Hello everyone, I will be taking a small hiatus for September. I apologize for not writing a chapter last week saying I would be taking this hiatus. While I have no intention of giving up on Red and the adventures of him and his friends, I will be traveling a lot during September and that coupled with my college classes makes it impossible to focus on keeping to my update schedule. I am going to be taking the month off and attempting to build a backlog of episodes when I have the time to sit down and write between trips and studying. While I am sure that you’re saying if I can find the time to write and make some kind of backlog I can post it, there will be times when I have access to my phone’s Word document but not any kind of usable internet connection. I have also been dealing with a lot of mental stress because of starting up on college again and trying to keep my updates to the current schedule as well as making sure that I am not at all being late on my assignments. This is not because I am overworking myself or anything, my time management is awful and I am going to be trying to work on that as well. I am hoping that by the time October rolls around I will have the ability to post multiple chapters to Patreon and filter those out to Royal Road.

While I understand that many see the term Brief Hiatus and see it as the end times for any piece of fiction on the internet, I assure you that this is not the case for Red's Dungeon. I have put too much time into crafting the world and I would hate to lose out on the community that has gathered around to read my story. I write this not just for myself, but for the people who tune in every Sunday to make sure that they can see what's happening next. Red's Dungeon will not end until I am certain that the story has come to its natural conclusion. As of right now, that natural conclusion is years down the line far beyond what we are currently at. We have only completed the first book of many, and I want to make sure that you see what Red and his friends become by the end of it. So please, bear with me for these few weeks that I will be trying to get my ducks in a row, and as soon as I am back hopefully there will not be a break in posting for a long time to come afterwards.
