The party heads to the gymnasium and opens the door, it’s relatively small and dimly lit inside. It has a oldish feel even though it’s has a newish smell. They can see Hisano preparing the uniforms on a nearby table. They scan the rest of the gym and are surprised to see another group huddled up nearby, excitedly watching the uniforms being placed.
Yuudai is the first to speak. “Huh, I wonder what the Drama Club is doing here?” He awkwardly waves at them, with a weak “Hey!”
One of the girls sees this and indignantly turns to her clubmates. “Aren’t those the guys that stole our props? What the fuck are THOSE losers doing here? I thought this Baseball asshole said we were his last option!” Hisano continues preparing the uniforms, pretending to not have noticed what was said.
Yuuri, hearing this, steps forward, trying to diffuse the situation before it starts. “H-hey, we were told the same thing, actually. Let’s all just… just calm down and relax!”
Kirika squeaks up, “Maybe they asked a bunch of groups because they didn’t expect any to show up! It's like this one... young adult fiction novel I read once...” She trails off and begins to blush.
Mayumi sniffs the air comically. “Hmm…I smell a setup…somewhere over there.” She thumbs at the short, brown haired girl. “Someone tell me, who’s this bitch?”
Cerys shrugs. “Some Drama dork, I guess.”
Yuuri turns to Cerys. “N-now hold on Alcott!” She turns back. “Asuka, we can clear this up peacefully, right?”
The girl balls her fists and twists her face in anger. “Who the fuck you calling a bitch you skank?” She begins to make her way to Mayumi before being grabbed by two of her clubmates. “I bet no other club would let you in because they thought you’d rob the SHIT out of them!” She spits at Mayumi. “Shit, do you even HAVE friends?”
Yuuri starts to giggle, half out of nervousness and half at how ridiculous this girl sounds. Saito rolls his eyes and folds his arms. “Oh man, here we go. Now I see why they call you guys the Drama club.”
Mayumi walks up to the restrained girl, rummaging for something in her own cleavage. “I got some pills for your PMS.” She pulls her hand from between her breasts but instead of holding a pill bottle she flips off the girl. “I’d let ya have ‘em but it’d probably kill ya.”
Kirika steps in between the bickering girls and yells, “S-S-SENPAIS! Please… Stop the hate! It won’t help anyone if we hurt each other! A-And... We can all work together so the team can do their best!”
“Nevermind that shit, brat,” Mayumi says as she rolls her shoulders. "Drama bitch started shit, I'm fixin' to finish it. If she wants some, she can come fuckin' get some."
Yuuri moves to stop Mayumi. “Now hold on everyone!” She turns her head to also look at the Drama Club President. “How about we let Hisano clear things up before we resort to any unnecessary violence!” Yuuri is able to ask one of the Drama Club members holding her friend back, “Can you tell me what Hisano-san had told your club exactly?”
“Yep! So basically, he needed cheerleaders because the big scary other team will kick our butts if they have no support.” The girl that answers Yuuri is smiling even in the situation she’s in. She seems just happy and excited to be there. “He told us we were his last option and told us to wait here, so we did!” She extends her free hand to Yuuri, “I’m Aikawa by the way. The yelly one is Ame.”
Yuuri shakes the girl’s hand. “I’m Yuuri Sayamura, and I’m the vice-president of this club.” Yuuri then goes into a thinking pose. “So he told you the exact same thing, huh…”
Ame goes to yell something back to the Paranormies, but is cut off when Hisano coughs to get everyone’s attention. He tilts his head to see around the overly tall stack of uniforms he’s laid out on the table, “Hey, everyone, the uniforms are-” When he sees the anger in the eyes of the girls around him, he freezes.
Yuuri is the first to speak up, calling him out, “Hey, Hisano! You have some explaining to do!”
Cerys steps in front of Yuuri. “If they’re joining in, we’re not going to go along with this bullshit.”
Hisano nervously pulls the collar of his shirt. “H-hey everyone! Y-You see, uh, I didn’t mean to trick you guys at a-”
Mayumi cuts him off by getting in his face. “No. Just tell us why we have to work with these drama queens.”
Ame steps right next to Mayumi, cracking her knuckles. “You ever gotten your ass kicked by a girl?”

“W-w-wait, you two! We actually need two teams of cheerleaders!” Hisano says while shaking. “Not only will the baseball game be going on, but both sets of cheerleaders have their own competition! How does that sound, huh? Winning the cheerleading competition, ha ha...”
Kirika reassuringly pats him on his shoulder. “It’s okay Hisano-senpai, we’ll do our best!”
Saito impatiently taps his foot. “Called it. I could tell there’d be something fishy. You don’t just come up with a hundred excuses and then play it legit.”
Raidou scratches his head. “Wait, what? Howzat work? Like, one team cheers for the baseballers and the other...fights another team o' cheerleaders?”
Kirika walks over to the uniforms and picks one up, looking it over. “How can we give our all for the school if we're divided like this?”
Hisano spins towards Kirika. “Excellent question! You’ll both give your all. Since both sets are competing with each other, they have to generate more and more hype, instead of just the usual amount of hype.” He puffs out his chest. “Competition is healthy after all!”
Saito chuckles. “Not with these clubs, it’s not.”
Kirika looks slightly dismayed. “I don’t want to compete! I just want to give it my all cheering!” She throws her hands in the air. “We need less hate and more love!” She does some cheer poses. “School pride!”
Yuuri ignores the prancing elf girl. “So, we have to challenge the other cheer squad in terms of exciting the crowd? And I suppose the winner would be left alone by the baseball club for the whole year?”
Hisano nods his head. “That part I did not lie about.”
Yuudai interjects. “Cheerleading is fine and all, but... a competition? I don't understand, won’t that distract the audience from the game itself?”
Saito chimes in. “Probably will make a distraction from them playing like shit, if ya catch my drift.”
Yuudai does a fist pump. “Well, we just need to win and that’s that, right?”
Cerys resists the urge to wap him on the back of the head, simply saying, “Oh shut up Yuudai. You’re not even going to be part of this baseball game, like usual.”
Yuudai lets his body sag, his enthusiasm deflated. “That’s what I meant by ‘we’. You didn’t have to be a jerk about it.”
Raidou raises his hand. “Yo, question. Who are we even’ playin’? It’s gotta be somebody big if we’re gonna be jumpin’ through all these fuckin’ hoops.”
Katsuki asks, “Isn’t it just some crap team? I heard they haven't won anything big in a decade.”
Akina scoffs. “If the baseball team needs support against such a weak team, then they have no chance against us whatsoever. So why are we even doing this?”
Hisano turns back to the entire group. “We’ll still need you guys.” He then launches into a long, boring, but necessary monologue about how hype and friendship overcomes all adversity.
His speech manages to get everyone to calm down since he just put them to sleep. The only people left awake are Yuudai and Raidou, who’re clapping and tearing up. Yuudai can only say, “Good speech, man, good speech.”
Raidou nods in agreement, a single tear rolling down his cheek. “That...that was fucking beautiful, man.” He slams a fist into his chest. “That part with the pride of a man, hit me hard.”
The clapping begins to wake everyone up, the first to wake up is the only non Japanese person in the room. Cerys then gives him a scowl. “That was stupid and I’m upset that you wasted my time telling me that.”
Akina stands up and punches her fist into her palm. “I should beat you up for that speech alone.”
Katsuki says, “I liked the speech, but the delivery was…weak.” She sighs, and looks back up at Hisano. “So, just to be safe, we NEVER EVER EVER have to do this shit again after we do it this one time?”
Yuuri adds in, “And you won't bother us if we beat the Drama Club, correct?”
Hisano twitches in place, and says, “Yes and yes. Also I may have left this out but the game starts in 5 minutes.” He puts on a baseball cap as he begins to run out the door. “SORRY! GOTTA GO!!!” They almost snap their necks watching him run out the door, staring at it for a moment before turning their heads back to the table holding the uniforms.
Kirika breaks the silence by looking at Yuuri and saying “I sure hope our outfits are comfortable, at least.”
Cerys looks over at Kirika. “Of course they won’t be. They look terrible and they’ll feel terrible. Plus we’ll look like skanks.”
Mayumi looks between the all the girls in the room. “So, it’s agreed that we stomp the SHIT out of Hisano after this, right?”
Akina adds “I could do it alone, just beat him up and throw him off the rooftop.”
Cerys replies with, “Alright, that’s cool that you’d just admit to doing a murder like that. I don’t know what’s more surprising, that we’re still doing this, or that you said that.”
Kirika tries to calm everyone down, waving her arms and saying “No fighting, senpais! We need to show our school spirit!”
Raidou is more shocked and angry than the girls. “The fuck!? FIVE minutes? Who starts a goddamn baseball match this early, at fucken-” He pauses to check his watch, then plainly says “...3 PM.”
Yuuri shoots up, “We don’t have much time, then!” She moves to the boys in the room and begins pushing them towards the door. “Shoo, shoo, get out of here! We need to change, perverts!” As she’s pushing them, Mayumi begins to undress, not caring who’s seeing her. Yuuri notices this and begins to push the boys faster, losing her cute tone. “C’mon! Get out! Faster!”
The boys turn around to protest but see Mayumi unhooking her bra, the door closing in their faces just before it falls off her chest. They all stare at the door, upset at how close they came to seeing a wonderful sight. Raidou’s the first to speak up, yelling “AW THIS IS HORSESHIT!” and kicking the locked door.
As the boys stew in their disappointment, the girls change and prepare to take the field, ready to cheer their way to a year-long peace treaty with the baseball club.
