Ask Lotus: According to Velua's perspective, any seeds your Alchemy Tree ever produced would be highly desirable to humans. However it is also the center of your Domain as a royal so it probably wouldn't look good for your authority to simply hand them out, do you have any ideas for how to navigate that conflict?
Lotus sets down her lobster shell comb on the vanity table. "Well, everything in my domain has a great bit of value to it. It is the only fey court of poison, and thus it is a thousand times more valuable than anything a human would have to offer. If they wish to take seeds from my Alchemical Oak, then they will have to earn them. Perhaps work within the dungeon, or a unique quest. They can all come and try to get the seeds, but I think everyone knows how bad an idea it is to play around with fairies and food." She smirks as she looks in the mirror at the person asking the question.
Ask Lotus the Queen of Toxic: What is it like being a royal bloodline fey do you like being of royal blood or is there something else you want to do in life?
Lotus contemplates it, seeming to get a far-off look as she observes her face in the mirror. "It's a lot of pressure. Back when I was a princess it felt like the weight of the world was bearing down on me. It is much the same now, especially with the promotion to boss. Except, I don't think I could ever be anything else. I was Red's first minion, the oldest in the family. If he had chosen Ivy over me then I still would be doing what I am now, Albeit with a bit less grace. I would be making sure Addison is safe, ensuring the new spawns are happy, and keeping things from falling apart." A small smile appears on her face, satisfied with her answer.
Ask Ivy: You seem to have a delightfully intense passion for your role. Do you have any ideas of things that you've come up with that would be cool for you to create, that you don't have the resources for?
Ivy pauses her instructions for the new construction crew, putting her hand to her chin as she thinks about the question. "Well, I would love to work with some heavy-duty metals. Stone is nice and all, but you just can't do much with it. I'd love to see about making some beautiful trellis gardens out of silver or gold. Imagine it, the wedding scene made even more elegant with shining vine-style arches glittering in the sun or moonlight. You can't do that properly with stone or wood."
Ask Ivy: Have you used any of the Alchemical Tree's outputs in making any of the structures of the dungeon yet? Do you have any plans for how you'd do so, or mind telling us how you've done so if you have?
Ivy rolls her shoulders, still thinking about the arches from the previous question before giving a nod. "You know, I found that there is a tar hole? It made the shingles on Addison's shack a whole lot easier to plaster on and nail. However, the thing that I want to mess with is a hole that is opened up by the roots. It doesn't produce a lot, but it will make about a gallon of lava every day. The natural systems keep it from spreading or causing any damage but imagine some beautiful obsidian architecture. It would be amazing." Ivy says wistfully, sighing as if she was imagining a long-lost lover.
Ask Ivy: Being a dungeon builder fey are there anything you like to be able to add to the dungeon yourself if Red gives you permission to do so and if so what would you like to make?
"Some people might consider this a repeat question, but the wording matters. I want to start adding houses for the bigger fairies. While all the little fliers are safe in the tree, people need privacy! If Red permits me, I will have a whole village ready for the seasonal fey, the witchlings, the soldier fey, even the brownies if they want little mini houses!" She said firmly as she put her hands on her hips.
Ask Established Dungeon of Red's Universe: What is the typical format of a regular dungeon? Do you have an interface at all?
The silhouette of an angel leans back, wearing golden armor as it sits on a jeweled throne. She contemplates the question, looking over her gauntlet to check for blemishes or cracks. "I do indeed have an interface, though I believe that is just a facet of being a Reincarnation dungeon. Regular dungeons can do it all on instinct. As for formatting... that is a matter of the dungeon. Everyone has six rooms to start with but can do so as they please. Whether that is pacifism or petulance, those six rooms can be changed and rearranged however they please. Unless they get a special room, and then they get seven." The figure shrugs, making a gesture for the guard in the room to kill the question asker.
Ask High rank Dungeon of Red's Universe: What are some examples of special rooms? Do they have any guidelines on how to find them? Are there limits to how many you can have on a single floor or in general?
A beautiful elven woman in flowing robes and skin glittering onyx crystal smiles as she crouches down to look at the person asking the question. "Well, special rooms are all about what makes them special. Anyone can have a garden, but to make a garden a special room requires an event or secret parameters to be met. A masterwork forge room would require you to have one of every known metal along with a master blacksmith. The Grand Aviary room would need no less than twenty unique birds and twenty unique avian monsters in the same place. As far as I am aware, you're allowed to have as many special rooms on a floor as you can. All that matters is the amount of time taken and the cleverness of the dungeon." She mused with a smile and gave the question asker a boop on the nose with her crystalline onyx finger.
Ask a human who knows about alchemical trees: Why do you guys need alchemical trees? What are they used for? There's a dungeon that recently got a Fae Garden special room that features this type of tree as the center of their court and as such is very large, what's your reaction to this knowledge?
A tired-looking human hauling a pack raises a brow, not an expert in the questions by any means but still having some answer. "W-well, Alchemical Oaks were the best way to get reagents for alchemy. An oak can produce any number of a wide variety of fluids simply by being grown in the right conditions. Imagine how easy it is as an alchemist to have an infinite source of quicksilver or bile at the drop of a hat. All of them were lost in the calamity a few years ago. But the idea that a dungeon has one of them means that we could save our kingdom. Alchemy was the cornerstone of our economy, and ever since we lost the Alchemical Orchards, life has been a lot harder. That's why I constantly have to take odd jobs." He struggles to explain as he continues marching on the dirt path.

Ask Glut: Being a demonic slime Born within a dungeon like Red’s what does it feel like to be a slime living in a dungeon compared to living outside a dungeon domain?
Glut reformed from the puddle he was relaxing as, looking around for the source of the question but finding nothing. Since he had nothing better to do, he sighed as he decided to answer the question. "I have never been a slime outside a dungeon, so I don't fully know. But from what Archimedes has told me over drinks, it's not as good. Slimes don't survive long enough to ascend to a new species in the wild. Not to mention that I get so many luxuries. Do you think some slime out in a field gets fruit, booze, and gambling? I have it all, and Red gets the benefit of the best slime demon ever in the world! It's a win-win."
Ask the Heavenly Beetle Janitor: What was being formed and becoming Sapient like? Do you have any intentions of creating a country out of your species?
Herc picks up a long strand of leech grass and puts it in his mandibles. Looking up at the sky with his beautiful blue orbs, he laces a thumb under each strap of his overalls. "Well, dere is somethin' to think about. Being formed ain't anything, don't remember being born just like everyone else in this vast world o' ours. When I was just a beetle, thinking was real simple. You know that state where-in you are just not aware during a task? That's what it's like before becoming a thinkin' fella. No thoughts, no worries, just lookin' for that dere next piece of grass to eat dontcha know? Then becoming a proper person, er, minion as I think Red dere said. I started to understand actions and reactions. How to best polish a floor or get rid of garbage. Became quite the scholar of the cleanliness arts if ya can believe it." He says before chewing down the piece of leech grass to ponder the next question. He looked over at Megara and thought for a long moment, watching as she was doing her work purifying more of the area around the dungeon. "If'n me and Meg do have our own young'ins runnin' around eventually, I wouldn't mind making our place in the world official. Don't exactly belong in the dungeon, so might as well make it to where we don't have to worry about some haughty king fella thinkin' he can boss us around. Not sure if'n I want Red to make more of us, but if he does then that's more hands to work the day away. Suppose it's all about waitin' and seein' at this point." The mandibles and facial plates of Herc's mouth move to show a genuine smile, seeming rather delighted by what the future could bring. A happy janitor, heading back over to the only other of his kind in the world.
Ask Red: While I know that you weren't able to get far with your past dungeons, did you unlock any themes or creatures in them? If you did, are there any that you'd like to incorporate into your current dungeon of you could?
Red closes his menu and sits down at one of the party tables in the garden room. "Well, while there were a few monsters that might have been useful in other situations I didn't grow attached to them. But... there was this time when I was a city dungeon, and I went for two creatures. One of the creatures that I got were pigeons, and they were really sweet. I don't know what it is but I think I would love to have some pigeons in my dungeon." He said with a sigh as he looked up at the Alchemical Oak, knowing they didn't have any normal birds.
"As for themes? Never. I never finished any of my first floors, and because of that there was never a chance for me to get a theme, even the random ones like what I got here."
Ask Red: Does interacting with a dungeon from within an avatar limit functionality?
"It does limit things quite a bit. When in my other iterations, I was able to perceive the entire dungeon all at once. I could combat problems, micromanage, and make sure everything went accordingly. Being stuck in an avatar means that I can only address things in the immediate vicinity. Dungeon creatures can summon me, but if something is going on that doesn't involve a guest or creature summoning me then there isn't a guarantee that I am going to notice." Red gives a slight shrug.
Ask Red: Does Red dream of crystals?
"I don't dream, unless something knocks me out in a particular way. I try and go into a kind of mental rest period, which I guess is a kind of meditation. But the one dream I have had in the month of this life I have experienced, it was of memories." Red shrugs, trying to be honest about his current rest schedule.
Ask Red: Did Red suck at open sandbox type games in his pre-dungeon life and only excel at games that were essentially on rails?
"Hey! I was not on rails. I will have you know that I played plenty of Dwarf Fortress, and a bit of Minecraft. Though to be fair the majority of my experience in video games is adventure games. Saving princesses, finding easter eggs, that sort of thing. Sandboxes are fun and all but I like a bit of a challenge that I don't have to manufacture myself."
Ask Red: Does the dungeon gain any abilities based on the archetypes of what it can spawn?
"Now this is a practical question! Yes, it does. I gained options with water features to turn them into slime after getting the slimes. I gained the ability to spawn chitin armor after getting five unique types of crustaceans. This isn't even getting into the fact that I have unique room themes pop up" Red is stopped by the unseen hand of the writer, the dungeon stopped from giving any spoilers that come in the next book.
Ask Red: Seeing as you are a reincarnated, was becoming a dungeon core the first choice you want to become if not, what was your original choice if you could become something else?
"I didn't have any choice. As much as that would have been nice, Death was very insistent. I either got to be a core or a deadman. However, if I had to choose a new life... Chef in another world! I would make all kinds of amazing dishes with magical ingredients and monster bits-What? That last part is already being done?"
Ask Red: Final question for Red what kind of dungeon are you wanting to become in the world you belong in -- for a example a cooperative dungeon for teaching young people how to be hunters or a belligerent dungeon who has no problem killing hunters but choose to be fair to them?
Red takes a deep breath, considering the question before shaking his head. "Neither. While it would be nice to teach people how to dungeon delve, that means my friends get killed on the regular. Same with being belligerent. I don't like killing people. I don't like my people getting killed even if they respawn. The world outside is already tough enough. I want to be somewhere safe. Where someone can come and have a cup of coffee and forget about their problems for a while. If they want to fight then I will give them the old heave-ho. But... I am not going to seek out combat one way or the other." Red insists firmly as he crosses his arms to show he was not going to change his mind about that.
