Chapter 32 - Getting to know some mutants

"So, what do you think? Do we accept his proposal or not?"

Sara asked as she watched the activity on the street through the window. It hadn't been much time since both men left the apartment, probably not even two minutes, but as soon as they left, Sara quickly sought Prime's opinion on the matter.

(Sorry for not being able to respond in time. To be honest, this is a tough question. Although it's a good deal, I also don't know if we should accept. Considering the benefits, we would have some time to plan, and you could also figure out what your mutant power is)

Upon hearing this, Sara quickly remembered a question she wanted to ask Prime from the moment he mentioned that he already knew about her being a mutant.

"Setting aside the fact that you didn't tell me I was a mutant, can't you figure out what my mutant power is? Aren't you usually good at these things?"

Upon hearing this, Prime let out a brief sigh before crafting a response for Sara.

(Really, what the hell do you think I am? Although I really wanted to help you with this, it would probably take a long time. To be honest, since I found out you're a mutant, I've been trying to figure out what power is in you. But mutant cells don't look like normal cells. If I had to explain, it's like I'm looking at an egg, but without knowing what's inside)

Although Prime's analogy was a bit peculiar, Sara still managed to understand what he meant. In fact, even Sara had to admit it was a good comparison.

(Also, the fact that he mentioned that young mutants are trained must mean they have a training room or something. That would be a good way to enhance our powers. Anyway, in the end, I think we should consider this together. What do you think, want to go or not?)

Upon hearing Prime's words, Sara seriously pondered the issue. Although there were some drawbacks, like temporarily losing their freedom, the advantages significantly outweighed the cons.

With these thoughts, the day unfolded. Prime and Sara spent practically the entire day discussing the matter and thinking together about what they desired. Eventually, they reached a conclusion that satisfied both. In the end, what they both aimed for was practically the same, so it wasn't difficult to achieve this result.

And so, the next morning, Sara and Prime patiently waited for the visit of the two men. While this did not happen, Sara prepared breakfast. After finishing preparing the coffee, she took the toast and sat at the table.

I think it goes without saying that Sara eats twice as much as anyone would, as at the same time she is eating, Sara is also eating for Prime. After finishing breakfast, Sara began to wash the dishes, and it was at that moment that the doorbell rang.

(It's them. Also, it looks like they brought company)

Upon hearing these words, Sara raised an eyebrow and slowly made her way to the door. Turning the knob, she opened the door and, to her non-surprise, found the wheelchair-bound man and the wild-looking man.

"Pleasure to see you again, my dear. May we come in?"

Upon hearing these words, Sara raised an eyebrow before directing her gaze to the new guests, specifically two men and two women, all appearing to be the same age as Sara.

"Of course, make yourselves at home"

Uttering these words, Sara turned and headed for the kitchen. There, she grabbed several cups and arranged them on the counter. Next, she filled them with coffee and, using a tray, carried them to the people awaiting in the living room. With everyone settled, the man in the wheelchair resumed the conversation.

"Firstly, I'd like to introduce them. These are some of our students. I thought it would be a good idea to bring them since they're all the same age"

Upon hearing these words, Sara simply nodded. Soon after, a man wearing red glasses approached her, extending his hand.

"Pleasure to meet you. I'm Scott Summers, but you can just call me Scott"

Observing this, Sara accepted the handshake, as it was nothing out of the ordinary. Sara's initial impression of Scott was that he seemed relatively serious.

Following that, a girl with red hair and green eyes approached, displaying a smile on her face. She also extended her hand to greet Sara.

"Hello, my name is Jean Grey, but you can call me Jean. As my friends do, I hope we can become friends"

Sara's first impression of Jean was that she seemed extremely kind and friendly. Additionally, considering her exceptionally beautiful appearance, Sara certainly imagined that she was quite popular.

Setting aside that thought, Sara also accepted Jean's handshake, resulting in a wide smile on her face. The next to introduce herself was also a girl, with brown hair and brown eyes, possessing notable beauty as well.

"Pleasure, my name is Kitty Pryde. I hope we can get along in the future"

Nodding her head, Sara also accepted Kitty's handshake. After that, only one more introduction was left, but upon reflection, Sara noticed that since she arrived in the room, the last boy had disappeared.

"Kurt, what are you doing? You're the last one"

Scott said into the air. Shortly after, a noise echoed in the room, and Kurt suddenly appeared with a bag of potato chips in hand.

"Sorry for the delay. Thought I had time to grab some snacks"

Sara observed the scene with surprise. Although it was the first time she was seeing a mutant, what truly astonished her was witnessing teleportation firsthand.
