In order to get to Isamu I'm going to have to make my way past his kids. As much as I hate having to hurt them they won't leave me any other choice. Akari mentioned something about demonic aura so I should be careful.
Terios quickly opened up a portal from his side, entering his right hand into the shadow as he pulled out a single chokuto which he would then guide towards the crescent of energy that was approaching. In one smooth motion he raised the blade upward, slicing the energy in half and stopping the attack. So he thought.
Why do I even try to fight...? It's not going to end well for me.
"Akari, keep an eye out on them. They're probably well suited for tag team battles. Breaking them up would be our best bet of winning." Terios said as he gripped his blade and slammed it into the ground. "Shadow Spike!" He shouted as an array of tendrils rose up from the ground making its way towards the twin until it rose beneath them.
Jirou quickly stepped back along with his brother. The two of them moved simultaneously as if they could reach each others thoughts. Jirou stepped forward, reaching his hands out to grab onto the next set of rising shadows before he caused them to fade away.
What the hell was that? Is there a certain amount of time I can use that skill or did he somehow...
Akari hopped into the air and sprouted her wings, flying above them as she forged a cross out of light from her hands. The sign shined brightly before firing off a series of tiny needles which made its way towards the twins.
"That's very pretty, Akari! I wish I had wings!" Jiro said happily while holding out his left hand which formed a almost transparent gleam of white aura which engulfed his brother and him. The needles would bounce off of it and produce a clanking sound as if it was bouncing off of metal.
"No effect?" Akari said with a huff.
Terios charged in on foot, gripping his blade tightly as he thrusted it for them, the weapon colliding into the field which was protecting them. Once he felt that it was some sort of barrier, he added more force, pressing the blade which caused the barrier some stress.
"Nice try, Terios. You won't break this barrier that easily. I do feel like I'm cheating so I'll make it a bit more fair!" Jiro said cheerfully while causing the barrier to expand, smashing violently against Terios, sending him flying back onto the decayed grass.
"Gaggh! They're more trouble than I gave them credit for." Terios said while slowly picking himself up.
"You shouldn't underestimate us because we're children." Jirou said before he placed his index finger on the center of his forehead. His eyes slowly closed and he remained motionless. The gesture was certainly odd for a battle tactic, but it kept Terios and Akari at a distance. Catching Terios off guard, Jirou appeared behind him though his body was still with his twin. His arms moved to wrap around his target...
I can sense him behind me. Strange.
With his ability to sense auras he managed to turn the tables on Jirou, he faced him before those arms could get ahold. Bringing his blade he stabbed it into the foot of Jirou, impaling him to the ground which caused tears to form , but not quite dropping.
"H-how did you...?" Jirou said as if he was going to cry from the pain. Terios glanced back and saw that the Jirou over with his brother was crumbling into dust.
"You aren't the only one with tricks. Now stay put." Terios left the blade attached to his foot, he assumed it'd be too painful to extract it. Sample of blood was already starting to pour out from the foot.
Jirou wasn't too thrilled with how he was being talked to. Terios turned his focus onto Jiro who was as calm as ever. It was as if this was just another day for him which was truly frightening.
"That wasn't nice. If you won't play fair then we won't either." Jiro said with a smile and raised his left arm up. Before he could prepare to do what he had planned, Akari was swooping down for him. Taking one for the team he generated a white aura while firing a white beam from his palm.
Akari managed to latch onto him, taking him off into the air while his beam traveled in Terios' direction. Soaring through the sky, Akari kept a tight hold on Jiro who didn't seem to resist.
Seeing the beam rush toward him, Terios glanced back at Jirou, he didn't have much time so he jumped to the side. The beam instead rammed into the twin, surging him with the white aura from his brother. It was all apart of their plan to do things like this. Now Jirou used his brother's power to raise the blade from his foot and once freed the wound quickly healed.
"You see, Jiro's more of a support kind of fighter. He leaves all of the heavy hitting to me. I see you're no pushover." Jirou said while he threw the blade onto the ground.
Standing firm, Jirou tilted his head to watch as his twin was still dealing with Akari. He sighed softly before his ominous aura covered his hand which he lowered to the ground causing a pulse to spread through the area.
I can't let that hit me. Who knows what it'll do.

Terios leapt into the air to avoid it, but unfortunately that was what his foe had intended. Jirou leapt forward, breaking the distance between them as he clenched a fist and sent if forward. It wouldn't matter how it hit as long as it made contact then this would be his match.
Terios opened a palm and easily caught the fist, however, he was filled with Jirou's negative energy which surged through him. The energy was almost toxic as it flooded him with thoughts.
It's hopeless. I can't win. I feel so weak.
The two slowly fell onto the ground, Terios falling on his back while Jirou stood tall. Walking over to the downed man, Jirou mounted him, placing his hands around Terios' throat and with each passing second he'd tighten the hold.
"I'm not mad because you want to kill Isamu. I'm mad that you didn't do it sooner. You waited until things reached their breaking point. You waited until it involved you to do something about it." Jirou said with bitterness while he continued to transfer his energy.
Why... why don't I want to fight back... somehow he's making me feel lethargic. If I don't get him off soon... I won't be able to...
Terios gripped at Jirou's arm with what strength that he was able to manage but it still wasn't enough. Jirou's grip was firmly locked in place.
Akari who had Jiro locked within her grip was getting worried for her brother. That aura Jirou was releasing severely negative. It felt like a person who felt helpless in the world and he was now sharing that feeling with Terios.
Sensing the moment of surprise from Akari, Jiro unleashed another barrier which forced her back and caused him to drop onto the ground roughly. "Oww. That hurt way more then I thought. Haha."
Akari flipped in the air before catching her balance and flapping her wings faster to steady herself. "This kid's starting to get annoying."
Terios' eyes closed as he felt weary with all of the energy Jirou was forcing him to absorb. Not only that, but he felt sad that such a young person felt this way.
Give in. Give in. Just give in. You won't be able to win.
These weren't Terios' thoughts it was how Jirou thought about his situation. There was no way that after coming this far and doing all of that training that he would just give in now. His hands which were wrapped around Jirou's tightened as he slowly broke the boy's grip from his throat.
"Jirou.'
Hearing his voice suddenly caused him to panic as he stared at Terios.
"I should have done this sooner. This should have been done a long time ago before it got to this point. I can't fix the past, but changing the future is something that we can all do. Sometimes I feel just like how you do. Completely helpless in this world." Terios forced his body up causing more shock to Jirou who stood there frozen.
"You shouldn't be able to move... you should be broken... there's no way you can resist this power."
"If you give in now, Jirou. Then you'll never know if things will get better." Terios said before closing his eyes and began generating an aura of his own, giving off a shade of twilight blue which transferred over to Jirou.
"W-what is..." Jirou became speechless after saying this, biting his lip as he fell onto his butt. A few streams of tears ran down his cheek as he simply uttered: "I hate you." After this his strange landscape was broken which gave off the sound of glass shattering.
Jiro looked surprised by this and hurried over to his brother. "Jirou. Why did you break the domain?"
"We're not going to continue this fight, Jiro. I'm tired of taking orders from dad. If Terios stays true to his words then we won't have to fight anymore."
"Ooooh, ok!" Jiro turned to face Terios. "You think you can do it?"
"I'll try." Terios said before turning to Akari who landed next to him.
"Are you ok, Teri-kun?"
"I'm fine. Can you watch the boys for me? I'm going to finish this."
"Be careful..."
"I can't promise that." He said while moving to pick up his blade.
Terios began walking towards the Emata's estate, entering the front door until he made it to the living room. Sitting on a leather couch was none other then Isamu who was sipping tea from a tea cup.
"So you really did come?"
"Yeah."
"Azazel said I'd lose to you. Even with the power of Belial."
"Belial?"
"The true ruler of this world. The Devil himself! I possess power that rivals even that of gods!"
"…"
"Be very afraid boy. You're messing with a spawn of Satan. Hahaha!"
"It doesn't matter what you call yourself. I'm still going to end up killing you." Terios pointed his chokuto at him letting him know of his resolve.
Isamu remained silent and simply smiled before resting his tea cup onto the table. From outside, Akari stared on at the building, fearing for her brother's safety until all of a sudden a loud explosion was heard and felt. Strong gusts of winds blew around the area, strong enough where it actually pushed the three back. Akari screamed from how sudden it was and watched as the Isamu estate was completely demolished as if a bulldozer had crashed through it. When everything settled she whispered to herself. "Please be ok."
