"Keep going kid!" Another of the cultivators shouted. During that time Leroy's mask and hood were knocked off. He was younger in appearance to them which made the group come to snap decisions the same as Boki did just a few moments before. "Today is a good day and ride the final wave bros!"
*Dush!* Water erupted from all over enhanced by Qi as something close to a Tsunami erupted and crashed into the hoard. The images of swordfish look to march out of there.
The others had charged into the hordes of surviving Cultivators and self-detonated their Dantians. The explosion was not that big considering their Cultivation levels but it crippled the army a little more.
'I am not the only one from Earth! Why couldn't I have met them under different circumstances?' Leroy could understand the change for them to drop their cover since who knew how people would truly treat a person from a different Dimension like Earth? Thus the reason he planned on telling no one unless absolutely forced to. 'Both of those phrases they muttered are ones I remember hearing actively in my life. Especially the surfer guy!'
Cutting down a few more, Leroy could feel the drain in his Flamelighting Dantian. Recovering his Storage Pouches like the others, he really wished he had more stuff he could use to replenish his losses.
"Damn it!" Leroy could see the area where he needed to activate the Talisman at to get out of here. "We are so close!" Using his Flame Vortex Qi, the Fire-lighting body pushed outward in a powerful attacking and defensive shield around him. "Have to burn a path, try to keep up!"
Nodding, Mikado followed behind while supporting him. Not feeling her eyes due to him being busy staying alive, Leroy was unaware of the others' smile.
As two lunged at them, Leroy turned in a slash and kicked up further toward the path. The cut he went for wasn't deep but wide and enough to cause more bleeding damage overall.
"You are good at this, I had a friend like you." Mikado lunged forward but didn't make contact directly, the wind on her palms cut into the flesh of the opponent in a horrible vacuum. "You don't have any weapons to help protect your body of worth, here!"
Kicking a few away into each other, a shine on her wrist from a storage item, she dropped a pair of clawed weapons literally onto him. The currents of the wind she controlled were actually forming into chains.
"Thanks!" Leroy didn't question or argued, he used the weapons and could immediately feel the strength increase they gave. His output of qi was higher but also caused his head to overheat. This was the first time he actually felt this take place despite all the fire-type methods he used. "Just have to keep going forward!"
Swiping a few more out of the way, it was almost never-ending in those that replace the down members. The sound of the lighting increased as the creature was proceeding through its Tribulation in earnest.
If the Formation inside the port was not nad off and they had the time to fix it, Leroy really wished they could have taken that to another place instead of coming way out here.
Out in the woods.
15 minutes later and exhausted to the point he started to see double, Leroy had to take the weapons off and switched to two daggers he picked up from a dead cultivator. Mikado seemed to hold her own well enough still but some blood on her face blinded the left eye it looked like.
"Almost there!" Making it to the little field of rock formations that stuck out over the water, Leroy flung out several lighting darts to paralyze any nearby. He was tapped and could only focus on disabling now. "Grab my hand!"
Reaching out to Mikado, Leroy froze as the woman was pretty far away still fighting. Knocking several back still and diverting them all into each other. The amount of qi she expended was a lot higher than normal and he could tell why after looking closely.
"Just go on ahead!" Mikado's hair started to gray as she was activating burning her longevity itself. At least that is what it looked like to him. "I can feel the Qi from members of my Sect!"
If she could feel such a thing then it was both good news and bad news. Leroy used his senses and could feel nothing nearby but those gathered.
Either she was lying to make him go ahead or he was just off. Dashing back, he was not willing to leave another person after the hell they went through so far. Another person with no connection to him could also explain this bullshit and there was still the fact she might no something of the other two.
"Nonsense, we need to get out before it comes here!" Punching a few away, it was good he had a later of fire and lighting circling his body for protection. "You should be able to fly across the water a bit until we have help or something!"
Leroy cursed himself for not having a squirrel suit! With the way, cultivators can jump and techniques that create uplift currents, a situation like this could have been handled better.
"You killed so many from different Sects... how audacious of you! Not like the upper brass will find out what we did here anyway!" A Nascent Soul Realm Cultivator had made it from the Lord's place and the amount of worms that came out of his body was disgusting. "Joining in is the better option, the Blood Worm will increase your CUltivation faster than you can hope to achieve!"

More cultivators start to come over and they were not looking the best. Stronger in power and more unhinged by the looks on their faces. Blown-out eyes and saliva flowing freely.
Leroy had grabbed Mikado and was about to nope out of there but it was not to be.
"I really was glad I can go out like this," Mikado had a worm moving inside her face. "but the others, make sure you burn some incense for them." Stepping out of his grasp she took a pill that caused her Qi to surge higher. "Deliver this to the Unlimited Sect, doesn't matter who. They won't be able to get it open without specific help."
The ring had the symbol of Sarvadevamandir, the name of a group Leroy and the others belong to back on earth. He started trembling which was not the best as an arrow pierced his defenses. It got stuck in his arm not to deeply tp pull out without damaging muscle.
"Sarvadevamandir... how do you have this ring?"
Only lightly surprised, she handed over the ring that had secretions on it. Leroy didn't ask where she hid it, as it was not important and he was really not there right now mentally. PTSD was a bitch when it came out of nowhere.
The Flashback that played was hazy as his cultivation fought back against it. But the situation was still too much for Leroy in this regard who was giving more and more into his anger at the situation. Not to mention the overall frustration of everyday life.
*Kaboom!* Mikado acted with her Qi in waves as she burned the enemy. Her face was breaking up as she tried to kill the worm while fighting. She refused to be taken over and this helped her greatly in getting deeper inside the enemy wave.
At the worst possible time the creature that was once the Lord of the area appeared in a pustule of mass. A giant creature made of human parts and the blood of over a million creatures. Worms would periodically fall out and then enter the various cultivators.
'This...!' Mikado pulled out everything she had and by the looks of it, nothing would be left. "It was a good second life!" The shockwave from her finally detonating and killing a wave of the cultivators, knocked Leroy further into the forest and away from the hoard itself.
Leroy snapped in mentally. His weapon intent warped along with killing into something worse. These cultivators were despicably wretched more than he could tolerate at all for just leaving. The waves of erupting Qi from his very being screamed to kill.
"DIE!" He attacked wildly coated in Murderous Intent at the beast and didn't care for the cultivators who were trying to flee. He would kill them afterward anyway to soothe the pain in his heart. "NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES, I'LL END YOU!!!"
The beast stepped back as fear warned it this human could hurt it even more so now. The Qi released cut into its soul more than the last one did. The flames burn hot enough the surrounding rocks exploded and the lighting causes small metals to float.
The creature that was Lord Ghast spread its limbs and tried to pull itself backward. But flames burned the extending appendages, this cut the pulling it was able to do. Despite the Realm difference, it could not fly away as the lighting above appeared and burned to the touch.
"Trying to trap me mortal, foolish!" Several tongue-like worms shot out to grab him but couldn't for a few reasons. 'How is he so fast at this realm?'
As two tongueworms spiked into the ground missing, Leroy ran up the leg still attacking. His right hand carved up both limbs as. The fire-type claws had extended far enough to grow through both.
With a swing of a lashing fused limb, it missed and cut off its own appendages. Spilling blood that blackened once the air hit it. Leroy had jumped further towards it with his fire-lighting body burning and damaging the air about 10 feet around him.
"Haaaa!" Eyes exploding, fire shot outward towards the creature under his willpower and desire just to end it. "Grrr!" With a lunge going pass the top area of what could be considered the head, he tore across it but then fell inside the fleshy dome.
The blood started to boil as well as the Blood Qi of the creature that was Lord Ghast went wild. The flesh was not whole and not refined all the way before it fought, having attacked to get rid of all threats before the stronger members of the various Sects arrived, it errored instead of just running away even more so it realized.
Inside and fighting nonstop, but more of swinging and kicking wildly, the need for air became an issue. With that panic, his Qi went out wilder as his life was in immediate danger.
*Grrp!* With a lessening of the intensity of the fire, what could be considered veins wrapped around his left arm. A stream of lighting circled around forcing Leroy's muscles to contract and making the arm jerk more than what he was capable of.
"Grrrraaahhh!" Lord Ghast gave out a scream to the sky in pain. "Ptuh!" Spitting out the flaming human, it was almost out of there with the electric net no longer blocking up above. "Uhhhh!" Spitting out the burning flesh, it couldn't get rid of a few pieces.
As long as Leroy was alive it figured, the fire close to him will burn. With ever technique or specialty of his lineage made the creature stay instead of flee. Once more it made that mistake.
"Hehehe!" Letting out a guttural laugh, Lord Ghast fused half its body into a spiked fist and punched Leroy with full intention to cripple him. "Try to dodge this mortal!"
The opposing Qi's clashed from each party before physical contact hit.
Unable to dodge due to the wild Murderous Intent and clash of the Fist Intent between the two, the stronger cultivation one out. Leroy was stopped mid-strike and the backlash from the conflict scattered the protection he had on further.
Hit directly, Leroy bounced off a tree upon impact with it. His bones cracked and fracture from the impact. All the way to his fingers cracking the same as his skin from the Qi usage. Large parts of his flesh burned away from the liquid caused by the possible digestion. Several Inscription Patterns all over his body shined brightly before fading away.
*Crack!* Flesh dropped on the ground from Leroy's neck. A worm that entered just that briefly was pushed out and burned into nothing on top of discarded flesh.
As the Murderous Intent churned along his body, several of the Sect Cultivators that appeared to take him down was cut up or had themselves bashed into mulch. The flames started to bend and contort in a wild assault once more. Mimicking like those of fist marks and slash marks.
Seeing how the situation was still more than it could handle with the approaching threat, it sought to flee finally. Back turned to Leroy with the last few cultivators that served it around, Lord Ghast decided to take flight.
But it was just not that easy. A look of horror appeared on the many faces in its flesh as well as those of the cultivators. They couldn't move as white lighting danced around the entire area and motes of blue flames exploded in a chain.
