat of the van. However, a moment later, he remembers that Ron had the key. Ryan briefly wonders if Ron left the key in the van, but decides not to risk it. The closest zombie to the van is only a few feet away, so Ryan doesn't think he'd be able to get inside and close the door of the van without it noticing him. Reluctantly, Ryan goes back down the manhole towards the zombies which have crowded at the bottom.
