Sooooo... it's been a while.
Let me explain what's happened with New World : Absolutely nothing, really. I mean, there's a few backlogged chapters, but I haven't written for at least a month, so I'm back with new ideas. I'll probably mark the back logged chapters in the Pre-Chapter note, but other than that, the only other change may be a bit with the writing style. I was running out of ideas by the time I was writing Chapter 2.10-11, so they're probably a bit weird. However, I'm back with new ideas. I'll post the next chapter on Wednesday this week at 11 AM for those in the Western US area or the equivalent.
Now, I should talk about what's been holding me from posting chapters for nearly a month (or more, I haven't checked yet). To begin with, I've had some family over at my home for a while now, so I have to make sure they know their place (But really, it's been a struggle with them. I love my family, but I've never imagined having to live with them for this length of time, so I'm getting used to it.) Also, I've been held up by the dreaded School. With essays, other things worth me cursing about, and (god forbid) SPANISH, I have been pretty busy trying to get ahead of my work, which I've mostly succeeded in, but, with my attention-span of a goldfish when it comes to school, I have had a lot of trouble with it.
Anyways, while I was gone, we've hit 27 THOUSAND Views. Wow. Just wow. Thank you all a lot. I really appreciate the comments from you guys. Speaking of comments, there was one comment that asked about something I completely forgot about and which is going to be quite important in the coming story, so I have to thank that person for it. It was in Chapter 24, I believe, and I will address the comment at the end of this*.

*The message I'm addressing mostly is just a bit of sarcasm, but brings up a pretty good point : Why exactly did Jason and Treia's relationship go from a clearly unromantic partnership to what it is now. To explain this, we must go back to when Treia became a Voidling through means still unknown (definitely not thinking of some excuse to justify the plot). As the good ol' Systie would probably put it, Because of the amount of similarities shared between Voidlings and Voidborn Abyssals, they are naturally attracted to one another for what seems like no reason whatsoever, no matter the relationship between them. For Voidlings, Voidborn Abyssals are seen as one of the most desirable partners due to their innate Mana mixture of Void and Abyss, which creates a stable Mana flow through them, a perfect catalyst for tri- or even quad-elemental Voidborns, two of which always being Void and Abyss. In other words, they are literally just made for one another and they are drawn together for literally no reason other than to have kids... I'm not gonna tell them that though. Yet.
