Jason opened his eyes. He was inside a bubble in the astral. Looking out, he could see something out there.

"Hello Asano. You've been busy." said the voice.

"Who are you?" Jason replied.

"I think you know. You already know Shade, one of my many shadows," The Reaper answered.

"The Reaper. Fine then, why am I here? Don't you have souls to collect and judge?" questioned Jason.

The Reaper laughed.

"No, I do not. I came here to inform you that you have drawn the attention of another powerful being. The Scarlet King. You killed his children, and he will not rest, until you are with me too. I can only hold him off for so long. I can allow you some time in Pallimustus, but I will summon a portal and you must enter it. It will take you to a place where you can gain enough power to stop him. Do not resummon Shade as he cannot come with you. Colin and Gordon should be able to though. I must go now. I will see you when you leave. Good luck," said The Reaper, teleporting him back home.

Jason wasn't sure what was going to happen, or where he was going, but he hoped it had good sandwich ingredients.
