Blitzkrieg Bop

Blitzkrieg Bop

“So, Iris. How was the date?” Marty asked her, in Steven’s room. “It was really good,” Iris answered. “Man…I kind of wanna go on a date with…” Seven thought to himself. Steven interjected, “Felicity, right?” “Uh…well…maybe…” Marty fell onto Steven’s bed, and started spreading out on it. “That was the best nap I had in the grass,” He said, feeling the blanket, “You guys should have left me asleep there.” “You were bleeding profusely from your head,” Iris told him. “Even so, that was a nice sleep. I was dreaming about this crazy battle. The ground split open and from the ground came a bunch of-” Marty jumped up, and took the tv remote. He turned on the tv and started flipping through a bunch of channels. “I’m your host Steve-On Tuesday there will be-WHEEL OF-What is john-The speckled sussex loves to-And I say hey! What a-Jake the-A party everyday hey Jess-You CLEARLY don’t know how to cook a-” The tv kept switching. “What are you even looking for?” Iris asked. “My greatest guilty pleasure,” Marty responded, as he finally found what he was looking for. It was a Spanish-language program with English subtitles. It had two people arguing. “Oh my god, I’ve missed the beginning of the episode!” Marty exclaimed. “This relationship has gotten out of hand Thiago!” “Well I don’t give a damn. I wanted to marry your sister anyway!” “HOLY SHIT!” Marty yelled, “THIAGO YOU JACKASS!” “...Umm” Steven scratched his head. “I uhh…well if this is the kind of stuff you like to watch then whatever.” The show continued, “Well you should have thought of that before you got me pregnant!” “BOHAHAHAHAHA!” Marty cackled. Marty turned to Steven, “I think your TV is broken.” Steven was confused, “Eh? How?” “Don’t you hear that? It’s making this weird sound.” Steven walked up to the TV, and heard a continual “mmmmmm.” “Oh, I guess it is. I’ll have them fix it on Monday.” Iris leaned on the dorm room door, “Well Marty, never thought you’d be the type to watch this kind of stuff.” “What does that mean? It’s entertaining to me, what more can I say?” “I guess that makes sense. How’d you find it?” “I was scrolling through channels in the middle of the night once, and then I saw a program with-Holy SHIT!” Marty was irritated, “That sound must be getting louder! Steven, if you’d please turn the TV off.” “But…you have the remote.” “Oh right!” He turned the TV off. “Alright, where was I? Right, I saw a program with this guy talking about-I’m going mad.” “You still hear it too?” Steven asked him. “Yeah…” Seven said, “I think it’s coming from outside. Iris used Slide Zone to look outside. “HOLY SHIT!” She exclaimed, running from the door. Steven was about to ask, “What is it?” But was interrupted by a tank barging into his room. It completely broke through the room’s wall. Atop the tank was a boy with messy dark gray hair, red eyes, and proud demeanor. “FOOLS OF FOUR! MAYBE MANY MORE! FACE THE FIRE, AND FEEL THE HEAT OF THE CORE!” He then grabbed onto the tanks control panel, and started aiming the turret at them. “FIRE!” He then fired a giant tank shell at the four. They all dodged, and the shell made a hole in the floor that led down to the first floor. Steven took a rope from his drawer, and wrapped one end of it around his bed. He then threw the rest down to the first floor. “We can’t fight in an enclosed space like this,” He told them, as he went down the rope. Marty went behind the bed, turned into a butterfly, and flew down to the first floor. Iris went down the rope, with Seven quickly following. Then, the student shot again, “FIRE!” The shell shot at the bed, and the rope broke. Steven and Iris were already on the ground, with Seven barely managing to land on his feet. Marty turned back into a human. Sitting in the middle of the first floor was Moby, who turned off his music and turned to the four students. They all moved away from the hole, as the tank fell through it, “RMMMM” It crashed into the ground. Marty asked the boy on top, “Hey man! What’s the big idea?” The boy introduced himself, “I AM JUPITER JESSEN, AND I’M HERE TO AVENGE TWO OF OUR ORGANIZATION’S GREATEST ASSASSINS, PIRELLO CHANCE AND CARLONOAH ARGILAGOH!” Seven froze up, “...There’s more?” “PRECISELY! WE’RE A LARGE ORGANIZATION. WE’VE GOT MORE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE COMING AFTER YOU!” He started aiming the turret. “YOU FOUR ARE ALL DEAD, AND MIGHT AS WELL STOP! FOR YOU’LL FEEL THE POWER OF-” He shot at Steven, who was readying himself to dodge. Steven was out of the shell’s way, but then something happened. “BLITZKRIEG BOP!” Jupiter finished, as the shell rapidly increased in size. Steven looked up at it as it towered over him. Marty then ran over and pushed him out of the way. When Steven looked back, he saw Marty turned into a butterfly to dodge the shell. The shell dragged on the ground before coming to a halt. Iris took out a steel ball, and hit it towards Jupiter. Jupiter repeated, “Blitzkrieg Bop!” The steel ball then shrunk, turning into the size of a penny. He caught the steel ball, and tossed it back at Iris. Iris looked at the miniature ball as it rolled towards her, “Woah…” Seven shot a grenade at Jupiter. He quickly aimed the grenade and shot it in the middle of the air. “I’LL CLEARLY WIN THIS FIGHT. SAY YOUR PRAYERS AND SAY GOODNIGHT. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE THE LIGHT. BLITZ-” “Holy shit will you shut up?” Steven asked. Jupiter was offended, “TCH! WILL YOU LET ME FINISH YOU FUCKING CRETIN!” He started over again. He pointed at Seven, “I’LL CLEARLY WIN THIS FIGHT.” Then at Steven, “SAY YOUR PRAYERS AND SAY GOODNIGHT.” Then at Iris, “NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE THE LIGHT.” He was going to point at Marty, but couldn’t find him. “Uh, where’s the butterfly boy?” Marty then finished climbing the back of the tank, and jumped up behind Jupiter. He then gave him a hard wallop to the back of his head, and Jupiter was knocked off the tank. He fell to the ground unconscious, as Marty struggled to get footing on the tank. “Well that was anticlimactic,” Marty said, as another person came out from the tank. It was a boy with red hair and sunglasses on. “Alright folks” He told the four, “I don’t know what he was saying about organization this blitzkrieg that, I was just here to get paid. And I got my money already, so I have no real entitlement to be here. And on that note…I bid you all adieu!” He then jumped off the tank and ran off. Marty almost ran after him, but Seven told him, “There’s no point. If he really was part of that organization, he would have tried to kill us as well.” Iris looked over to Jupiter, “Hmm…he said there were more people…maybe we could try to get something out of him.” A few hours later, Jupiter woke up in Seven’s dorm room, tied to a chair. Marty and Seven were both sitting in front of him. “Sorry about the chair…” Seven told him. Jupiter looked unamused. Seven told him, “Look, we just want to know more information about your organization. Please, our lives are at stake here.” Marty scoffed, “A bitch like him would never give so easily. I bet he’s waiting for us to just let him go. As if!” “Are you two doing good cop bad cop?” Marty and Seven both looked at each other, and answered, “Yes.” “Well, that’s not gonna work on me.” Steven then walked over, “You said they’re coming for us, yes? Then we don’t have time to waste.” Jupiter told them, “Torture me. Kill me. YOU WON’T GET A WORD OF THE ORGANIZATION FROM ME!” Iris told Jupiter, “You know, you really shouldn’t be protecting them like this. See, after you got knocked out we took your phone. We were able to unlock it, since you made your password, ‘Blitzkrieg Bop.’ Not very smart. Anyway, your organization sent you a text message that read, ‘So you’ve failed your mission? You failed us, Jupiter. Your status as an assassin has been terminated-’” Jupiter stomped on the ground. “I just got to be an assassin a few weeks ago too…this was my first mission. I can’t believe it’s over so fast…” Steven told him, “Well, since you’re not an assassin anymore, you can help us now, can’t you?” “Absolutely not. Although I may not be an assassin anymore, I have no reason to betray my former organization.” “Seems you should,” Iris told him, “I didn’t get to finish reading the text. I’ll continue, ‘However, your knowledge of the organization jeopardizes the security of our members. As this is so, we’ll send a Signature Assassin to silence you.’ So…how do you feel about that?” Jupiter thought for a moment, before speaking. “They’re coming. 18 highly trained individuals, all with Signatures. The five of us have messed up…big time. This organization now understands the threat you pose to them.” Steven asked, “What is the name of this organization?” Jupiter responded, “Their name…is Endziel.”
