And so…my life together with the sword saint and Eris began
Today is the 2nd week since i’ve started living with them
Honestly…i was surprised when the sword saint…ill just call him Nanda from now on, asked me that question

That…really struck me hard
I guess i have to really accept the fact that I’m now not a human but a slime…
Back at the cave i managed to not thought about it since I was so focused on finding an exit…but now? Its painful when I think about it.
Well, guess I’ll just let time fix it
After the discussion with Nanda my life has become a bit more boring and repetitive, other than playing with Eris i don’t have any other thing to do…so I started training.
There was that incident with the [Bladed bear] too, i don’t want to be protected forever you know?
At first I don’t know what should I train, since I have this body of a slime. I’m all squishy and soft to touch, I’m no harm at all…even Eris said she likes to hug me since it feels good…
BUT..!
A few days ago Nanda told me that for a slime, i have quite the amount of mana!
That means I can be a magician!

I can freely manipulate the mana inside of me to some extent but…that was it…
I can propell my self high to the sky but that was it..! Its like there are some kind of barrier that prevent me from materializing my magic! I can’t make showy explosions or icicles like the other adventurers that i have met in my past life…
I feel disappointed
From what I can remember, in my past life I was good with the sword, but sadly I can’t hold a sword now.
If i manage to get a human form or something…maybe i’ll be able to use the sword again, but that is not very likely to happen right? I’ve never heard any slime ever appeared in human form…so I guess its impossible.
Oh well..better go out of the bed and start helping out with chores
Slowly i walk…actually more like i crawl out of the bed and go downstairs
First lets sweep the floor…
(Since I can’t hold a broom how can I help?) that is what I thought on the first day I started living in this house. Luckily I found an encyclopedia on the bookshelf, monster encyclopedia to be exact.
So I ask Nanda to fetch it for me (kuma ask Eris to tell Nanda to fetch the books for him), at first he looked puzzled and then when he realize what I was about to do he screamed
“YOU CAN READ?!?!?!”
And then got scolded by Eris for being too loud…hehehe…good times
According to the book slime eats and digest its food by melting them inside their body…after reading that i thought “so that’s why I’ve never feel hungry” it seems I’ve been digesting dirt and the likes for my nutrition unconsciously (although there’s nothing nutritious about them)
By the way, i also found out that slime will only die if its nucleus is severely damaged. I must be careful to not get stepped on or stabbed by someone…
And so…I help sweep the floor by eating! Eating and eating more thoroughly to make the floor shiny~
While sweeping i glance over at Eris who is washing the dishes while humming
I smiled
She really like doing house chores huh…
I continue to sweep the floor when suddenly
DURURURUURRRUR
Its an earthquake!
(Eris! Go hide under the table! Hurry!)

After she heard me shouted that she quickly made her way under the table
