A large grey furred wolf slowly walked over to the room and the door automatically opened while a smartphone flash had come from inside.
The wolf had stopped at the door meanwhile Auden looked dazed for a moment while holding the table in front.
In the span of three seconds where the wolf was crouched and my other self-no, Auden had brought that table like a shield and rammed the wolf with it and .
'That's one way to let out your anger'
The wolf got thrown back and the table was sent away with it, both of which slid away the hallway while Auden watched while overcoming the adrenaline rush from the action he did.
From the up I looked at the wolf and that was bleeding from it been hit but then rapid convulsions started to occur in it's body as it's entire musculature from down the neck changed as it's body expanded rapidly. Where the front legs there were arms now through which it grasped the table with and tore it apart all the while having grown into a much larger height than before standing on two legs.
That looked somewhat terrifying but I knew that this was just an intimidation move from the now Werewolf's part as though it tried to lunge at Auden it was chained since it couldn't afford to before the start of his second mission and the main scenario.
Auden finally fell down to his knees and his eyes slightly glistened but I saw how he was ready to keep going even when he felt fear.
That made me proud of myself that despite the overwhelming odds I did not leave things up to fate.
The smartphone rang as the second mission announcement already must have been in eyes.
After giving him a moment to lay down and close his eyes I let the book come down from the ceiling to by his side.
After going through the mission content he turned behind and faced the book only this time having that pissed off look which I never had never seen in my face but I was told that I made in very rare occasions. To me it was the result anger mixed with sadness and slightest bit of tiredness which often allowed me to throw caution aside especially in situations where caution would only lead to hesitation or wasting time.
Allowing the book to float still while he walked I wrote the statement in it that I wished to ask him at the very first time before this whole chase scene went down.
[Please ask of what you would like to know]
I wrote it for him. No, I wrote this for me.
A different me but not much different and perhaps in more ways than one who I truly was. He would face many trials as he is without this label of Divinity that I did not felt like having done anything for yet I would be benefitted immensely by .
In a flat but slightly sarcastic voice he asked me most likely preparing for the book to be coming fly at him any moment now.
"Uh, I don't know, tell me how could I stop that Werewolf from permanently reaching the rooftop?"
Ahh but at this question which he had anticipated that I would not provide him any answer I gave by materialising the necessary knowledge inside a word.
[T r a p s]
Doing which caused the book to then fade and leave behind something what looked like just word there in it's place.
"Traps huh, okay?"
After saying that he touched the word and it imprinted all the knowledge in his mind about where he could find, what he could use and how he could use them make various kinds of trap in this building.
My view began to grow blurry and I did not strengthen as I had exhausted myself with powers I just found.
Other part was because I did not wish to hold his hand while trying to survive through something that might decide whether he would live or not while I could erase the entire scenario without seriously making an effort.
The only reason I let it continue for as long as it did because Auden would benefit from it and learn from it. Nothing else.

He did not rest or spend any more time wasting by deciding to move downstairs to find where some of the many tools were and it was only upto those stairs that I was able to see him as it was where the book disappeared to. Since I could not move before materialising another portal and it would take some time that I did not need to necessarily spend doing.
It would be fine to take a short break perhaps.
"I should rest now and...Unravel"
Leaving the pencil on the table I made the sparks of my physical form to separate and then spread out.
Although I had curiosity about what might happen next, a single rhetorical question quelled it for me.
"Why to rush new discoveries when you can have them alongside your mortal counterpart?"
'We are two entirely separate entities from the moment that our soul divided, just like it is for twins do at birth. Perhaps it's my self-perseverance talking after years of loneliness but I will watch over his life's journey and help him through it as much as he needs but not more than necessary or it would be unfair towards him'

More than eleven hours had passed since the violent encounter between Auden and the transformed wolf had been taken place.
The Werewolf in question was standing right outside the closed building's door many feet under the water still chained but kept inside an air bubble that let it be unaffected from the rest of it's surroundings.
A few more minutes passed while it remained right at the door until it was finally time for the main scenario to start as the Werewolf got thrown at the put somehow passed through as they were still closed to the outside.
Reaching inside the building where it was set free the Werewolf looked around and turned around it's head wildly meanwhile the doors of it's entry were still closed which it could not pass even after scratching at them a few times.
According to the scenario the only thing that Werewolf had to do was reach the top floor in order to go home and it was made aware of that fact even with the limited knowledge it had.
Bit it was too far-gone as it's urgency was solely based upon it's preying instinct that wished it to complete the hunt so it began doing while search for that scent of the weak prey it could not finish earlier.
Any common healthy dog has senses far sharper than a human which if trained well then allows them to track a scent of any prey it is dead set on hunting.
That prey was Auden for the Werewolf which began moving in direction of the stairways and climbed them up taking u-shaped turn then climbing through them to the upwards direction.
Where it took each step carefully in order to lessen the noise of the footsteps in order to not scare away the prey earlier than was necessary and reached the next floor.
Right at other end of the hallway and near the other flight of stairs stood a human, one who had hurt it in it's weaker form.
He had a foot on a step pump which was connected to a very large filled balloon tube in a motion that suggested he was filling it.
The second after both their sights met then did he put the foot off the pump but had no change in expression which slightly unexpected for Werewolf as it thought that he would be scared now that they were face to face once again without those chains to hold him
Both stared down at each other through the hallway as for a moment they both remained in a stand still.
Which broke down right after one party who had got there started rushing down to the opposite side and Auden himself went over the flight stairs up to the landing and stopped while taking a couple of darts out his pocket.
The Werewolf meanwhile halfway through it's sprint had slipped on the floor and slid down the hallway which was done so by there being being a ton plenty of floor cleaners, oils and other other things poured down which would cause in a loss of friction and this made the unaware wolf to slip over.
Only gathering itself when it was close to that balloon tube which Auden threw all the darts and immediately ran up the stairs.
