Seeing that it was actually his own house, Lorien was immediately on high alert
He scanned around with his eyes, trying to gather any information possible
The night was also a moonless one, similar to what he saw in the earlier scenes at the Demon Slayer HQ
Then, just as he was scanning the place
An abrupt change occurred again as the scenes around him changed
Right now, he found himself in the backyard near the Dream Tree
Looking around, he quickly discovered signs of battle all around
The wall that separated the backyard and the street outside was broken...again
Grass, different plants, and flowers were uprooted
There were also big pits everywhere, probably caused by high-speed impacts
The only thing that stood unphased was the nearby Dream Tree
Looking at all of this Lorien had the urge to cry
'My beautiful garden....'
But then, the sound of weapons clashing in the distance attracted his attention
Looking toward the origin of the noise, Lorien found the culprits who caused all this damage
And to his surprise, he wasnt one of them
It was actually Saigai who was battling Upper Moon 2
As for 'Lorien' himself, he just sat there in the distance observing the battle
He was laying on the backyard porch, back against the wooden pillar, and hands crossed behind his head
Looking at his 'Future Self', Lorien shook his head, decided to ignore him and watch the battle
But before he could, the scenes shifted again
This time it apparently just threw him to the end of the battle
Looking at where the battle transpired, Lorien could see Saigai standing there with a sword in her hands
The sword was blood-colored with dark runes imprinted on the blade
There was also this eerie, and unsettling Scarlet Aura around it
And in front of her, there was a heap of chopped-up meat
Examining it closely, one could see strands of golden-colored hair mixed with the meat

Blood was still dripping down and then merging together into the huge pool of blood under it
There was also this broken gold-colored fan nearby
Looking at this, Lorien didnt have to think much to guess 'who' this was
Or at least used to be...
'I Guess all that training wasnt for nothing ehh'
Then, just as Lorien was being smug, his vision was suddenly invaded by complete darkness effectively ending his Dream Journey

*Gasp*
Waking up, Lorien nearly jumped up from the bed gasping for breath
*Hufff*
*Hufff*
*Hufff*
This Immediately woke up Saigai who was next to him as she asked with a worried look on her face
"Are you okay?"
Slowly calming down Lorien nodded slightly and responded
"Yeah, Just a nightmare...Go back to sleep"
Hearing this she looked at him for a couple more moments, and only after making sure he was okay did she finally lay down again
Seeing this Lorien closed his eye recalling what just happened
'That's one way to end it I guess...'
The way he 'exited' the Clairvoyant Dream didnt feel good at all
The sudden embrace of darkness which lasted for a while caused him to feel as if he was drowning
He really didnt like this feeling
Calming down for a couple more moments, he turned his attention to what he had just seen in the dream
And from what he could tell, Muzan was about to take revenge on the demon slayer corps, and it seems that even Lorien himself was on the 'kill list'
Thinking of this, he got out of the bed, walked out of the bedroom and towards the living room
He then sat at the table, made some paper and ink using his power, and then started writing a letter
This letter was to be sent to the Demon Slayer HQ
It didnt contain much, just some information about the attack and some speculations
Now that there is a deal between Lorien and the Ubuyashiki Family, he doesn't want to see them dead
If that were to happen a lot of Lorien's plans will have to change
So now, he has to make sure that they will survive
Thinking of this, Lorien became irritated as a cold look appeared on his face
'I wanted to keep you alive for a while longer, I didn't think you wanted to die so badly, if so, then so be it'
The reason Lorien kept Muzan alive for so long was for a couple of reasons
The first is Nezuko, he didn't know if by killing Muzan now, will it affect her or not
After all, Lorien still needed to extract the ability and immortality 'seeds' from her
And the Second reason is that Muzan is hiding very well, and finding him will take a lot of effort
But now that he became so bothersome, and he knows where he'll be in the near future
Lorien decided to kill all the attacking demons and imprison Muzan
That is at least until Nezuko's 'Healing' is completed, following that he'll just 'terminate' him
Determining this, Lorien added a couple more phrases to the letter stating his willingness to prepare a trap for Muzan and that he'll personally be there
Following that he closed the letter and put it in an envelope, then he headed towards the nearby base of the demon slayer corps
It is actually just a small store similar to the one present in the Entertainment District
It is there just for resonance and information-gathering purposes
He got to know of its existence while talking to Shinobu a while ago
Getting out of the house, it didn't take him long to reach it
It is a very small store with the word 'Wisteria' written in front
After entering it, he spoke to the guys inside am made sure they sent it as quickly as possible
Finishing this, Lorien walked back to his home at a leisurely pace
Looking up, he watched the upper rim of the sun peaking slowly from the horizon, dying the sky red
Even with that Dream waking him up a bit early, it seems that he still slept almost the whole night
Watching the sunrise, he slowed down his footsteps which caused him to take a while longer to reach the estate
And when he did, he immediately went toward the backyard, which is his favorite spot
But when he reached it, he felt surprised
He found Nezuko sitting there on the porch, hidden from the slowly rising sun, looking at the light originating from it hesitantly
It seems that she's been here for a long time
Seeing this, Lorien changed his direction and walked slowly toward her
