You are Darby, a patient living in Chicago. You have a hospital bracelet and a pack of bandages. You wake up in an old rundown hospital with no memory of how you got there. You take a look around the room and see that you are in no danger, but are unlikely to leave on your own. You also notice the door is locked, and will not open.
You read your hospital bracelet and on the top it reads "D. Anderson, M.D." and at the bottom it reads "Mental Ward".
A noise gets you to turn around and you see a man in some sort of gas mask, leading a small group of people down the hallway.
You hide next to a chair near you and they take a peek in your direction but continue down the hallway.

You are stuck in the mental ward, a completely dark room with no windows. Only some beds, a few chairs, and posters on the walls.
You throw and smack chairs against the door but no real damage is done. The chairs are made of a cheap plastic it seems.
The masked man and his group are done with whatever they were doing and leave the room at the end of the hallway.
Out of nowhere the door opens and a nurse appears asking if you've taken your medicine and if you are okay.
You frantically ask her what's going on and why you're here, but she doesn't respond.
She reveals her name as Lucy and puts her hand in her pocket then lunges at you.
With a quick dodge you push her away and fling yourself at the door hoping to escape.
She says that you and everyone else is sick and need to be put under to heal, but you want no part in whatever she is doing.
You aren't sick you are perfectly sane, and you need to escape and go home.
The masked men enter the room and you are surrounded.
You are pinned down and a needle is thrust into your neck.
