City of Las Adventure
October 24th,1994
20:00 Hours (8:00 PM)
Sonata was sitting in a 1961 Wasp Series 31 a four-door four window hardtop. She and the other three in the squad she's in. But the same clothing but different colors.
The squad leader is wearing a red plaid short-sleeved shirt, leather belt, loafer shoes, white undershirt, and black pants. The CQB one was wearing blue jeans pants, loafer shoes, a white t-shirt, and a green long-sleeve shirt. The DM/Designated Marksman is wearing a white t-shirt, a black short-sleeve flannel shirt, loafer shoes, blue jeans, and a leather belt.
Sonata she's wearing a white buttoned-up shirt, black trousers, a leather belt, and loafer shoes.
They're armed with different weapons but Sonata was still armed with Sonata being armed with her standard issued Phoenix Pistol, the Squad leader was armed with a 9mm Pistol (there version of a Hi-Power), the CQB soldier had a .38 revolver, and the Designated Marksman had a "LEO Pistol" (G19).
"What are we doing here Sergeant?" asked Sonata
The Sergeant replied, "You know as much as I do,"
Sonata replied, "In other terms, you're saying it's above my paygrade?"
The Sgt replied, "Yup,"
They followed a 1967 delivery van and it stopped and let someone out they tried to intervene but what is the problem is that they won't have any backup. The Sgt saw some armed people when someone got out of the back of the delivery van.
They got out with their weapons drawn and ordered everyone to get out of the truck with their hands in the air only for the truck to drive off and wreck with a group of people come out but the truck exploded with the shockwave knocking the four down.
Sonata fired her pistol and saved the CQB Spec Ops soldier from getting filled with led but they used the car as cover and the Sgt used a key to open the trunk where the CQB soldier got his M450 Military Combat Shotgun (R870 MCS), The DM got his M85 DMR (3.9 feet long, 12.7 inches tall, 2.11 inches wide, 19 pounds), and the squad leader with an X16 Carbine.
Sonata still had her pistol but they had to continue without backup and had to watch where they shoot at to prevent unnecessary deaths.
Right now will be a great time for some backup! Sonata thought, Four against who knows how many isn't a great deal. It'll be better if we had our gear instead of being dressed up as civilians these clothes won't protect us against a 5.56x47mm or a 7.62x52mm round.
Police backup was on route to the area armed with Steaks (Ithaca M37s), Baker 530s (M 500), Baker 312's (M1912's), Tactical Combat Shotgun (M1100's), X16's with or without red dot sights, reflex sights, holographic sights, ACOG scopes, jungle magazines, M053 40mm grenade launchers, and/or underbarrel shotguns, Semiautomat Service Garand (M14 Battle Rifle), Automat Service Garand (M14E2/M14A1), X40 (M79).

Some Special Weapons and Emergency Service Units (Aka a combination of a SWAT and ESU team) are on the way with heavier firepower like the machine gun caliber 7.62mm M60, Stoner 63, and CR68/Carbine Rifle 1968 (GAU-5A/A) with or without red dot sights, grenade launcher or jungle magazines.
Sonata picked up an Uzi off the ground and used that but they headed toward city center where the Las Adventure Police Dept arrived in their 1960s police cars with either the single rotating light or flashing/blinking/stroke.
Sonata had a difficult time telling if who had a gun was a terrorist or just a civilian trying to defend themselves but her squad mates had no problems fighting the terrorist even if they were blending in with the civilians to make it a lot harder.
Sonata went inside of a book store and had to fight the terrorists inside of it which she did the terrorist was preoccupied fighting the cops which had her get the drop on them and the submachine gun she has made quick work of them.
The city of Las Adventure, Its city center was a war zone literally, and the city's militia of 12,199 was under the command of Brigadier general Mackenzie Procter. They don't know about Sonata and the team being in the city and they're authorized to shoot anyone who isn't in a military uniform or police uniform and is armed.
The fighting kept on going but a lot of dark olive green/ w blue five-pointed side star on the doors, 5-ton 6x6 heavy trucks came up with or without a cover, and the city's militia came out with U.S. Rifle, Caliber .30 M1's, United States Rifle-Caliber 7.62mm, and Rifle, Caliber .30 Automatic M1918/M1918A1/M1918A2.
Sonata then entered another store and she went up to the second floor and saw some people captured and one person wearing a vest with enough explosives to level the entire second floor.
Sonata tried to save him but she found the timer and it wasn't long. The squad leader found Sonata and saw that there wasn't enough time so he grabbed the man and threw him over to the first floor where there was an explosion.
Sonata was about to say something.
"In war, you cannot save everyone," said the Sgt, "Just remind yourself that you no matter what you cannot save everyone. Your loved ones, your friends everybody you know will die,"
Sonata got a message from the sergeant well from what he said that no matter how hard she could or would try that she couldn't save everyone even if she gave 100% because someone will and is going to get killed if she likes it or not.
The special forces team was about to leave until they were told by a fireteam from the City of Las Adventure Militia to surrender but a car blew up which gave them a short time to escape and they used the alleyways to their escape vehicle. Their escape vehicle was a 1967 four-door panel van.
Some members of the Las Adventure's militia fired at the van but they drove off without shooting back because they don't want to start a war between the actual military and a city militia force.
One of the militia members wrote down the van's license plate and as a surprise to them it's owned by a person who works in the War Department as an Intern and it didn't take long for the Elite Operations Detachment their federal law enforcement interviewed the man.
Turns out he let his friend borrow it and said it was for a "secret military operation" but besides that it was confidential and nothing really could be explained due to if explained it would have more questions and those questions would lead to other questions.
Brigadier General Mackenzie used her power more and found out who was there and who the four were and found out where Camp Thunder is.
***
At Camp Thunder.
Brigadier General Mackenzie Procter arrived with authorization from someone in the War Dept. She gave Phanton 1-2 a stern warning to stay out of the city of Las Adventure or they're going to be shot.
Sonata pointed out that it's a free country and they can go where ever they want to go even if it's on a mission not adding they'll go where they'll please when they're on a furlough or when they leave.
Brigadier General Mackenzie gave them one final warning to stay away. But like before Sonata stood their ground and told her that they are going to go wherever command deploys them even if it's to Las Adventure the resort and gambling city and if she doesn't like it well no one will care.
From now on the Fifth Special Forces Group and the Las Adventure Milita had an interservice rivalry. Now they're a part of the military with rivalry due to the Army and Airforce are rivalry, the Marines and Army are in a rivalry due to the Marines get better equipment and state-of-the-art gear with the army being last, the Navy & Marines and Army hate each other due to the Navy had to transport them across the ocean and left the Navy out of the action or the Navy leaving the invasions when they need the naval fire support. Not adding All hate the Navy for prohibiting women from being on submarines yet the Navy will allow women to be on Destroyers/ Destroyer Guided Missile, Cruisers/ Cruiser Guided Missile, Frigates, Corvettes, Battleship Guided Missiles, and Aircraft Carriers. But the other branches allow the women to be in dangerous roles.
