Anabel and Looker immediately felt like they got hit with a hammer, someone from Team Rocket got into a computer with valuable information, and it seemed like he was playing with them.
"Well from the look on your faces and the idea that you both look like you're about to go on a 5-minute monologue, I suppose I'll continue," Ash said.
"Wait just a Moment!" Anabel yelled as she slammed her hands on the table, "Just what do you want, why are you going out of your way to talk to us, and how do you know about me."
"Well if it makes you feel any better I don't know Looker's name," Ash responded, getting an eye twitch from the Lilac-haired girl.
"But to answer you, I suppose the best way to say it is that I'm not entirely on Team Rocket's side."
Looker walked up to the screen, "Does that mean you're working as an undercover agent for the Police?"
Ash gave an ominous chuckle, "No, I wouldn't say I'm 100% on your side either, I just don't like you less than I don't like Team Rocket."
"So then what do you want," Looker said looking down.
"Relax, I'm not here to steal information, as I already said if I wanted something I would have already taken it, no I propose a little deal."
"Why would we ever-" Anabel blurted out but was stopped when Looker put his hand in front of her indicating for her to stop.
"What kind of deal?"
"Simple really, I give you information, and I get something back, whether it be other information or...something else."
Anabel couldn't hold herself back and blurted out, "And you expect us to trust you, what reason could we possibly have to even believe a word you're saying!"
"Anabel, age 14, appeared a few years ago with amnesia, found unconscious on the beaches of Alola taken in by Looker and Nanu, a Fallers with minor psychic powers, did I get that right?"
Anabel and Looker immediately looked shocked, that information wasn't even available on the International Police's data, and yet this person knew everything.
"H-how do you know all of that?" Anabel asked shakingly.
"My dear Anabel, I know a lot more, I even know more about you, I must say your background is quite impressive, too bad you can't remember any of it, shame really," Ash said almost mockingly.
"Th-then tell me who I am!" Anabel yelled at the computer.
Looker also leaned forward, "What do you want for that information, tell us and we'll see if we can give it to you."
"And you expect me to trust you, what reason could I possibly have to even believe a word you're saying!" Ash mocked.
Anabel looked at the computer again, "Why… are you like this, you seem to have a gift and you use it for this,"
"I have no idea what you mean darling,"
"You are able to gather information, and you entered an encrypted computer, you could have helped the International Police to take down Team Rocket, and instead you use it for your own gain!"
Ash remained silent after Anabel said, ".... Tell me something, why does the International Police have authority?"
Looker and Anabel both looked confused but answered, "Because we do what's right to bring in evil people like you to justice."
"Justice, truly a fickle thing," Ash said, "Then tell me who decides this justice."
Looker and Anabe both seemed even more confused, "I guess those who want to do what is right."
"Wrong" Ash almost immediately said, "I'll ask you again, "What is 'evil'? What is justice? All those pretty words mean that I should go die because the majority wants me dead! This is absurd!."
"You say justice, what is defined as justice, is killing someone justice, what if you kill that person so they can't Kill 1000 others is that justice."
"Evil? What defines someone as Evil, is it what they do or what others call them, does someone become evil when they steal, what if you steal from someone even more Evil? What then?"
"I-I don't know," Anabel said, Looker remained quiet as he watched.
"The Police in general are just dogs to those in power, and your International Police is no exception."
"That's not true!" Anabel argued.
"It is, if you're rich or influential you can get away with a lot of things including murder but if you're some Average Joe the chances of you getting away with shoplifting is nonexistent. Even in our modernized society we still follow the law of the jungle, we aren't that much different from Pokemon, the stronger fist makes the rules and the rest obey."
The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement.
"So then tell me again, why should I believe in the International Police to do a Job that they have failed to do, do you think it is a coincidence that Team Rocket gets away with these things."
Anabel clenched her hands, "Then I just have to change it, I'll take down Team Rocket myself if I have to, in the end, Justice Will Prevail"
Ash chuckled, "Justice Will Prevail, You Say? But Of Course, It Will! Whoever Wins This War Becomes Justice!"
"But if you truly think you can change a system that has been in control far before you or I were ever born, well then, I wonder what sort of criteria you use to divide people into good and evil."
"I think you said your point," Looker stepped in, "As much as I don't like it, you're right everything has flaws, but is it up to us to try and fix it."
"Well does that mean~"
"Yes, I am willing to cooperate with you as long as you can help us." Looker sighed
"Fantastic, but I still don't completely trust you, so let's start with this. I'll give you the names of every undercover Team Rocket agent in your little Police force, whether you believe me or not is up to you."
"Alright, how will we get it, and what do you want for it?" Looker asked
"Don't worry your pretty little head, I already put a file on your computer, as for what I want, let's do information for information," Ash said
Looker looked down, "What do you want to know?"
From behind the screen, Ash smiled, "Simple really, I want you to give me everything you know about Team Galactic."

{in an unknown location}
Arlo was doing something on a computer, he had a bandage over his face covering the bases he got. Cliff was sitting on the table next to him eating a bag of chips loudly.
Arlo raised his glasses and looked over to the bigger man, "Do you mind I'm trying to work here."
Cliff gave an annoyed look at the teenager, "Oh I'm sorry, last time I checked you and Sierra put me on urd duty for a girl who has no Pokemon, is locked in a room, and refuses to even talk. I'm bored, what are you even doing anyway?"
"Well if you had any attention span above a goldfish, you would have remembered that I am working on something so we can take Moltres."
"And that is?" Cliff said.
Arlo dragged his hand across his face, "That 'mark' is a mark left by Moltres to the one that that glorified fire chicken chose, I think I have a way to take it but I need time to concentrate and actually finish."
Just then they heard a 3rd voice, "And as long as we can finish this the rest of them should be easy"
Looking at the direction of the voice it was Sierra walking in with a suitcase.
"Alright I finished my report to the boss, and he gave us some stuff to hopefully make our lives easier," Sierra said as she tossed the suitcase over to Arlo.
"Here you like these kinds of things, you can look at these."
When Arlo opened up the suitcase and inside were the three dark purple Pokeballs, and it didn't take a genius to tell these were different from regular Master Balls.
Arlo sighed and closed the case, "Did you forget I'm still working on this, how do you expect me to work on this as well."
"You're a smart kid, you'll figure it out," Sierra said, tapping his bandaged cheek and walking out of the room.

{In the league building}
Spark was laying on the couch looking sad and Blanche was looking at a computer, the room was noticeably sadder.
Spark looked over at Blanche, "Still no word on Candela?" to which he only received a head shake from Blanche.
Spark slouched back on the couch, "I miss Candela, why do you think she would leave without telling us."
Blanche didn't look away from the computer but answered, "I'm sure she had a good reason for keeping it a secret from us."
That didn't make Spark feel better so he just slouched further back onto the couch until they heard a tapping coming from the window.
Spark and Blanche both looked around for the source of the sound and eventually, they followed it to a screen door they had, standing there were a few Pokemon led by a Flareon.
Immediately Spark recognized this very Flareon, he went to a Knee and scratched the fox begging the fluff, "Hey this is Candela's Flareon!"
Flareon enjoyed the scratches until she batted his hand away and started speaking, "Fla-Flar- Flareon!"
"What's that, Candela is in danger!" Spark said, seemingly being able to understand the fox.
Flareon nodded and continued, "Flareon-Flar-Flar!"
"What's that, she was led to a trap and was captured by Team Rocket, that's terrible,"
Blanche also walked up and looked at the fox, "Tell us everything, if this is true we need to find Candela, Spark bring everyone inside."
Spark nodded and picked up the fox, also signaling for all the Pokemon to also come inside so they could talk.

{The next morning}
When everyone woke up the next morning they all begrudgingly got out of their room. Some more than others, but eventually they managed to get everyone to get out.
As Ash was waiting for the other three, Green walked up to him with her hands behind her back, "Sooooo, hey Ash could I borrow Abra for a bit?"
Ash raised his eyebrow, "And what for exactly?"
"Well you know I am falling behind you guys, Gary is probably already getting ready to challenge the gym and you already got yours, I'm just saying maybe you want to drop me off somewhere?"
Ash put his fingers to the bridge of his nose, "You know what fine, where do you want to go?"
"Saffron City would be good," Green immediately said.
Ash sighed and pulled out the fox from his bag by her scruff, "Just get her a cookie or something when you get there." And she plopped the fox in Green's arms.
"Thanks, you're the best!" Green said as she and Abra teleported out.
Ash sighed and mumbled, "It's too early for this."
As he sat down to wait Dratini went back into his sleeve and Pikachu used his hood as a hammock, meanwhile he was scrolling through the consequences of his actions.
On Pidgey although he wasn't trending anymore the discussion behind him was still going strong about what that Pokemon was, he sighed thankfully it seemed like it was dying down due to the whole controversy with Lance.
As he was scrolling through eventually Brock, Misty, and Yellow came out of their rooms, Ash didn't even look up from his dex, "So is there anything you guys wanna do or should we just go?"
"I don't think so, we're already restocked and I doubt that we will run into anything," Brock said.
Misty held her finger on her chin, "Well there is a town I would like to see on the way, but other than that I do wanna see that island you talked so much about."
Ash shrugged, "Alright, then let's go,"
As they left the Pokemon center, and the city, Ash's eyes drifted back over to the large Seviper Statue-like building, and from it, he saw the sight of a black-haired girl, who seemed to be starting over at Brock.
'I guess she is here, which makes sense but I guess her crush on Brock is still happening, though why did she get that crush, wasn't it just because of his eyes, I can't remember.' Ash thought.
Ash was kicked out of his thoughts by Brock tapping him on the shoulder, "Hey Ash you there, you looked like you were drifting off."
"Y-yeah I'm fine I was just thinking about how long everything should take, so I know how much time I have to train."
"Well if you're that worried we could always-" Brock started as he raised a certain Pokeball.
Immediately everyone simultaneously said "No! x3"
As Brock was sulking on the ground, Misty finally realized something, "Hey, Where's Psyduck?"
