......Boring but I love these idiots.
Never have I thought I would be back to the place where I had the best and worst days of my life , the UAE, the place where I spent my childhood and schooling days till college.
Being a psychiatrist and having friends who are working makes it hard to meet up ,but finally today is the day when all our schedules align. I wonder when the next time will be.
Ah..I should feel excited now but I feel nothing. Well it's always been like that, no changing that.
It's been 1 hour since I been waiting for these idiots I call my friends. I was even late by 20 minutes but these guys still haven't showed up. Hmm well I guess these guys were never punctual to begin with.
My mind keeps wandering to the past...
Since I arrived here I have been reminiscing about myself and my memories here, reminds me of when I was adamant on being a psychiatrist since 13 and here I am, 27 a psychiatrist who specializes in psychotherapy, and deals with adults and their mental illness. I Went against my parents to get here in life. It may sound depressing ,but I know I am happy doing this.

Oh I see my friends ,they all came together it seems, earlier than I expected actually. A small smile perks up my face. I guess I can't contain my smile seeing these idiots, they haven't changed a bit from the looks of it.
I think today is going to be a good day.
The day was full of talking and more talking quite uneventful but fun. I have been in contact with my best friend Deva but I had little contact with the other three. As we continue our talks the major discussion topic among us was work and how stressful it is.
Deva became an anesthesia technician and works in a day surgery clinic, Mahin is doing residency to become a pediatrician, Safa became a lab assistant for a college in UK and Maria became an architect at her father's company in UAE. I work in Singapore at a private clinic. I have a side job that I do as a hobby but I am going to keep quiet about it for now. Deva knows the side job though.
We arrived near our old school area and Mahin seems to have finished her complains of her workplace at last. It looks like that's the end of our reunion.
Or so that's what I thought until I felt myself losing consciousness, after feeling something like a mosquito poke my arm.
The last thing I hear is Deva calling my name in panic....
