Sally texted her mom that she had arrived at her "friend's" house. She walked about a mile before she found a marker for Cedar Sink. She made her way down to the pool of water.
Sally sat down her pack and checked it one more time. She had a change of clothes and some essentials, including a camera, a journal, a sketchpad, and pencils.
