IV. My haven, no goodbyes.
It's closing time of the nightclub Ara was working with.
There was a paper laying on manager’s desk with a “resignation” indicated and a stamp of approval.
The after-party within the employees went with a blast, it was like a children’s party, but with liquor. Everybody was happy. It had been a tradition for resigning employees to have a party set for their farewell.
After the party, Ara entered the manager’s room. Manager was looking at the scenery outside of the window. The building was at the corner of the block so you will have a good view of the city lights, only just from the manager’s room. He’s holding a mug of beer, quite different from what everyone had been drinking.

“Finally leaving your nest, huh? Cocky little girl.”
“I have no regrets, Ara’s now living happily.”
“Hmp~ you finally found peace. I see. Then I guess I have no more to teach you.”
Ara approached him slowly.
“Should I forget?”
“That’s for you to decide.”
Ara stopped in front of him. Tears are flowing from her eyes: Acceptance.
Manager hugged her tightly, and comforted a sad little cute girl in front of her. “There, there sweety pie”
Ara was sobbing. Sobbing turned into crying. Crying turned into screaming.
“UWAAAAAAAA!! I DON’T WANT TO LEAVE. I LOVE YOU POPS, I LOVE EVERYONE HERE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE SIBLINGS. I TREATED THEM LIKE MINE. THERE’S NO WAY I COULD FORGET. THERE'S NO WAY I COULD FORGET A SECOND FAMILY!! UWAAAAAAAH!!”
Manager, as her second father, just stood there patting her head. “It’s okay, take all your time crying, you’re a full-pledged butterfly now aint ya?”
“HUWAAAA!!!”
