Chapter 3 Part 5 - Everything ending well

Gasped

The man woke up as the cold water splashed on him

Coughing the water out he looked around in confusion

"Who are you people?" The voice of a young boy came from the side of the man

"Wh- huff wh- huff at?" The man asked the voice

"Here," flashing the screen of a phone at the man "Who is this boss and why is he ordering you and your partners to kidnap Sanvi and me" the voice asked

It took some time for the man to understand his situation and that the voice he was talking to was the boy in the image, and the boy was the one who knocked him out

"I- I wi-will tell you everything, please don't kill me" Even if the person in front of him is a little kid he could feel wrath from the kid, making his hair stand up, his body screaming to run away, get away from the kid, but his hand are tied with metal chains, he can't do anything except answering the kid's questions, and hopefully wait for his boss to arrive

The man answered Ashwin everything from the request of the customer to how they planned to rape Sanvi

The more he answered the more anger he felt from the boy making him tumble at his words

He tried to manipulate Ashwin by promising him different things or anything he might want

He even tries to convince Ashwin that he has changed

But Ashwin kept silent and unmoving

"Is that all?" Ashwin asked

"Ye-yes" The man answered looking down apologetically

"Fr-From now on I will live a good life, I-I am changed, believe me" The man tried again

Without answering Ashwin got up and walked towards the exit of the room

"He-hey where are you going, unchain me, let me go" the man begged

But Ashwin just left

For a few minutes after Ashwin left the man kept struggling and finally giving up because someone would unchain him in the morning either way

"Why is this so hot inside, fuck" Half an hour has probably gone by and the temperature of the room kept going up until the fire sprinkler started and the door of the room started burning

"Wh-what is there a fire, shit, SOMEONE HELP, THERE IS A FIRE" he shouted

"SOMEONE HEEEEELPPPP MEEEEEEEEE" he shouted louder as the fire started burning the room and brightening it

He started shouting at the top of his lungs asking for help because the room he was in the room storing different oils and fuels for the generator

He screamed again and again with no voice to answer him

He screamed and cursed as the flames started dancing all around him

And then

Boooom

A part of the hotel blasted bringing the whole hotel down

Fire brigade, police, ambulances

Everyone rushing around

A crowd gathered around in the distance watching the burning hotel and in the crowd a young boy looked at this spectacle from a distance, satisfied

*According to police, in the fire of XYZ hotel 8 people died and 0 were injured

After the postmortem report, one of them is the security guard of the hotel, 2 hotel staff, 1 police officer and 4 members of the criminal gang

This incident is assumed to be a fight between the gang members and the police officer and the security guard was trying to stop them, the police said

The police are still conducting the investigation and they will go to the roots of this incident*

Miss Sanvi put down her phone after hearing the news

"Those are the same men who harassed us at the restaurant" Miss Sanvi made a complicated expression sigh leaning back at her seat she closed her eyes

Grandma is already sleeping

They got tired after everything that happened

After the hotel burned down we left for the airport because our flight is tomorrow early in the morning and another family joined us too, with us and them being on the same flight we didn't have any reason not to go together, and it would be much safer that way

And I don't have to worry about those gangsters trying to kidnap us from the airport either

A lot happened but it all ended well with Miss Sanvi and Grandma being safe, and that's all that matters to me
