Moments before Christopher and Pixie parted ways.
The beautiful little Pixie gave Christopher a tender kiss on the cheek after he pointed out to her that there was no need, in the least, to ask permission to do something she wanted. Making it more than clear that he is not her owner or anything remotely like that.
Now, located several meters above the buildings, Pixie flew over the bustling city. She looked around in amazement because for the first time she saw what the houses of other races were like, in this case the human race. Now she could look at them and appreciate them more closely.
Although it's not that she was that interested in walking all over the place, all because Christopher wasn't around, otherwise the little creature would have done everything possible to make him take her to all the places that interested her.
The little spirits, adored by the Hope family, surrounded her as if they were protecting her. Flying very close to the little girl, escorting her towards the beautiful park area. More precisely, to the imposing magic tree.
From above, the park can be perceived as a mini forest, which was composed of colorful trees as well as colorful vegetation. A wide range of colors was distributed among the different tree species.
Flying, Pixie looked up at the top of some trees and saw what appeared to be a hawk chasing a group of spirits.
The falcon wanted to eat them, but he was unable to catch the little ones. In fact, they seemed to be having fun doing it. Sneaking between the leaves before the falcon could catch them.
He looked out into the clearings and saw several species of animals running and grazing there. They looked very calm, as if not a single predator inhabited the place.
They reached the area of the big tree, the trunk thicker and healthier than ever, giving off a strong magical feeling that captivated Pixie. The giant roots could be used as benches or as a play area for children who did just that. A group of about five children were playing hide and seek.
Pixie smiled, apparently having been reminded of her home that she had recently left to come with Christopher.
The spirits seemed to want to tell her something as they pointed upwards. But something else completely caught the attention of the beautiful magical creature. She felt the presence of a magical creature and it was not Dry's. It was coming from a certain area of the stream, more precisely where a small cave can be seen.
It flew over the area, staying a few meters above the place.
-Are you a new resident of this small forest?- she could hear a call coming from the waters directed towards her. The water began to rise and take shape until it became a beautiful magical creature, Nidya, a Naiad.
Pixie smiled sweetly as she saw a being that looked like her, another magical creature and a very beautiful one at that.
Nidya extended her hand towards her, inviting her to come closer. Pixie understood that the beautiful creature would not do her the slightest harm, the aura that Nidya transmitted made her understand that. That was why she went to her without hesitation, always being escorted by the spirits.
It landed on Nidya's outstretched hand, who then pulled it closer to her. Then, all the spirits escorting her began to flutter around Nidya, liking the magical feeling she gave off. The little ones looked very pleased.
-What are you guys doing here?- he asks the spirits. -Does Valentina know that you have come to visit me-.
The spirits seemed to be communicating with Nidya, apparently she could understand them because she smilingly observed every little detail and movement they made.
Nidya nodded - then her "mom" gave them permission to play here as long as they took care of themselves and came back before nightfall - the little ones nodded while Nidya smiled gracefully - Valentina - she mentioned between laughs - how the heck did you make these charming spirits see you as their mother? -
A distinctive ringing sound was emitted from the area of Nidya's outstretched hand, totally capturing her attention. "I'm sorry," he apologized for having ignored her all this time. "Tell me, little one, are you new here? How did you get here?"
The strange, yet wonderful and unique language of the Pixies didn't seem to be so indecipherable to others. Magical creatures like Nidya, Dry and others were able to understand the language of countless races. She nodded with each "word" said by Pixie.
-I see- she said nodding -you followed a young man who went to the Great Sleeper's territory, and you did it because you fell in love with him- the Pixie nodded with sweet smiles and tender gestures causing so much tenderness in Nidya -that is very sweet- she continued -tell me pretty Pixie, do you have a name?-.
The bells rang again, and in a moment Nidya's smiling face had turned into one that only expressed the desire to laugh as much as she could. She had to suppress her desire because doing so could offend and hurt the beautiful feelings of the little girl who was so eagerly dedicating her words to her.
-So the young Christopher who, according to you, is now your partner, gave you the name ''Pixie''.
The little girl nodded with her sparkling eyes, so full of incomparable purity, such purity is hard to find in living beings. Nidya brought her closer to her just to be able to see her completely. She smiled at her, narrowing her eyes. "You are very lucky. Your 'partner' is truly a person with a kind heart, rest assured that he will never hurt you."
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
Pixie smiled more sweetly, telling her a bunch of things in her language while Nidya just nodded at her. Something caught the attention of those present again. The spirits, Nidya and Pixie looked up at the top of the tremendous tree. Dry had been calling them.
-It seems that Dry really wants to meet you, go see her. Then you can go play with your "partner"- Pixie nodded, flapped her striking wings and flew away. The spirits located around her followed Pixie again, all heading to meet Dry.
The tree was quite tall, enough so that it took the little ones more than a minute to reach the top. More precisely, it had a bunch of gigantic branches. You could say that they made a kind of floor.
And in the middle of all that land, and as strange as it seemed, a magic tree was visible, and more than being a tree, it seemed to be a kind of house.
Around the house were visible thousands of beautiful flowers of all possible colors, large plants very well cared for and quite healthy. An endless number of pinkish, reddish, bluish, yellowish petals and many other colors seemed to swirl around everyone. There was even a tiny stream of no more than a meter in diameter which crossed the area and disappeared among the plants.
Some small water spirits played beneath it. Some birds had their nests in the majestic place. It even seemed that other trees were growing from the Great Tree itself.
Pixie and the spirits flew over to the area, this was the first time Pixie had seen such a beautiful landscape, so full of life. She was amazed, her eyes focused on the area of that tree that was her home.
-I wanted to meet you- a rather striking and completely naked female figure emerged from the tree.
Greenish skin of a fairly light tone, unlike her hair or rather the countless dark/greenish leaves that grew on her head which acted as the Dryad's hair. The length exceeded the area of her buttocks. A gentle breeze made them dance calmly causing a few leaves to come loose from her.
Her angelic and beautiful face had the same features as those of a beautiful adult woman. Green eyebrows, a thin nose and green lips that were appealing to anyone.
Her eyes were very captivating, the sclera of most people were white, while those of the Dryad were light green. Her eyes did not have the characteristic iris, it was simply the pupil. Also greenish in color, but much darker. In this way, it stood out above the sclera.
Long reddish-green leaves made the ears of the Dryad, resembling the shape of the characteristic ears of the Elves. Only the leaves of Dry were much longer.
Thin neck, visible collarbones, large busts visible to the naked eye that greatly highlighted her feminine and very attractive body.
The thin arms were covered by branches with curvilinear patterns, which were simply used as decoration. Their hands took on a different shade and color, being brown and degrading as they went up the arm.
Her nails, clean and greenish.
An abdomen that could probably be the envy of many, the belly button greeted whoever was looking at it.
Her most intimate parts were visible, although not as much, as the same thing happened here as with her hands. That area turned out to be somewhat darker so as to hide her very important and sacred virgin organ.
Her legs, very well formed and shapely, repeated the same pattern of decoration as on her arms. Her feet were bare and the same colour as her hands, both the skin and the nails.
The height of it made Pixie, who was already small, look like a little ant. Dry was about two meters tall.
Her bare feet took a couple of steps and when she was about to reach the area where the “ground” ended, branches and vines formed a new path so that she could walk without having to worry in the least about the great fall.
-I really wanted to meet one of the children of the forest- said Dry looking at Pixie who seemed to be amazed observing every corner of Dry's body.
The Dryad reached out her hand forward, and instantly the little spirits went from flying around Pixie to around Dry.
They seemed to be telling him something - oh, no problem, everyone, go out and have fun.
Instantly, a bunch of spirits that inhabited the upper part of the great Tree were seen. There were many of them, they flooded the area with their luminescent presence and there were all kinds of colors: white, green, blue, yellow, red, many more. There were even some that were black, who preferred to be in the shadows. Valentina's spirits felt like they were in heaven, playing with their friends, the spirits of the great tree.
Before giving all his attention to Pixie, Dry took one last look at all his little ones who were lost among the leaves, flowers and branches of the big tree. He gave a sigh, but not out of boredom or anything like that, but rather one that denoted happiness and joy.
She looked at Valentina's spirits - I'm so happy that you raised them with so much love, they look very healthy and happy. I still remember when you asked me to let you take care of a few of them, telling me that you would become their mother - she said quietly because just remembering the scene was so funny.
Bells rang again, Pixie was calling her.
-Oh, I'm sorry- she apologized with some sadness because in truth and for a few moments she had completely forgotten about Pixie -I think I kept you waiting, little one. I am Dry, the Dryad and protector of this Great World Tree. Nice to meet you- she smiled sweetly while holding Pixie in her hands.
He turned around and walked back to his home area -and you, my beautiful magical creature, where are you from? And how did you get to this city?-.
The bells rang.
-I see, you and your friends live with the Big Sleeper- Pixie nodded as she again made the characteristic sound of little bells produced every time she spoke -that's right, it was me who asked for you to move here. But I didn't expect you to come at least for a few days-.
Smiling, Pixie commented on a couple of things and the reason why she decided to travel with the young Lord -so you like Christopher a lot and because he gives you a strange, but very pleasant feeling- Dry seemed to be amused by the answers that Pixie threw at him, but with this last one his face became slightly serious.
The magical creature had felt the same sensation that both she and Nidya have felt every time they have been near the young Lord. It's not about falling in love or anything like that, but really, Christopher gives off a feeling that attracts them and makes them feel very pleasant.
-This little one is also able to feel it and it is true, around Christopher there is such a special aura, so relaxing and calming that I still cannot explain why he generates that? - thought the Dryad.
Once again I stopped paying attention to Pixie who seemed to be telling me a lot of things - on more than one occasion I've wondered if Christopher might be a unique magic user or a lover of magic, but I could never prove it.
He came out of his state of retrospective, looked at Pixie again who tilted her head, which made him feel tender - then small - he wanted to save himself as best he could because he hadn't heard at all everything she had told him once he started thinking about certain probabilities - tell me, why do you say that Christopher is your boyfriend?-.
